I had a really great experience with QualityBath this week. FedEx didn't deliver a shower valve I purchased from QualityBath. FedEx was being really difficult to work with, and finally I asked Freida from QualityBath what she could do. They shipped me another valve free of charge and handled the issue directly with FedEx so I didn't have to. For my previous purchase, QualityBath pre-emptively contacted me to let me know that I needed to add a missing part to my order. I ignored their email thinking it was an upsell.. but my contractor later told me that I needed that part :-) So far all my purchases with QualityBath have been really good. Building a new home has many unexpected problems along the way. Most are not resolved without pain. However, we have had such a pleasant experience with QualityBath when ordering our faucets. Freida was able to get DreamLine to get a new shower door out to me quickly. Let's hope UPS Freight don't damage it this time. I have now ordered about $11,000 worth of products from Quality Bath as my husband and I are gutting our apartment. 2 bathrooms (bathtub, shower, 2 vanities, medicine cabinets, faucets, etc) and kitchen stuff. I worked with Jack for the first bulk order, which was hugely helpful both because of a great discount and a personal touch given it's our first project. Yes, something arrived incomplete. It was a Grohe shower and they contacted Grohe on my account and Adina had the whole deal sorted with MULTIPLE options for returns in about 1-2 days. Their ship times are fairly fast (1 week) which given my experience in the renovation, is on the quick side of standard. PROS: - The people who work there are professional and super knowledgable. Shoutout to Jack and Adina. - They have sales a lot! Look for their weekend sales. - I had a return for defect experience (it happens) and it was handled quickly. - I once had an issue with a manufacturer (confusion about the way something was pre-cut versus not) and Jack dialed the manufacturer and got them on the phone on a conference call to help! I found this to be really taking the extra step for their customers. - Regardless of their policies, I find that they are up front about them (see below). CONS: - They are a business based in New Jersey and they observe Jewish holidays. This means that even their web site is closed sometimes. I am Jewish myself, so this is NOT an issue with them. It is simply that we are used to an always accessible, "2 day shipping" kind of world. So if speed is what you need, know that at times they are closed. - They have a high restocking fee on returns that are NOT due to missing parts or damage. This is on their web site under their returns policy. It is annoying, but it is plain and simple on their web site (and I have found this to be true on various sites). Overall, I consider this a 4.5 star review. I would use them over and over (and I have). read more

Generally poor experience and tons of hassle for an extremely extremely simple transaction of purchasing a sink on their website. Bought a sink with various 'attachments'. They charged 15$ for knocking out each sink hole, each of which would have involved a hammer and 10 seconds. Nevertheless, they ended up shipping the sink having charged me 60$ in 'service' and never knocking out any of the holes in the sink. Tons of time was wasted afterwards back and forth trying to get that money refunded. They also sold a "sink waste flange" which is double the cost of a sink waste flange but isn't actually a sink waste flange. It's just a skin that makes the real sink waste flange perform worse in every way. They then vehemently defend the fact that it's super clearly stated on their website that "Sink Waste Flange (for use with garbage disposal) + $40.50" is clearly not a "sink waste flange". Buy your supply from a proper home supply company. read more

After a successful purchase in December 2018 for a Nantucket kitchen sink, Quality Bath was one of the first places I looked online for a nice granite / fireclay laundry sink. This time we chose a Blanco Liven 25" Laundry Sink in "Cinder". The sink is beautiful and arrived pretty quickly, especially considering it was shipped from NJ to CA. The shipment was large and upon unpacking, we noticed a small damaged area, luckily at the back of one of the vanities (likely caused by the shipping company/mechanical lift). We ordered a product from Quality Bath that was packaged and shipped from the manufacturer. FedEx did its very best to destroy the package and when they handed the box over, a large screw fell out right before all our eyes. I contacted Quality Bath fully expecting to be referred on to the manufacturer but Adina in Customer Care was all over it, sending a list of all the materials that were shipped so we could compare it against what we actually received. Happily, only the twin to that stray screw was missing but two plastic supporting items were cracked.
