8/26 Rachel helped to clean one of the property that I managed. After one year without any cleaning, the shower unit grow lots of mold and it super hard to clean. However, Rachel is just too good to remove them all and made it once again comfortable for the new tenants. 7/28 Had Rachel my very first time, and with no doubt that her service is way beyond amazing, worth every penny you paid her. So I recently hurt my shoulder and started looking into getting someone to help with cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen, nothing crazy so I find Rachel on yelp, see the reviews and decide to email her to get a quote. Never answered and I thought, I'll text her, who emails anymore anyway. Next day she answers my text and says, I would love to help, where do you live? I immediately respond and never hear back from her again! I like cleaning, but with two young kids and as a full-time working mom, I just don't have the time to clean as much anymore. It took me many years to convince my husband to hire a house cleaner because he prefers to have us do things ourselves. We had hired one cleaning company in the past and it was just an okay experience. Although we had asked for a deep cleaning, it just wasn't good enough for us so we didn't bother looking for another cleaner until now. I am so glad that I found Rachel here because she is the best at what she does! I like how we don't have to tell her what to clean because she just cleans everything! Well what can I add that hasn't already been said about Rachel and her work. As everyone described, she really takes pride in her work and treats the cleaning of your home personally and as if she is cleaning her own home. We had a deep clean done since it had been several months since a professional cleaning. We can never go back now haha. You can really see the difference between her work and others. She cleans everything and spends the entire day and into the evening working. Keep that in mind and plan accordingly, also be patient if you text/call and she doesn't respond right away. She doesn't stop working to be on her phone, but she will get back to you within a day. We are extremely happy with Rachel and have already scheduled our next appointment. Highly recommended. This review is long overdue! I hired Rachel for a deep clean in June 2021. My house was in pretty good shape, I'm an avid cleaner - but recently due to medical issues I haven't been able to get down and clean like I used to. I've never hired a professional before and was hesitant about the cost (she was a little out of my budget)- but I thought if she could help me at least get down and under some stuff it would be worth it. Ya'll - when I tell you this woman is MAGIC!!!!!! She was at my house for 9 HOURS (3/2, 1100sqft) this place absolutely SPARKLED for weeks after she left. I've never seen my floors, countertops, or bathrooms so clean. My shower door has had hard water spots since the day I moved in a decade ago and now its CRYSTAL CLEAR. She got every nook and cranny you could think of. Some that I myself have never even cleaned. Its been a couple months and I'm STILL finding spots that I'm like - OMG she cleaned this. I have a rock collection - she dusted every single tiny rock. She moved a couple things around in my kitchen, that I KEPT THAT WAY because it makes it easier to clean and looks nicer. Ceiling fan? Got it. Wine rack up on the wall? Got it. Light fixtures, base boards, AC intake....got it, got it, got it. She even organized my coffee and shower supplies. If you're someone that considers yourself "too picky or intense" when it comes to cleaning - RACHEL IS IT!!!!!!! My husband, who doesn't really ever care what shape our house is in came home and said "WOAH." She was on time, extremely friendly, good with my dogs, communicative, and you can tell she cares about what she does. No corners cut. She even gave me some tips on cleaning supplies she likes to use and I bought them all. She will ruin you for all other house cleaners. I wanted to note, you need to give her some time to respond to text messages. This lady is WORKING all day everyday. She was at my house for 9 hours and was not on the phone. I can imagine if someone text her that morning they'd think she wasn't responsive. But shes a one woman show and shes BUSY. You wouldn't want her on the phone cleaning your house would you? It took a week or two to finally nail down an appointment, but it was worth it, and worth every penny. I'll be bringing her back for my deep cleans a couple times a year!! read more

Rachel came yesterday to do a deep clean. I thought we did a reasonable job until I saw the depth of her cleaning. Rachel was on time and excels at making our house shine. Let me start this out by saying that Rachel is AMAZING. I was in an accident a little over a year ago that left me physically unable to do most things, including properly maintain my home. I'm not saying I lived in hoarder level filth, but a deep clean was definitely needed. As soon as Rachel stepped into my home, she was all business (and didn't once make me feel bad for my messiness). She got to work straight away and, I am convinced, used magic. She went above and beyond what we had agreed upon when she helped me clear my kitchen table off (no small feat, I assure you), and even washed some dishes that were left in the sink. Then, she went above and beyond again when she took the trash out, something she absolutely didn't have to do. Due to my injury, I was unable to do this myself and she said she didn't want my husband to have to do anything when he got home from work. Wow! Rachel took her time, and I didn't ever get the feeling that she was rushed or tired. The house looks great - so much better than I had ever hoped for. In addition to the awesome work she did, Rachel was friendly and non-judgmental. As I mentioned before, the house was messy (to say the least), but she cleaned it with a smile and was always checking in to make sure I was satisfied. Had my first experience with Rachel today - and it was great! She was extremely friendly and made me feel immediately at ease with her in my house. Plus she was so sweet to my dog =) We left our house in the morning with some extremely disgusting areas of the house, that if I'm honest, I have never cleaned. Rachel is awesome! I found her on Yelp at, like, 7am this past Friday and left her a hasty message; right when I got home from work, she gave me a call! From there, we immediately booked an appointment for 8:30am on Sunday. I really appreciate her willingness to accommodate me so last-minute, and that she likes to get an early start. Rachel showed up right on time on Sunday morning; while professional, she burst into my front door just social as ever! She brought all of her own supplies; you can really tell she knows her household products, and shes so willing to share them with you so that you can get your own, too. Additionally, we have a big puppy who is very friendly, but sometimes too friendly, and she took plenty of time right when she got here just to get acquainted and on-level with him. That really put me at ease, cause Mason does get VERY curious if you don't acknowledge him enough. My small condo needed a lot of help. We think the move-out clean before us wasn't too great, and work has kept me from really maintaining the place as of late. Rachel sure turned that around! Every nook and cranny, all surfaces, even our far-gone carpet looks 200% better! She was pretty quick, too, cause my boyfriend was headed home from being out of town. I'm sure she could have taken her time, but she was so sweet to try and finish up early so that he could be home and settled in. Only about 3.5 hours to deep clean the whole place up! Rachel is THE BEST! Rachel has cleaned my home on 3 separate occasions. I am extremely picky and each time she has impressed me more and more. I am amazed at her attention to detail. Places in my condo that I thought only I noticed, she thoroughly cleaned. Can't speak for the quality of service she provides because I was never able to get in contact with her. Called and sent text messages looking for a cleaner for specific dates and she doesn't even respond. It's one thing if you are fully booked on a date that a customer specifies. But she never replied at all, not even with a simple yes or no. So while other reviewers say that her work is amazing, I'm gonna assume the other half that would've written reviews are the ones who never got in contact with her in the first place like I did. read more

I hired Rachel to come do a deep clean on my condo while I was away for the weekend. Although this was our first interaction, I felt very comfortable leaving a key for her based on our phone conversation and her stellar reviews. She is worth every penny you pay her. Detailed story: I was in an unfortunate circumstance that left me unable to clean my house properly for about six months. I explained the situation to Rachel (my first experience with her was talking with her on the phone - she is genuinely SUCH a sweet, compassionate person!), and she was more than happy to come over and give my kitchen and bathrooms a deep clean. She got marks off the stainless steel fridge that have been there for a year and I didn't think would ever come off. She turned my embarrassingly disgusting/moldy bathroom into a squeaky clean, pristine white bathroom that you would never ever ever think was as gross as it was. (I'm super bummed I didn't take pictures of how it looked before she cleaned it!) I had been mopping my floors about once a month, but I asked her to clean the floors and she got SO much dirt off the floors, even she was amazed! I had people over the next day and they refused to wear their shoes in my house because the floor was so clean, lol. I swear, I can't imagine a human able to get my home any cleaner than she did. She paid attention to all the small details and everything is so perfect looking that I'm scared to use the bathroom and kitchen because I don't want to make it dirty lol. I think her costs are very appropriate and reasonable, to be honest. Not only does she do an EXCELLENT job cleaning (and she really enjoys it!), she is an incredibly nice person! I felt 100% safe with her in my home and she was even very sweet to my dogs, who were very curious about her.
