Got my 10 inch sub and amp installed w/ my pioneer double din radio as well as a review camera on a Infiniti g35 sedan on 1/14/2020. I paid for installation, wiring,& rear view camera for a total price of $469. I was told it comes with lifetime warranty as far as installation goes. Installation took the full business hours 10-7pm. They could of tucked the wires better as well as used sound deadening with the new license plate frame/review camera because it rattles a LOT! Also I'm not sure if they sound tested and equalized sub and amp. Customer service was not the best but not the worst. Maybe I will go back to get my sub position and mounted (moves around a lot). One thing I am noticing about the sub is after using it on a day trip from sac to Lake Tahoe it will cut in and out which is very annoying, could be the 1000 amp or I am bumping too hard not sure. The picture shows some wire hanging hint in why they could of tucked the wires more professionally. Also the review camera/ license plate Frame dose not fit my car so the bottom 2 screws are not installed which plays a big factor in the rattling.

service was pretty good even though I had to go back to have speakers tighten up to reduce rattle.

Overpriced on install, and 7 months later my deck caught fire... even left my antenna unhooked with feed back. Go somewhere else

AUDIO916 -- THIS IS WHAT A REAL PROFESSIONAL SHOP LOOKS LIKE…read more I waited years to finally put a high-quality radio system into one of my vehicles. I wanted it done once, done right, and done by somebody who actually cared about the finished product. My first stop was a highly recommended Sacramento-area shop. They had my project hanging around for nearly two months before ultimately telling me they couldn't get the installation done. I tried another highly rated shop after that. Nothing particularly wrong happened, but after talking with them, I just didn't have that feeling that made me comfortable handing over my vehicle and a couple thousand dollars. Then one afternoon I walked into Audio916. Before I had even spoken with Sean, I overheard him talking to another customer who wanted an inexpensive off-brand radio installed. Sean explained that he simply doesn't operate that way. What caught my attention was essentially this: "I only install high-quality equipment. I'm not going to put something in your vehicle that I wouldn't put in my own." That told me everything I needed to know. When it was my turn, I explained what had happened with the other shops. Sean wasn't intimidated by the installation for one second. No BS. No sales pitch. No scratching his head. He knew exactly what needed to be done, explained the equipment he recommended, explained why, and gave me an extremely fair price. A few days later, he called and said all the parts were in. I dropped off my 2017 Ford Expedition. One day later, I picked it up. When I saw the finished installation, it was honestly like Christmas morning. The radio looks like Ford installed it at the factory. The fit and finish are absolutely flawless. Everything is clean, solid and integrated properly. I've gone over the installation looking for something--anything--I could criticize. I can't find it. That is craftsmanship. Sean and Audio916 have earned a customer for life. In an era where everybody wants to sell you something, it is refreshing to find somebody who takes genuine pride in his work and cares about what leaves his shop. Honest. Knowledgeable. Confident. Fair. Meticulous. They don't make many guys like Sean anymore. If you're anywhere in the Sacramento area and you're considering upgrading your vehicle's audio or electronics, do yourself a favor and go talk to Audio916 before you go anywhere else. In my experience, this isn't just one of the better shops in Sacramento. It's the shop I wish I had gone to first. 100% legit. 100% recommended.

A Car Wrap That Takes Me Back to the 80s!…read more I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Allset Auto! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They provided a detailed quote and explained the different price ranges based on material and quality. I decided to go with a higher-end material that came with a 10-year warranty, and I was thrilled to get $1000 off with a promo they were running. They have an amazing selection of colors and finishes--everything from matte and glossy to metallic, transitional, and more. As a kid of the '80s, I went in thinking I'd just get a metallic glitter shine. I never expected to fall in love with a multi-color transition metallic wrap! It truly takes me back to my youth. Depending on the lighting, the car can look purple, blue, green, or even turquoise. I've already received so many compliments! They had my car for about 10 days, so it's a good idea to get a quote and plan ahead. The only thing I wish I had known beforehand is that it's strongly recommended to hand wash your wrapped car. The high-pressure water at automatic car washes can damage the wrap, especially along the edges. No more Quick Quack for me! That said, I've run it through a touchless wash, and it was an easy, spotless dry. It still gets a bit dusty, but it's very easy to wipe clean. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the work. They also did a great job on black mettalic chroming and the Mercedes emblem. If you're looking for quality work, check them out! Tell them you saw this review and ask for Luis to get a discount. You won't be disappointed!

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Alset. There were strong positives at the start, but…read morethe execution and communication ultimately fell short for a $7,000+ investment. The Positives: The initial process was seamless. As soon as I put my details on the website, I received a fast response with a PDF outlining various options. The sales rep, Ryan, was very friendly and did a great job explaining the PPF options for my new 2026 Ram 1500 Rebel. He connected me with the manager, Luis, who was also incredible. Luis invited me to the shop, walked me through the packages (PPF, ceramic coating, and tint), and even helped me upgrade from a 1-year to a 4-year ceramic coating for a fair price. The Issues & Communication: The frustration began with communication. I wasn't told upfront that I needed to return for a one-week inspection, nor was I told about the $150 annual inspection fee. While I'm happy to invest in the maintenance, I would have preferred transparency from the start. On pick-up day, I ended up waiting in the office for an hour and a half because they were running late, but I never received a call or heads-up from Luis. Quality Control Concerns: The most alarming part was the ceramic coating. After picking up the truck, I noticed it didn't seem to have the hydrophobic properties of a coating. When I brought it back, I was told the technician had applied the incorrect product. Had I not advocated for myself and questioned the work, I would have paid for a premium service that was never actually applied to my truck. It's hard to trust the competence of a shop when you have to wonder if the 4-year protection you paid for is actually on the vehicle. The Window Tint: I cannot recommend this shop for tint. * Windshield: They attempted the tint four times, and it still had scratches. I eventually had to request a refund because I couldn't keep wasting time. * Moonroof: They didn't install the 5% tint which I notice and informed Luis. It required a complete re-do. Final Thoughts: To his credit, Luis tried his very best to make things right. He even sent an installer to my house to try and fix the windshield. However, as a client, I shouldn't have to fight this hard to get the service I paid for. I recently had a friend looking for ceramic coating and I recommended they go elsewhere. Advice to others: If you use this shop, double-check every inch of their work to ensure you're actually getting what you paid for.
