I took my truck with my adjusters estimate, and they agreed to do it for the estimated price. They also told me if there was any other issues, they would contact my insurance and update me. They repaired my truck in 2 weeks, as they told me they would, and kept me updated. I have a 2011 chevy silverado. It's not easy to match the paint on an older truck, but these guys did it perfectly! My daughter looked this shop up and we saw the reviews and decided to take the car here. Glad we did. Got the estimate for my neighbor took alittle time to bring it back to have them work on it . The bumper had a crack but instead of just painting it. They replaced it and they didnt charge extra which was surprising wasnt the original price or original estimate. I meant to leave this review before but kept forgetting due to being busy with life and kept spacing it but I'm actively making an excellent review for this beyond excellent auto bodyshop. As a woman, it's hard to find an auto bodyshop where you don't feel like you're being taken advantage of on repairs, money and overall, being tossed around about your car. I've been here before and have absolutely loved the service I've received from Steven and his dad (the two that run the shop) and about a month ago, I got in a car accident on Firestone in Downey, called my insurance company and gave them Steven's number to fix my vehicle. Steven has been responsive to my texts and calls, not just to me but with my insurance company, he also has been very accommodating to getting work done on my car, as soon as possible, he's even called me to give me an update on my car and when it should be done by. I got my car back today and I'm so happy with the results! It looks like when I first bought my car! Can't even tell I was in a car accident. You can tell him and his dad fixed every detail on my car. On top of it all, he washed my car and clean the inside for me! These men are wonderful men and I fully trust them! I was side swiped in my 2019 Chevy Blazer and called different body shops but they never picked up or got back to me. I called these guys and they answered all my questions and told me to bring in my car for a quick quote. As soon as I brought it in, they got into contact with my insurance and handled everything. They did an amazing job and made my car look brand new. A day or two after I picked it up, I noticed my passenger door wouldn't open from the inside so I called them and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes instead of making me leave it like so many other shops would've done. I recieved 4 different quotes from body shops in a 6 mile radius of downey, and Quality Auto Body Works gave me a quote which was more reasonable than their competitors. Each body shop that I went to stated that they would have to replace the rear bumper, side-rear quarter panel and order the uique logo that comes standard on my vehicles trim level. Thats a lot of money! I am blessed to have came across Hovig and Steven. This father and son duo along with their team were just awesome! Excellent customer service, they were personable. Hovig, in under 2 minutes, scrutinize the damages then concluded that I needed a new bumper and that the rear quarter panel only required a good buffering treatment and that he would have my vehicle wash and clean before pickup time. They took really good care of me, even offered to drive me home which I declined. When my vehicle was ready for pickup Steven came by my home personally to pick me up. Total installation time was approximately 5 hours, even tailored the service to fit my schedule and they were able to match my unique vehicle paint code and apply that to the new bumper and it looks fantastic. I can't say anything about their service as I never left my car here, but giving a low star rating for sales tactics and what just seemed like pure laziness. Someone backed into my car (nothing major, just chipped paint on a small spot on the bumper) and was willing to pay me for it, so I went to different body shops to get quotes on getting the bumper repainted. I came here because of the great Yelp reviews and a recommendation from a friend. The owner approached as soon as I parked (a good thing!) and asked me what my car needed. I showed him the chipped paint and was told it would be about $1000 for a new bumper from the manufacturer. I was skeptical because the bumper was fine overall (it just needed a re-paint, after all!), but since I was just gathering quotes from different places, I played along and asked for a print-out or written quote so I could have it for my records and for the guy who hit me. He said their computers weren't available and I'd have to come back later in the day. I left and never came back. Fortunately, I found someone in North Long Beach/Paramount on Artesia and Paramount Blvd (Concha's Body Shop, ask for Nacho - they're not on Yelp but you can reach them at 562-500-1755) who repainted my bumper for HALF the price that Quality Auto Body Works was asking, and waxed my car to perfection. I understand that the price of a new bumper is more than a paint job on a bumper, but I was disappointed that this shop tried to sell me the higher-priced service when the bumper didn't require such an intense level of repair. read more

Aside from a small issue we had with the tow driver they subcontracted with showing up late at the beginning, the rest of the experience was amazing!
