Given that I didn't have to wait days for an appointment, I agreed to the price, which was initially high compared to others. That being said, it ultimately became roughly the same, if not a little cheaper, than other places that charged by the hour or quarter hour, as the job was a little more complex than initially thought. The guy spent almost 2.5 hours here to change out two bibs (again, way more complex than he probably thought), and he did a wonderful job. My problems were addressed same day, same visit. If I chose other plumbers, I would have waited days before my items were addressed. I've used Jazz before with my older AC unit, and they will always have a spot in my contact list if I need help with my HVAC or plumbing.

I immediately turned off the water main, and did a yelp search. I gave them a call and sent pictures. I had an appointment for 12-2 window. They showed just before 12. Indeed, my shower parts needed replacing but they also determined that the leaking from the ceiling in the garage was from a water heater pipe spraying water on the ceiling making it look like that. They fixed the shower situation, replaced my old water heater on the spot. The price was very reasonable, i didn't want to buy into a water heater plan, just give me close to whatever I had. Amazing what those 2 did in such a short time. They know what they're doing and how to price the services such that you don't have to shop around. That was what I experienced.

I…read morereached out to Jade twice for my water heater issues, first time because I felt the hot water isn't warm enough (my husband felt it is warm), Tim came to my house very quickly and he taught us how to flush the water heater so it will be more efficient. My water heater is about 20 years old so I prone to replace it at that moment but Tim said old water heater quality is better than current water heaters, and the old water heater is still working, I shall keep it until I have to replace it. Today I reached to them again as my water heater didn't work suddenly. Jade and Tim are really responsive and efficient: we had a call after I send several pictures to them, Tim identified the problem right away and guided me to check and fixed the problem in 7 mins! I swear I have no knowledge/experience in handling water heater issues but with Tim's expertise, the problem was solved in minutes. I asked how to pay to them but they refused. I want to say they are not only operating a business but also very kindhearted and always willing to help. They are running businesses sincerely and I hope their business runs longer and longer as I am pretty sure I will reach out to them for my old (already 22 years) water heater someday.

If I were the biz owner, I'd just apologize for the miscommunication. I'd have totally updated the review to 4 or 5 stars. I'm not even lowering my rating after his response; I'd rather stay fair than reactive. *ORIGINAL REVIEW*: I'm giving three stars because Tim, the plumber, was very nice, professional and helpful when we spoke on the phone. Unfortunately, the administrative side handled by Jade was a different story. I had booked an appointment for a drain clog and disposal repair but managed to resolve the issues myself. I messaged Jade to cancel with over 24 hours' notice to be respectful of their time and even followed up the next morning to ensure they saw the message so they wouldn't waste a trip. Instead of a professional acknowledgment, I received a lecture about how they "don't double-book" and that my 24-hour notice was "last minute." Not double-booking is standard for any plumber, and it shouldn't be used as a reason to guilt-trip a client for providing a full day's notice, especially when no specific cancellation policy was ever disclosed at booking. The response was dismissive, ending with a "wish you luck in the future." It's unfortunate because I actually had a second, larger project (a shower leak) I was planning to hire them for, but the unprofessional attitude from the office makes it impossible to do business here. If you hire them, just be aware that being respectful of their time might still result in a lecture if your plans change.

This time,…read moreour water heater thermostat failed so no hot water from Xmas on...so Monday 12/29 I make some calls to companies specializing on water heater replacement. I won't name their name but after fast inital reponse - nada. So I called my goto plumbers. We went out and bought a replacement water heater from Ferguson (check out my review for them - awesome). My wife and I dollied and manipulated all 137lbs of that bad boy into the garage. Edgar was my tech from Magnificent (He thought it was a "check" vs. "replace"). This could have been a disaster because we are now at New Year's Eve. They typically only do commercial water heater replacement but calls his boss, gets the gren light and because we are loyal customers, discounts the service cost. He tells me he can do it, calls to re-arrange some family plans and just makes it happen! At the end, he noticed a pipe with some carbon monoxide venting which he also fixed. We've used them on several different occasions and it's ALWAYS 5+ stars.

Had 2 issues serviced in June: 1) broken pressure regulator valve and 2) broken irrigation backflow…read morevalve. Savior was recommended by our neighbor who previously had the same issues, and they gave a competitive quote. Jaime was excellent, completing the repairs in just a few hours. Everything worked well for a couple months until the backflow valve leaked this month. Apparently one of the reused shutoff valve parts broke and caused the leak. Jaime again fixed it quickly and efficiently at no cost since it was under warranty. Unfortunately some dirt debris was introduced into the line and the backflow valve caught it, did its job, and gushed water out the evening of the repairs when the irrigation timer came on. I spoke with Tom, Savior's owner, who explained everything that happened and came out with Jaime to discuss in person. Jaime flushed the line and reset the backflow valve. I appreciate that Tom came out to explain the situation and ensure I was satisfied with the service repairs. It's good to have the personal touch from a local company.
