It's actually a very nice hotel, especially considering it's under $70. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is nice, pancakes/sausage/eggs/biscuits/gravy/cereal/coffee/tea/hot chocolate/fruit/juice etc.

INDOOR POOL ICE COLD/No discounts for Traveling Nurses --Unable to use pool during entire 10 day…read morestay Although the breakfast and staff were kind and accommodating, the pool was NOT operational for my entire 10 day stay which was unacceptable. No discounts for this inconvenience were granted despite the website advertisement of a HEATED indoor pool. Even on the days that temps were in the upper 80's, the hotel AC chilled the pool and ambient air temperatures. And no discounts were given for Travel Nurses with them saying I had already obtained a discount as an IHG rewards member

Throughout that time, I have consistently been allowed to check in 30 minutes to one hour early whenever a room was available, especially since I routinely check out by 7:00 AM on my departure days. On May 1, 2026, I arrived at approximately 1:45 PM, only 15 minutes before the standard 2:00 PM check-in time. When I requested to check in, the front desk clerk informed me that, per management, early check-in was no longer allowed. I asked when this policy had gone into effect, and he replied that it had "just started." Because I needed to check in before my business appointment, I contacted Holiday Inn's customer service line. The representative was able to locate another nearby Holiday Inn, and when I arrived there, I was allowed to check in early without any issues. What concerns me most is the inconsistency in how this policy is being applied. If early check-in is no longer permitted, it should be communicated consistently across all Holiday Inn properties. As a loyal customer of more than 12 years at the Stockbridge location, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and appreciation for my continued business. I hope you will review this situation and clarify the hotel's early check-in policy. I also encourage management to consider the value of long-term loyal guests when making customer service decisions. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.

I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott in Stockbridge and found the overall experience to be…read moreboth comfortable and memorable. The room and bathroom were impressively large, providing ample space to relax and unwind. Having traveled several years for work, this large space was incredible and not the norm. Our room was disappointingly next to the elevator but surprisingly we did not hear any commotion from it. Even though I checked in after midnight, the night auditor was kind and efficient, ensuring a smooth arrival despite the late hour. I pointed out the signage announcing the alarm testing next day. The night auditor did not seem to have been aware of the planned testing nor the timing so we hoped for the best. While we had planned to sleep in after our late check-in, our morning plans was sadly squashed when fire alarm testing began at 9AM and lended to a hasty departure. We showered, packed and darted downstairs. The three ladies at the front desk were in the middle of a lively conversation until they noticed we were ready to check out. Their immediate, warm attention left us in good spirits despite the rushed morning. Overall, despite a few early-morning hiccups, the spacious accommodations and kind departure service made our stay a positive one. I would recommend for others to stay in this convenient location and know the testing was a one off.

I've never rated a hotel or done a review. Until now, as I see a need to do so for future guests…read moreof LaQuinta. My husband and I stayed here night before last. It started off fine. The bed however was very hard, especially around the edges. pillows were hard too. Staying asleep didn't come easy. Breakfast was fair. The real clincher came after breakfast. We went back to our room, and I laid back down for a while and attempted to sleep. My husband watched TV, keeping it low for me. Suddenly a fire or smoke alarm went off in the building. My husband went out into the hall, and talked briefly to another guest. Maybe 2-3 words, about the alarm, should we exit the building? Then it happened a few minutes later. The room phone rang. The lady, I assume at the front desk, informed my husband that they received 2 complaints that we were being too loud! What?? I was resting and he was watching TV, turned down low, and we were being loud? Wow. That's never happened. She repeated to keep it down! Feeling very insulted and confused, we quickly got our things together, and left the room. We got to the front desk to check out, my husband commented on the phone call. She offered a lame apology "sorry about that. It's protocol". Repeating that more than once, she offered nothing else concerning the complaint and phone call, but asked if other than that, was our stay satisfactory. That phone call alone, made our stay very unsatisfactory. Today we realized the hotel also made a copy of my husband's credit card and driver's license. For what? Why would they do that? Rest assured, we will not stay in this hotel again while traveling through the state, or any LaQuinta.

DO NOT COME - if you're expecting direct communication, understanding -- or traveling with a group…read moreof children. The staff immediately gets nasty! I'd like to begin by saying during our stay we were more than willing to abide by the rules set forth by comfort inn. We arrived on a Saturday at 10pm with a group of girls (8 preteens) for rest and a quick practice in preparation for a dance competition. We asked could we use the conference room --knowing it was later into the night ; just to prevent any noise issues while there; so our girls could practice. The front desk agent - who seemed irritated that we arrived with children: called her boss who refused saying we needed a contract for incidentals. We offered to wait for one to be typed up but the manager stated it had to be keyed a week in advance. We had proper forms of payment for the incidentals as we only needed the room for an hour or so and not a full days contract -- and were again refused. In order not to bother neighboring guests on the floor of our rooms( the time is now 11:15) we went to the 24 hour fitness room. The next night attendant came around the corner stating "she herself could not hear us" but her manager called from home telling them to shut down the 24 hour fitness center as a liability ... Saying it was not meant for "dance" - which in fact is fitness- when questioned why ...the excuse of "a mirror could fall" was given -- which doesn't make sense because a mirror could fall while someone was using any of the gym provided equipment. Nonetheless we were kicked out of the 24HOUR fitness center and it was "closed" for the rest of the night. (The time is now 11:35) We then moved to the lobby- where we were told we couldn't use the chairs - or move them : because the lobby closed at "12" and we would have to leave. (The time is now 11:50) 8 brown girls and 2 brown women quietly practicing their routines (to counts -- no loud music ) were interrogated the whole time we were at this location. The $100 HARD CASH incidental fee per room-- we were not informed of, but happily paid it. The short and snappy women we dealt with - the "I just work here attitude" nobody was willing to assist. It got to the point we were made to be a burden from arrival to departure. As an owner of a traveling majorette team; totaling over 50 dancers-- not including parents and supporters; we typically travel often. In this specific case I had 8 of my 50 --- Due to the service received; Comfort Inn will not be receiving the business of myself or my business partner personally. We also will refuse to use comfort inn - in any city when traveling for our business going forward. We were considering leaving the premises and going to neighboring hotels that would accommodate our needs-- HOWEVER; the time is now after midnight; and the girls have eaten and unpacked in their rooms. Due to the time: we would've taken the loss on 2 rooms and received subpar service.

The room appeared clean when we checked in, however, upon closer inspection the walls in each room…read morewere smeared with a variety of bodily fluids. I will attach pictures.
