I loved the experience with Quality Marble & Granite! Was immediately greeted by the ladies in the front office and then Ryan P. showed us around outside. I showed Ryan a sample of my cabinet and he showed me a couple of options. I explained what "look" I was going for and pointed me in the right direction. He was very patient with us and extremely knowledgeable in helping us make the right decision with picking out our counter top. We took a couple sample pieces of our new floor tile to Quality so we could put it next to the slabs that interested us. Art immediately asked what color our cabinets were and came right out with a sample cabinet door to throw in the mix with our tile and different slabs we looked at. This review is long over due.. We bought white galaxy granite prefabs from this business installed in dec2020. It looked great in beginning but then my wife started seeing discoloration of beautiful white color to yellow and orange in less than 9 months. We reached out to our installers and also this business. I went through lot of trouble dealing with this business and in questioning the quality of their granite with owner Evan. First of all, his "only" worker Noey turned out to be complete jerk who din't even bother to understand the problem and refused right away. I escalated to owner Evan. Evan sounded like reasonable person but at the end he totally disregarded his own responsibility of can't guarantee the "Quality" of their granite. He kept on beating around bush that he picks these prefabs from quality vendors and very knowledgeable but he was not sure why it turned yellow?. He kept on blaming us that we used acid or other liquid to clean it and refused our claim that it's the "POOR QUALITY" of your granite you sold us which turned yellow less than a year. My wife only used water soap and the cleaners which were water based only. These prefabs are not suppose to have high epoxy resin either but his own factory confirmed in writing email to me(Evan forwarded) the white galaxy has HIGH METAL content and also if EXPOSED TO SUN for long time it would turn yellow. I do want to mention these prefabs we selected were the last pieces they had in stock so it is quite possible they kept it in poor outside conditions which we did see personally when we visited the store. Anyways he tried to give us gumption ( without any understanding what it really is) to try out for free which I had to make multiple emails ( not very cooperative ). We tried and no surprises din't work. His guy Noey was very rude and unprofessional at end . He tried to first offer us 5% discount over phone for new purchase and then he offered at end 50% discount. He also claimed none of other customers had any problems but refused to provide any reference,it was hard to believe at end because he and his factory certainly knew something fishy in these prefabs which negated the very name of this business to BAD QUALITY . I would not recommend buying prefabs and certainly not from this business . Now at end, our counters are turning yellow attached pictures. read more

We visited a few other stone yards prior to being recommended to QMG from a neighbor. We were not that sure of the slab we were looking for, but showed up to our appointment with our paint and tile samples. We were assisted by Art and Laura and they were so helpful and patient. We were there a long time and very indecisive, but they never rushed us. In the end we couldn't be happier with the stone we selected. Some of the sales staff I encountered was very likable and genuine, the granite selection is beautiful and the people are genuinely nice and want to provide good service. The retail public cannot purchase granite from them directly, so make sure you have a contractor picked out so they can purchase your selection. I really wish they had a portfolio full of reputable A+ rated contractors you could use to install granite, but then again I'm not in this business so I'm not sure what that would do to their business. Her kind, pleasant demeanor and smile made me stay to walk the yard and look. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about design and the natural stone they offer.
