That cost an additional 5k. This company does not care about customers at all. It's a quick in and out job to them. I highly recommend never using them.

It was filthy because I haven't had it cleaned in a while. Although I wish I would have asked to see the dust in the machine just to measure how much dust had accumulated over 3 years. I feel good that I am breathing cleaner air and do not notice dust everywhere like before. I do think the pricing of the duct cleaning is a bit expensive for an apartment unit and the amount of time it took to clear out dust.
