HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I initially had an appointment but…read moreneeded to reschedule because I was going to be out of town by the time the repairs were to be completed. Rescheduled for 7/23 @8 am as I needed the earliest appointment in the day as possible. I had my partner adjust her schedule so she could pick me up. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I got there early, checked in, and stepped out to stand by my car as I was told my assigned rep was in a meeting. After 10 minutes, I went back in and the rep informed me he had someone ahead of me (who arrived well after me). I told him I explicitly requested the earliest since I had to be out by 8:30 and he guaranteed it. He said "no one told me you were here." He said he could reschedule me. There were several reps there and one of them could have helped but didn't. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere. He said "okay" and returned to do work on his computer. Then the two reps were arguing in front of customers when I walked back in to ask a car me moved so I could exit. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. The rep that checked me it was the only nice part of the experience.

Galaxy Auto Haus did a great job for all aspects of the upgrade, from paint matching to panel fitment. I really can't tell that the paint on the bumper, trunk, and body are not from the same painting run; the color match on these panels is that good. Pricing was pretty fair and Honorio was very meticulous when it came to getting all of the details right. If I have another kind of project for a car like this, I know that these guys will get it done right.

There was communication, which I appreciate it a lot. And everything took about one to two weeks. The service that they did was my bumper and they also fixed my trunk !! But even so the pricing for doing a paint job was not bad either. In return I am considering. I would definitely come here if you need any service needed for your car in terms of auto repair. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE…read more Very Disappointed With the Quality of Work I brought my car to this body shop for repairs and unfortunately have had to return three separate times because issues were either left unresolved or came up after the repair. After the initial repair, they left a rattle in the door panel and another rattle coming from the wheel that I could actually feel through the steering wheel. I brought the car back a second time. They fixed the door-panel rattle, but the issue with the wheel was not fixed. About a month later, the paint on the bumper they repaired started chipping off. I brought the car back for a third time to address the paint issue and the ongoing wheel rattle. They did fix the paint, but once again, the wheel rattle was not repaired. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. The amount of time and inconvenience I've spent returning the vehicle for issues that should have been properly addressed the first time has been extremely frustrating.

I only discovered it once I got home. When I confronted the shop owner, Pat, he admitted to the damages but communication from that point on became challenging and more difficult than it needed to be. There were long gaps without his response and at times the tone felt dismissive or unnecessarily tense, which made the situation even more stressful. I've made many attempts to work with Pat to find a fair and reasonable solution. To this day, I'm actually still waiting for a reply to my last message asking again to discuss a reasonable solution. After repeated non-responses and apathetic communication, it became clear that no compromise would be reached. The only option he is willing to offer is the one solution I clearly stated I'm not comfortable with: bringing my car back this same shop that damaged it in the first place. Given the damages my car received from 5 Stars Automotive, my hesitation is understandable. I even tried to negotiate a different solution by providing multiple repair estimates from other reputable auto shops and he responded by calling this practice "dishonest" (very ironic, I know). I'm leaving this review because I believe it's important to be transparent about my experience. I put my trust in this shop to restore my car's appearance, but instead I'm forced to deal with additional damages they caused.
