    Used car salesman doesn't even kind of accurately describe how little these people pay attention to…read moreyour needs or requests...I told two different representatives what my budget was and they repeatedly tried to sell me on cars that I specifically said I wouldn't buy while tripling the monthly payments I said I could make and then telling me to "work with us" scam artists at a the least actively ruining peoples credit score at the worst...they actually refused to give me the keys to my own vehicle until they " ran some more numbers for me" don't buy a car from these people ever the first vehicle I tried to buy from them turned out to not be available until engineer review and I couldn't legally purchase said vehicle for 8 months....assuming the review went well and jeep actually fixed the recall....the dealership refused to tell me any of that information I had to literally call the Ford dealership..that they had sent the car I had already paid and signed for to,and then had to Impersonate a Nissan employee to find out they weren't legally allowed to sell me that car in the first place because it hadn't even gotten an inspection yet... Do not buy anything from Nissan they are absolutely scamming every customer that even drives into their parking lot

Once I pulled in to the small lot I was greeted politely upon exiting my car. Mind you it was a quick greeting from Daniel but nothing aggressive or pushy like most stealerships. He asked what we were looking for and I quickly told him about the SUV I saw online. We walked to the north of the building while he went to get the keys. This process was quick since I already knew exactly what I wanted to see. Do your research beforehand people it makes everyone's life easier. Once Daniel returned the test drive went smoothly. Once we returned to the dealership the paperwork was started. I ended up taking the car on an overnight test drive and finishing the transaction the next day. While on the overnight run I had the check engine light come on. I called Daniel to let him know. He stated we'll take care of it in the morning. Once returning to the dealership the following morning I dropped the car off to Nick their service writer. He was just as polite as Daniel. Shortly after Nick returned and explained it was just a simple issue of not resetting the oil service indicator after he had preformed the oil change and low def fluid that he topped off as well. Easy peasy leaning squeezy. Remember if your polite to people when issues arise you'll most likely be treated politely. All in all if your looking for a well taking care of used vehicle stop by Integrity Auto! If they don't have what your looking for they claimed they'll find it. Great locally owned SMALL business.

It was an emergency and they were very on top of everything. Thinking I was going to have to leave my car till Monday morning they called me 2 hours later to let me know it was ready. When I arrived Richard explained the repairs and oil change to me. They were really really nice and gave me the best Mother's Day gift. No change fix the housing for the oil filter. Buying a vehicle is not always an enjoyable process, and many dealerships can make customers feel pressured. However, Saif and Michael completely changed that perception for me. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, respectful, and focused on helping rather than selling. What impressed me most was that they gave me the space and time I needed to make my decision. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. Instead, they answered my questions, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Saif approach ultimately brought me back to the dealership to purchase my new truck. I truly feel that I received a good deal and outstanding customer service from him.     I am extremely disappointed with the condition my vehicle was returned in after service. I brought…read moreit in for new tires, but it came back with noticeable scratches and rim damage that were not there before and now require professional repair. Within an hour of leaving, they claimed I must have hit a curb and caused the damage. When I pushed back, the explanation then shifted to calling it "normal wear and tear," which I strongly disagree with. I felt dismissed and rushed out, with Brian Freeman addressing the issue while the General Manager was not involved. Instead of taking responsibility, I was offered a paint pen and a small credit, with no real solution or sincere apology. This experience fell far below professional standards, and I would caution others to be mindful when bringing their vehicles here. Impressively, three of my rims were damaged during a routine tire service I paid about $1,269.86 for the privilege of getting my car back in worse condition than I left it. Updated on 5/22/2026 --- I had to get a second opinion on the alignment originally done at Fiesta Subaru on 5/13/2026 and it confirmed exactly what I suspected: the job wasn't done properly. The initial alignment left multiple measurements uneven and out of spec, including camber and toe, which can lead to poor handling and uneven tire wear. After having it corrected elsewhere, everything was brought back within spec and properly balanced. DO NOT COME HERE PERIOD.

They even literally forgot to put the oil in one of my cars and sent us on our way and when the car started smoking within moments of leaving I stopped and fortunately it didn't destroy our car and when we called in, they were cold and kind of nasty. We had been gone maybe 2 minutes but they were like we have to prove it was our fault and you are guilty until we say otherwise. We purchased a maintainence plan to cover oil and basic things and over and over they mess this up and we say we will fix it next time. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Then we have to jump through hoops and ask for a specific person to fix their mess up. Like this time... Next time we go in we have to specifically ask for Gabrielle and hope she doesn't quit or forget about the mess up. This is not the first time they won't refund the money. My wife was trying to help out and thought the charge was for something else and it wasn't until I figured it out later that we had to chase them down. Also, on this most recent visit, they texted me while at work about a nail that wasn't leaking in my tire and wanted to repair it. I told the tech I could get it fixed free at Discount but to get me the price and if it wasn't too bad it might be more convienant. Who the heck charges 51 dollars for a plug. I told the tech it was too much, and they lied and said let me see what I can do in the text, but they never got back to me. I NEVER GAVE THEM THE GO AHEAD. They chose to fix it anyway and sprung the cost on my wife. They lied, cheated and stole from us. After many issues in 2 years, I believe I will have to change my loyalty because lying and stealing is too much. They obviously don't care about us and only want more money. They are constantly spamming and calling trying to get us to buy again and again with the typical car salesperson tactics. We literally bought 2 vehicles in 2024. One early and one late. Of course the deals are always in their favor. I get so tired of being harassed to buy more. This is not the Fiesta Subaru that worked hard, were friendly, kind, helpful and honest when they were at the old location. Back then I gladly gave them 5 stars and even recommended people too them. I wish I hadn't here. I blamed it on being in a new space at first and just working out the kinks, but it's been too long now.
