I've visited this place before several times. Nice and clean looking. There's like a million kitty cats outside but no bother. Customer service is pretty good. The hotel itself looks nice outside. They keep it pretty managed. Small parking lot area the outside pool and jacuzzi. Don't look that new but they do the job. I think I got locked inside of the pool area lol once. If you're a choice members award member, you get a free snack and a water for each check-in. They're pretty stingy with the towels and in detail what I mean about clean looking everything seems clean but if you go looking around, say behind the headboard or under the bed. It's probably not clean. As far as location, it's perfect. I feel like you're in the middle of Hemet. I would definitely visit this location again and I would definitely recommend it to somebody. When we walked into the lobby we were met by Nyna. She was very pleasant and walked us through the check in and the instructions for the in room jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was perfect because it was over 100 degrees when we visited friends in Hemet. We were able to have the air conditioner on while relaxing in the room. Quality Inn also has a great pool area. It is surrounded by trees which gives you privacy while enjoying the water. If you are like my husband who likes having breakfast on the premises, you are in the right place. The Continental breakfast was perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a fridge and a microwave in room. The hotel is centrally located to shopping and dining experiences. Quality Inn has a great staff that helps you immediately. This hotel was the best in Hemet. After a late night/early morning at the casino we drove to Travelodge which was AWFUL. Called quality inn and the service was amazing, room was clean, breakfast in AM, no one bothered us. No bugs in sight which is a plus. Can't expect to do much in Hemet so we stayed in bed all day watching tv. Room does not smell, clean sheets, clean room, working tv, no bugs! If you visit Hemet this place works! read more

Best Place to stay in Hemet, or the general area. We're waiting for our house to be ready and it's been a wonderful stay. We've been just over a week and the people are incredibly friendly. I've stayed at other places in Hemet over the years and this one is noticeable different. The office staff is very nice and seem to take a lot of pride in the place. A lot of hotels nearby that are in the same price range don't even feel safe for your kids. This entire property is quiet and clean. The pool is small and tucked away surrounded by lush green plants that make it seem like you're down in San Diego or on an Island. The rooms are huge and everything is well kept. You have a small kitchenette type area that helped accommodate our family. We were able to walk to food and shopping from here and didn't have to move the truck every day. This is the only place I'll stay in the future. read more

I stay frequently at this location. It is the best hotel in the area. Nyna has always greeted me every time I come to stay at quality inn in Hemet. She realizes I'm tired and assigns the best room for me to have some quiet. It's always clean and everything is always really great. I always thought I had the best room ever because she gives me one that's quiet. I've never had an issue anytime I've come. There was a TV once that when I came that was not working. She immediately told me that there would be fixed within an hour. I went to dinner, came back to my room and sure enough there was a new TV on the wall with a new remote and working just perfect. There are lots of motels and hotels in this area but I've always chosen this one because it is run so well and most of that in the years I've come is due to Nyna. I've run many networks in my life and about to retire. I'm well aware that efficiency and cleanliness in a motel or hotel is due to people that are in the front and she does a wonderful job read more

We booked a room for the night and in the morning went to extend our stay the gentleman working said the one we are staying in was already booked so we booked a different one at a higher price. We were told we would be notified when our room was ready to switch. Several hours later we were told that the only rooms still available both had developed a bathtub leak. This was very inconvenient seeing we have a newborn. Upon getting our deposit back and room refunded for tonight 4/12/25 we found out that they marked it as me canceling the room when we asked for a cancelation receipt. The guy working admitted he lied because our baby is to messy he had not seen in the room to even make that assumption before canceling our stay and when he did check out the room it wasn't a mess hence why we recieved our deposit back. We feel very discriminated against for having a newborn. We have stayed here multiple times with no issue before. read more

The room was cleaner than I thought it would be and love that it has a refrigerator. However no one mentioned to us that the pool and jacuzzi were closed. That was a bummer. I was really looking forward to a soak in the jacuzzi. It was one of the reasons we picked this place. The ice machine was also broken. The couch in the room was utterly disgusting. Filthy even. The one star I gave was for the very friendly staff that checked us in. Wish I'd gotten her name. While the bed was comfortable I'd probably not stay here again. The people sitting in cars and circling around on bikes, looking in cars were sketchy. Just went to get breakfast and they stopped serving it. There's no sign for breakfast hours. LOCATION/ACTIVITY So, I was looking for a place to unwind for my birthday and just have a ME day. I chose this place because it was local and it had a room with the large jacuzzi tub that I wanted. I prepared my request directly through Choice hotels) and I spoke to a woman with an foreign accent. I asked about security since I was traveling alone, she said they had someone who patrols . I asked about the area, she said it was a very good area. Both of those things were a lie. 1st the images are nothing like on CHOICE HOTELS (where I booked). I stayed here for one night and could not even sleep through the night due to someone bumping loud car music in the middle of the night, creeks and noises from surrounding rooms, I did not see one security anything. ROOM remote control was broken and sticky (so you can tell they don't wipe down or sanitize common touched items), there were baby roaches crawling around the sink in the bathroom when I got up in the morning, the microwave was old, and dirty like it was burnt on the inside, the bathroom window would not close properly, the drawer was broken, the table about the fridge where the coffee is had like some type of molding under the wood in certain areas. The jets were not cleaned so I'm glad I brought some bleach cleaning spray with me before I was able to relax. STAFF: The staff that checked me in was rude saying the people from Choice Hotels don't know anything about the property and they just say whatever to get business, the older lady had someone call me while she was being rude in the background "are you going to check in or no, are you coming or not". I was told by Choice Hotel personnel that I couldn't check in until after 3pm, when they called from the actual location, they told me I could've checked in at any time. Not one made me aware of a $100 cash deposit on the room with jacuzzi on top of what I already paid for the room. OVERALL: JUST OVERALL not a good experience for me. We drove into Hemet to visit family for the weekend and decided to make arrangements to stay overnight, rather than try to drive back home. My hunny looked for hotels in the area and settled on a different one, but because of multiple reviews citing bed bugs and such, he asked me if I wanted to change to a different one...ummm why the fuck even ask that?! Hell yes, I do! Voila! Quality Inn pops up and he quickly switched the reservation. We honestly didn't know what to expect, as far as the hotel goes and we didn't know what to think about Hemet. I hadn't been here in many, many years, so I only remember the small desert town that doesn't have much going on, but we were pleasantly surprised when we pulled in here. The hotel looked like an oasis! It looked brand new, nice and clean, gorgeous flowers and greenery hanging down, a pool and spa, and a nicely paved parking lot. Check in was easy. The lady wasn't exactly friendly, until I started talking about the tv show that she had on. Then she seemed to warm up, a bit. The front desk area was very nice and comfortable. They offer a daily breakfast from 6am-9am and they also serve coffee in the waiting area. There's free WiFi upon check in and security surveillance. The room was spacious. They didn't have any King bed rooms available, so we ended up booking one with two queens, but even that still allowed us to easily move around the room. There's a two person table in there, along with a microwave and a refrigerator. We asked for an extra 30 minutes, since we woke up late. The Indian lady who answered was very nice and accommodating. When we finally checked out, she asked about our stay and invited us back, again. We'd definitely stay there, again. read more

Nice rooms, customer service was good in the beginning until I went to sleep and me and my kids got bit by bedbugs. Went to the front to make a complaint and get a refund and the owner was very rude. She told me, "well it's not like it's an infestation it only one". I told her I don't care if it was one or a million just refund me so I leave. She only wanted to give me credit for the hotel I told her no just refund me because I will not be staying here anymore. She became more angry and slam her window in my face. As I said it is a nice hotel but don't make a complaint or ask for a refund because the will get angry. Me and my daughter got bit up and we was in two separate beds. I'm going to try and be as accurate as possible. First off, the positives, the room was clean and not gross, the sheets and bed were good, the shower and tub, were very clean, plenty of towels, and a large room, fridge, and microwave were a plus. Now the negatives, starting upon arrival, we were greeted by a very aggressive, over-the-top woman, with no teeth, I mean zero, nada, no uppers or lowers, which for the most part would be fine, dental impairment is not anything to make fun of, but when you pair that with her unkemptness and super unprofessional attitude, immediately you start to wonder if you've made a mistake in staying here. She literally matched the sketchy people walking about outside the hotel complex. First off, she said, do you have cash? I said, we prepaid for the room, and she said you need actual cash for the deposit of 60.00 cash money and you can't put that on a card, just as rude as ever, OK, I coughed up 60.00 cash, a hassle but I did it. Then she went on as to how busy she was and all hell had broken loose. Then, a person came up to her side night window and was texting on his phone and she yelled out at him in front of us, "What the f*** do you want"? The poor guy said, " I'm just trying to book a room". She told him in front of us, they were sold out and to get the f*** out. With our mouths wide open in shock, we took the keys and went to our room. OK, continuing on, the only negative with the room was that the TV didn't work very well, the batteries were so bad in the remote, all corroded, we had to go down to get new ones and still the remote didn't work. We had to use the side buttons on the TV. The area outside the hotel is super sketchy, but inside the enclave of the hotel, we felt safe. We were there for a softball tournament so we really needed to relax in the jacuzzi before and after the games, of course, we had to wait for her to open the jacuzzi, which was well past opening time on the sign, and was at her convenience. The next morning before our first game, we went down for our "hot breakfast", you would assume, scrambled eggs, some sort of breakfast meat and muffins or waffles and such. No luck there, only pancakes and waffles, nothing else, yes there was yogurt, apples, fruit loops and that's it, nothing more for both days and the website clearly showed eggs and meat, so we went across the street to Casa Jimenez and had a delicious breakfast burrito. So in summary, the room was fine, (room 307) which is super private down a long hallway all by itself, we would stay here again, hopefully, the horrible woman at the front desk is long gone this time next year when we have another tournament, and the breakfast is corrected. I gave 3 stars to average things out, the front desk woman was a -1 star, and for the room, I will give a 3+. The crazy thing is when we went to check out, so I could get my 60.00 back, they handed it back immediately without even checking the room, this makes no sense. I also tried to complain on the Choice Hotels website, but because I booked the room with Hotels.com, it wouldn't allow me to leave a complaint. Ridiculous. read more

The room was clean and lower priced then other places in Hemet. No bugs. Those are the good points. The first night (Friday) there were a few "homeless", hookers or dealers wandering the parking lot and some people smoking outside the rooms. The second night (Saturday) was better with only 1 "homeless" wandering around and fewer smokers. Didn't see or have any problems, but just creepy. Tried the "breakfast" and due to Covid it consisted of a WalMart brand frozen egg on a tortilla that is microwaved in one's room or a granola bar. There is a breakfast area that might be better in non-Covid times. A bowl of cereal would have been a better option. Best to just plan to go out for breakfast or bring your own. read more

Excellent late night check in. The worker was friendly and professional at 11pm at night! One of the best attitudes for a hotel check in worker and this was at a quality inn not the Ritz! They provide a snack bag with a bottle of water which is a nice touch. The room was large, clean, and updated. The bathroom had a WINDOW you could open during your shower! Loved it! Very quiet rooms--just what I needed. Hot breakfast daily 6-9am including weekends. You can make your own mini waffles. Free on site non gated outdoor parking. read more

Do not stay here. I'm going to be honest unlike most of the ppl that post reviews. We requested a non smoking room for several nights. My daughter has asthma so it's literally a health hazard. The room smelled like smoke on the bedding and the curtains, everywhere -as soon as we walked in the room. The clerk said there were no other rooms available. We prepaid over $550 for the room but still had to find another hotel 30 mins away and pay another $550. This hotel doesn't answer their telephone or emails whether it'sa customer or their booking company Priceline. This hotel is a slum hotel with slum owners that don't take responsibility. I worked at a hotel for a long time and you can't control what guests do at the hotel but as the owners you are required to take responsibility when a break in the contract occurs by falsely advertising your hotel's most basic function. Also this hotel is next to a liquor store and is on an area where A LOT of homeless ppl are wandering the streets at all hours! We would have still stayed anyways cuz it was close to the softball tournament and we're not that picky but the smoky room/asthma hazard made it impossible! Do not stay here. It's worth paying a little more or staying a little farther away to feel safe and like the hotel will honor their part of the contract. read more

Quality Not! We stayed here 1 night on Saturday, January 5th, 2019. We arrived at 4 PM. The place was locked. No one answered our rings/buzzers for about 5 minutes. The brunette employee showed up and said Sorry, I'm the only one here. I asked to use the restroom. She said there is 1 in the room not the lobby. I told her my name and informed her that we paid for the room via a third party reservation (Hotwire). She told us that they only had upstairs rooms. Fine, we said. Our room # was 210. Once we got in the room, I was overwhelmed by pot smoke. After using the restroom, I called her and notified her that someone smoked pot in here. She asked if we wanted to change rooms. We were exhausted and told her no. We told her that we do not want to incur the smoking fee clearly stated on a piece of white plastic near the TV. She then made a crappy joke that we were now free to smoke or light up or something along those lines. Not amused, I said goodbye and ended the call. Other yelp peeps spoke of water being provided. That was not my experience. The toilet seat was left up when we arrived. That's unusual. After having a drink in the room, we headed out to dinner and then the casino (Saboba). When we returned to our room, we were still overwhelmed by the smoke. (Did I mention I have asthma?) Knowing it was too late to do anything about it, we proceeded to turn on the TV and lay down in bed. I was shocked that 1 of my pillowcases reeked of pot. Come on, Quality Inn is this your break room?? SMH The next morning, we ventured to breakfast. It was satisfactory. There were eggs shaped in a circle in water and sausage also in a circle shape. toast, English muffins, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and oatmeal. There was an assortment of beverages as well. Again, when we reentered our room the stench was overwhelming. We packed up quickly and left for home. I need to go to Hemet often as my Dad passed away. We would never ever return to this motel. (I mistakenly thought that if Hotwire had it on their site, the motel was vetted. Not so.) We will not return to the Best Western Plus either. The only reason we will not return to the Best Western Plus in Hemet is the mattress was way too firm. The Quality Inn mattress was better but not great or good. Nina, not sure correct spelling of name but she was pleasant. I called in and requested early check in and she got our room ready within thirty mins and the extra towels and pillows in the room were in the room as requested when booked. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever experienced and we've stayed at higher end hotels but this was sleeping on a cloud. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful!! The tv is direct tv and had all the channels and the pool was enjoyable and it's 6ft deep and the jacuzzi was hot. Didn't get to enjoy breakfast decided to sleep in a little longer but nonetheless we will be staying here again. Really pleased also with it being so hot out at 106 yesterday the A/C in the room was superb. read more

Terrible customer service!!! One person says one thing and then the next says another... Teresa answered the phone and became upset and flustered because she couldn't find my reservation under my last name or email confirmed booking #. She told me she couldn't help me. Then proceeded to give me the 1st and last name of someone else. I told her, that's not me. Eventually she found our reservation and said it was for 1 king bed which is not what I booked. My email confirmation even showed I booked 2 queen beds. I informed her the purpose of my call. I need to cancel 1 of our 2 day trip because my 2 year-old daughter ended up needing surgery. After i was told it was cancelled then they changed it back. Teresa placed the blame on Nina. Teresa had no sense of professionalism and even cut me off said she was too busy and hung up on me. read more

This is my fourth stay and I have to say every stay has been pleasant. The staff is courteous and attentive. The propert is clean and free of the local riff raff which makes it safe. I noticed during my stay that they were repaving the pool so i inquired and the property manage started they are just beginning renovating to update the decor. Well it didn't end there she then let us know check in wasn't until 3 pm it was 245 we told her that was fine we just needed to 2 rooms together none smoking she said well your going to have to wait we told her that's fine she then proceeded to grab her tuna subway sandwich and start eating it and not bother to check and see if there was rooms ready after about 10 mins I kindly asked could you check and see if there might be a room ready we drove a really long way she got upset with food flying out of her mouth and said I only see one up stairs and one down ohhhh wait I think one is coming up now her service was unacceptable so we get to our rooms and we find all kinds of dirt a wet spot who knows what the room smells of cigarettes and the fire alarm is taped up and bagged up I ask her to come remove it she told me you do it ughhh I want the owner to contact me this is disgusting we were here for a funeral had no other place to stay or we would have changed hot Owner did not try to contact us goes to show they are not willing to fix the problem just take your money and give you trash to sleep in BEWARE read more

This motel looks good from the outside...but that is where it ends. First, there is a $60 cash deposit you have to make on your room due to problems they have had with folks trashing the rooms. It took way too long to check into the hotel itself. Upon entering the room it was obvious that folks had smoked in there and I had asked for a non smoking room. I immediately went back to the office and the receptionist at first said she could give me some Lysol to spray in the room??? She found me another room. Then the remote for the TV no longer had a back to hold the batteries and was taped over to hold them in. And, the remote did not work as it would not adjust the volume. Went back to office and reported the remote. A "maintenance" man came and fixed the problem with offering me an upgraded remote. Then, I could not get the WiFi to work and the office person had no clue on how to solve the problem. Then, all night long I heard partying going on likely some addicts and just partying young people so the night very noisy. Oh, and I got charged $20 extra dollars for my 6 pound dog that was traveling with me. There was no place for my dog to go potty. The "Free Breakfast" is a complete joke...they offered waffles, cold cereal and yogurt. I will never ever stay at this motel again and am actually going to file a complaint with the Quality Inn headquarters and ask for a refund. Don't waste your time or money on this lodging. Wished I had read previous reviews prior to booking. I spend a second night at the Hemet Hampton Inn which was fabulous. read more

My family & I stayed here two nights for a wedding we attended over Labor Day weekend. We got two, two queen beds bedroom. The woman helping us at the front desk was very polite & funny. Once we got to our rooms I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rooms were. Everything looked relatively new. & the landscaping outside was very nice. We took a dip in the pool for a while & it was very nice as well. It has a small pool & a hot tub in the room, on the night stand, they have a little station to us two outlets & two USB ports. I was very happy with that. We had a very great experience with our stay. The only downfall was the area around the hotel. It was a bit sketchy, especially at nice. read more

Interesting place. Upon checking in, in addition to our credit card deposit, the front desk lady said they required a $60 refundable cash deposit. We were surprised by this and she pointed to a typed letter on display at the front desk saying it is required on all rooms. She hand wrote a note saying that we need to bring the note back in upon check out to get the $60 back. I gave them a two star just for having a room available last minute, but the non smoking room had obviously been smoked in and the furniture was outdated. read more

Stayed on 7/29/2017. Heard noise all night of a couple arguing next door to us in room 123. Found strands of hair in the bath tub the cleanliness of the bathroom was very poor. And then found a bed bug in the sheets. Having a medical background in the healthcare field these bugs could be potential carriers of blood Bourne diseases and be a potential mode of transmission. So I immediately packed my bags and left 3-4am without further consideration. I would recommend that the hotel orients the housekeeping to inspect the room prior to leaving it and not do a rush cleanup job. I would not recommend this hotel to friends, or family nor do I ever plan on staying here ever again. This was the worsest experience.. read more

Since we are platinum members he said 1p.m. Room we were in was next to the housekeeping storage area and they were ridiculously loud getting their carts out in the morning and talking loudly in the hallway alcove, then they cop knocked twice asking us when we were leaving once at 10:40 and again at 11:15 a.m. even with the DND sign on the door.
