I took my 2010 Acadia in because the check enging light was on. I was first told it would cost 100.00 for the diagnostic test. The next thing I hear is that now it is going to cost 200.00 for the test. When Mario calls me back, he proceeds to tell me that my automobile needs $6000.00 worth of repairs. I am a woman, so I questioned him further. He finally told me that I would not have to do 4000.00 of it right away. I took my friend's dad with me to talk to Mario about my car. My dad's friend talked me into getting a second opinion. I am thankful that I did! His trusted mechanic said I did not need a new water pump, that my brakes were still good for another year, and that the code they were telling me was coming up on my car indicating I had an exhaust leak, was not true. I am a single woman on a very strict budget. This huge company tried to swindle me out of $6000.00 of unneeded repairs! Recently purchased a pre-owned Chevrolet Duramax from Quality Dolorenzo. When driving the truck home from the dealership I found out that the lumbar support was broken. Immediately called Lorie are sale lady to notify her of this issue. She ensured me that we could bring the truck in and they would fix the lumbar support for us free of charge. This was on Friday. That Monday we took the truck back to Quality Dilorenzo for them to look at the lumbar support and determine the issue. They determined the issue with the lumbar support was the switch. They ordered the part. A few weeks later (last week) they got the part in. I took the truck back to Quality Dilorenzo for them (i expected) to fix the lumbar support. They changed the switch for the lumbar and found out the issue with the lumbar support was not the switch. After a discussion with them they told me it was the lumbar motor. Then they gave me the lumbar support unit and told me that they would not be able to fix it. I expected my lumbar to be fixed when I picked up my truck. I just purchased this truck under a month ago and expected my lumbar support to be fixed when I was told it would be. Quality Dilorenzo is not Quality. They are anything but. They're a lying, cheating, and an overall horrible company. They have poor follow up service after the sale and during the sale. They only care about making money and moving cars. This will be the LAST car I will ever buy from any Quality Dealership. They don't care about there customers. Horrible after sale service. Next thing I know I get a call...you must have a new water pump and, oh by the way, you need a new timing chain for...wait for it....$3,000!! Passing on that to get a second opinion. This dealership has damaged my vehicle by dropping unknown object on the hood and damaging both side fenders of my vehicle and they try to hide the damage by fixing it and painting my vehicle without my permission and returning it back to me without my knowledge of the damages until I found out few days after pick-up. After finding out the truth Paul Di Lorenzo (OWNER) promise to do what it takes to handle this situation but it has been nothing but empty words. Now they have their lawyer involved and they are not doing anything they promised. These guys are lairs and they will cheat anyone. I am forced to get a lawyer to resolve the damages they caused to my vehicle. Be very careful using this dealership for service or buying a car from them. They ask me to contact them to resolve the problem but ones I contact them I've been getting hangup on. Their respond on reviews is just another way of sugarcoating and BS. read more

Like another customer, I placed a parts order (from their GM Parts Link site [they have more than one of these parts sites]) and two weeks later still no part, nor will they talk on the phone, nor answer emails. The website says the order is "processed" but they must only be referring to my payment. I've filed a claim with Paypal and will report them to Better Business Bureau. The only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is that I normally dismiss one star when I read reviews, so I'm trying to get peoples' attention. :-) Pro: NONE Con: - The first time I ordered, the wrong brake pads came. I called them and when I finally got thru to someone after several days of leaving messages on VM, they said it was because I didn't fill out my VIN on their website. If my order required a VIN besides year, make, and model, then the site shouldn't have accepted my order. So now I have to pay shipping back to return wrong parts. - When they replaced the brake pads, they sent them to the wrong address. I live in WA and they sent them to ID. Luckily a very nice woman that received them called me and mailed them to me and I reimbursed her for $14.00 shipping. - She also told me they had in addition, sent her the wrong parts for another order. - I tried to call Quality GMC to get reimbursed for my payment to the lady in ID, and of course nothing but VMs, and no one ever returns my calls. read more

Car buying can be stressful I know because I've been through different car shops although this time it was a little different Joe Baca was my salesperson he did an awesome job and he fulfilled his duties as best as he could Cathy Kline was my finance manager she was also awesome and amazing such great people that work and provide good customer service although it is time-consuming to get paperwork or any other issues done aside from meeting great people and getting great help the only cons I have are; communication and how slow things are approved. Just love the service team at Quality Buick! I came in for an oil change in October and also asked to have the belts looked at as I was hearing chatter at low speeds with the engine under load. Cord had the belts checked and didn't find anything but wanted to explore further and would need the car overnight. Cord saw my warranty was expiring at the end of November so we made arrangements for me to come back in November, leave the car and he reserved for a rental for me. I dropped my car off, picked up the rental and was on my way. The following afternoon I received a call the car was ready for pick-up; the drive belt and tensioner had been replaced under warranty and my rental was covered too. So easy. Such good service. I have had a reoccurring issue with a check engine light referring to the exhaust fluid system. Quality has done a good job chasing each issue and replacing what's necessary. The service manager was kind enough to take time and talk with me about the problem that keeps coming back. He assured me this issue was common with the new diesel trucks and they would always strive to fix the issue even though it may take several tries until it's truly resolved. Purchased our Tacoma on 3/25/18 with sales rep Miquel, very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at, after the sale was a different story, within an hour we noticed no jack and no owners manual we called him immediately and he said come by the lot. So on 3/27/18 with full payment of vehicle in hand I went to the dealership on Lomas, I called his cell and he said he was doing an off lot vehicle purchase to come back in an hour which I did. I called and said I was outside with 2 sleeping grandkids could he bring me the jack and manual. I waited for 10 minutes before calling him back and he said I WAS AT THE WRONG LOT just drive over to the next lot only 1/2 a block away. I did. He came out and said he didn't have the jack he would have to go to the service department which is behind the building I was just at, so he walks over there to get it. HUH? He comes back 10 minutes later and says there isn't one he will order it along with the owners manual but he got the $$$. Two weeks later went to get the jack, hadn't been ordered. Happened to run into service manager Jack F. and told him our issues, we had the jack within 3 days. Temporary tag for the Tacoma expired on 4/24 so I called Kathryn the Title clerk on 5/7, she says the paperwork for a plate hadn't gotten to her desk yet, another HUH. By far my worst experience at a car dealership, and that is saying something. We went looking for a used car and gave a very distinct budget that we could not go over. The salesman walked us around and showed us several different vehicles, pushing several on us that we liked but knew we couldn't afford. He insisted we test drive a Juke that had just been traded in the day before. Granted I did really like the car, but it was wayyyyy over the discussed budget. After the drive he did paperwork to go over our credit, see what rate we could get, and the lowest they could go on the car. When we said no, it was out of our price range he became very rude, insulting us and telling us we were stupid for not buying the car at such a good deal. We left very unhappy. Even if they could have gotten the price within our range I would not have not done business with that man. 1) Friday 08/28/2015 went in for an oil change 2) Saturday morning 8/29/2015, after driving 27 miles, see smoke coming out of hood and back, with a lot of oil fallen on the road 3) Drive car two blocks, park car, and see that about a quart of oil is on the ground underneath car. 4) Oil covered the inside of the engine, tires, back window, it was everywhere 5) Tried calling the service desk twice, and left a message, was not contacted back. 6) Had to get a friend to drive me back to quality where I had to talk to Mary Jaramillo in person about what happened 7) They called a tow truck in, but had to drive out and meet the tow truck to give the keys 8) Was informed I would get a call when the vehicle was towed there 9) Waited 4 hours, called the service department, left a voicemail 10) Got a call back from Mary Jaramillo, they had the vehicle, but were closed on Sunday, needed a Car for work on Monday 11) Was told to come in and would be given a complimentary vehicle for use 12) Drove back out to quality, picked up loaner car 13) Was informed on Monday that car was ready, had been cleaned up, and passed all inspection after oil and oil filter had been replaced 14) Pick up car, inside engine looked ok, but oil splatter still covered tires, and back window 15) Been driving the car for ~100 miles now, car will smell like burning oil occasionally, and engine has a "surging" sound when idling Take away: I'm going to be taking the car to another mechanic to confirm the work was performed correctly and that my car is safe to drive. If not, I will be contacting my lawyer.
