Can not add much to what everyone wrote except for a personal antidote. An arm from my glasses came off. I took it the store, which was a well known chain from where I got them and was told that it couldn't be fixed. These were progressive lens for the sun and the frame probably cost over $200. They told me to pick a frame out as sure, they wanted to sell me a new pair which would've cost easily over $700. Quality fixed them in a little over 1 hour and they cleaned them up. It cost $60. I read one review that said they were expensive, Were you nuts? $60 or $700? I am thrilled I found them. Good to know there are honest small businesses still around. 2 pairs of frames broke on the nose bridge. Overton the eyeglass manufacturer did not honor their warranty. Three places said that it could not be fixed. A new pair with lenses $500+. After searching, I found Quality Eyeglass Frames. They are located in Sunnyside, Queens right off the 7 train. I rang the bell and Denise came down. She took one look at the glasses and said, the frames can be repaired. Not an easy fix she said it would need time to dry. 24 hours later, I picked up the glasses. $40 and better than new. One day on my way home from work I just stopped by with the glasses and they informed they could be fixed and to return in one week. The price was reasonable and the company called me within a day and told me my glasses were fixed. If I am not mistaken I believe its cash only. I tried both glasses on to ensure I didn't need to have them tightened. The young lady told me they would tighten them if necessary. This is definitely a spot to check out for your broken glasses. Went there today for first time and got 3 pairs of glasses repaired . The wait time was one hour which is more than reasonable. The amount charged was reasonable for 3 repairs . Be advised someone comes to door when you ring doorbell so they have no place to wait inside the establishment . I basically walked around & found a place to eat and killed an hour . Was kinda far from me but worth the trip. I made calls to places around my area in brooklyn and they mentioned for me to get a new frame and were unable to fix my frames which broke at the shoulder part of the lens. I called and she mentioned it can be fixed when I texted an image of my frames to her. Once I arrived, it is kinda hidden since there really isn't any outdoor signage. I'm not going to be able to add much more then what other reviewers have said already. All I can add is that my experience was the same as the other reviewers: Quick turnaround, solid work, friendly service and reasonable pricing. I had a pair of acetate frames that I needed adjustable nose pads added so that it can fit me better (I have a low bridge). A lot of opticians will do this for you but it's usually around $100 and can take up to 2 weeks to get it back. QEFR turned it around for half that price and in an hour! read more

They immediately replied that it could be fixed and the price. There's no signage on the front door, but I read that in another review. I rang the bell, and an employee came downstairs. These are literally $600 frames coco song. Sat on my Warby Paper glasses and broke one stem/arm off and the other one bent. WP doesn't repair their glasses and had discontinued the model, so I couldn't even have replaced them if I had wanted to. Found this little shop by doing a simple search around where I live (Harlem). Went to this place after being turned away from multiple eyeglass and optical shops In the area that said my glasses were unfixable and to buy new frames. Stumbled across Quality Eyeglass Frame Repair and gave them a call. They asked me to send them a text message of the broken glasses and replied right away that they could fix it. I came in the next day and my glasses were fixed in thirty minutes for a good price. Although they don't have a place to sit and wait for your glasses (no need to with COVID), dropping off and picking up was super easy.
