    i went in to metropolitan appliance on memorial day weekend and had done my online research and was…read morepretty certain what i wanted in terms of a replacement slide in stove. jacob a approached me and ended up helping me. we spent over an hour talking about options and discussing standard coil vs induction/glass top. i wasn't going to go that route but jacob is very thorough and not pushy at all; multiple times he stated that his goal was for me to purchase something i felt comfortable with and would be happy to own. i appreciated that. ultimately i decided to go with a frigidaire model that was a drastic improvement on the stove/oven i've lived with for two decades. he took care of the payment paperwork, the scheduling of delivery which had to wait until now and also all the communication between us. he was also kind enough to send a follow up email alerting me to being eligible for a rebate based on the model i had chosen. today, the delivery folks showed up within the stated window and i'll just say that the tracking system clients are sent to know when to expect the delivery is magic! it helped a lot to be prepared and to have cleared the adjacent space but it left no guessing for when they would arrive. jorge and his teammate (sorry, i didn't catch his name) were professional and efficient. they knew how to handle the extrication of the old appliance, how to set up the new one and insure it was level, and they walked me through basic operating instructions. all told (and i haven't yet used the appliance) i have been very happy with the level of service and courteous communication from this business. it makes me want to provide their name to others who are in the appliance market and to use them again when i next need a replacement.

When our…read morerange was delivered, it was brought and installed by Ned and Mahdi, who did an amazing job making sure that everything was properly installed without any damage to our floors or our home. Ned and Mahdi went above and beyond to provide excellent service and I would want them to help with any other appliance installation in the future! They were professional and careful and methodical.

    Got a message on my phone that I may be charged for an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. Our new…read moredishwasher is already installed and working. The work was completed by CRST on behalf of Lowe's so I don't know what this appointment is for and I don't want to be charged for it. I tried calling the 360 427 1202, which is listed as their number, but could not reach a live person. If this is a blanket email to all customers, please monitor your emails so it does not go to everybody who doesn't need your service. This is a bad business practice.

So many complaints on them, they will be more then…read morehappy to help but at a high cost to you, that cost was never explained to me at the time of my phone call, I thought the washer was under warranty but not..I'm pretty sure they knew that before coming out but forgot to tell me as he went right into fixing it without going over cost, this cost us $125. for a part and service. the service guy said after that being 2 time fixing the same part..same ok this new washer he said I might want think about replacing it with a new washer..but it was new? never go to this place unless you want spend double..I feel they should be checked for fraud , how can a new washer go threw same part twice in 6 month time..same part..do they replace new parts with old ones? I'm sure that's nothing new to be done..what's going on with this company having so many problems with parts,cost and so on..my husband and I being in our late 60, 70 must look like a easy score.
