Poor quality customer service. Set up an appointment in advance. Made arrangements the day of based on the time frame given. The night before the appointment Rick messages me and says he didn't have time to get a certain part and needed to push back our appointment. I said that was fine but based on our previous conversation I would need my car back by a certain time. He then proceeded to go off on me in a very unprofessional manner. Saying most of his clients buy the wrong parts and mess things up. He said I am not a professional and have no clue what I am talking about. I actually contacted a professional when purchasing all of my parts and I sent them to Rick in advance. But Rick failed to acknowledge that. I understand it's not fair to guarantee a certain time frame as issues come up but to end our conversation with "go the f*ck away...I don't want to do your f*cking install" is very unprofessional. I had a marine mechanic replace an old (but working) stereo on my boat. After the install we couldn't power on the stereo and the mechanic didn't know what he did wrong. I'm a do- it -yourself kind of guy. When I tried installing a back up camera myself I couldn't get it to work. Rick gave me a quote for troubleshooting the problem and within 10 to 15 minutes he identified a bad cable. He could have collected his money and left at that point because basically he had done what I hired him to do. He stayed. He provided me with a new cable and and checked and redid all of the connections on the new stereo I had installed. He also helped me with the new camera cable and hooked it up .
