I brought 6 pairs of pants in last Thursday and showed the coupon for bring 2 and get the third free Promotion. When I picked up the pants they did not honor the coupon, saying that the promotion was cancelled in the system and there was nothing he could do. Awful. Gretchen has an aggressive and intimidating every time we drop items off for cleaning. She has personally insulted both my husband and I in front of our children. On 5/5/25 I attempted to drop off items and she said "Oh I remember you. I know how you are." She told me she knew me from my negative google review and blamed me and my family for her behavior and words. I took my items to Sun County because I was so worried that she would do something bad to our clothing. She just can't be trusted. Sun Country confirmed that they have several people per week that switch to them because of the way Gretchen treats them. It's good to know it's not just us. We have permanently switched to Sun Country and will not return to Quality Plus until she's gone. read more

This business is a scam. $53.51 to dry clean 9 shirts!!! And that's with A 15% DISCOUNT!!! When I challenged the attendant, she was even uncomfortable, saying she didn't understand why they charge $11.45 for "designer shirts," which is absolute nonsense--just a fabricated attempt to justify usury in dry cleaning prices. She said she'd "get back to me" to see if she could discount the entire order, not just the four "designer shirts," and I didn't receive a call. The only decent thing about this Dry Cleaner is Jasmine, who is very friendly and competent. It seems that there is someone new working here every day. And the prices have sky rocketed . It is so convenient to my home, but not worth the many hassles. Jasmine should work somewhere that she is appreciated. read more

The wrong coat was given to me but only realized after I had paid for service, my coat was also nowhere to be found and missing. They did find it 2 days later but were not able to issue a refund after I paid for someone else's coat. Cleaners claimed mine was the same price and it's a wash. The item I paid for was a long women's coat and my item was a little kids coat so not sure how that was the same. After pushing back on the no refund issue they gave me $10 (39%) back for all the issues. Good customer service would have refunded 100% of the service price as they clearly made the mistake and lost the item causing me to make multiple trips for one item. Quality Plus cleaners do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Don't go there. I brought in two pair of pants to be cleaned and pressed at the store on McMullen Booth and Enterprise. The presser placed creases near the side seams in wonky places and I returned the pants. I said I wanted them with either no crease or a centered crease. the lady who took back the pants said she would take care of it. When I went to pick them up again yesterday, I was going to be charged for another dry cleaning and pressing. I protested, telling the clerk to call management. When I went today, I was told there was no notice about this being a redo and I had to pay to get the pants. This is just a word of warning. Not only that, I went to their website, emailed the ceo, customer service, and info using the email addresses on the website. Returned with unrecoverable error. Follow up to my post about Quality Plus. They called me, I returned the call speaking with Laurie. I got an apology and they will be sending me a check for the second charge. They are also going to be speaking with the staff at the store and stated it is their policy if the customer is not happy to redo the work at no charge. read more

**Update to my Aug 10th review...** It is now Nov. 9th and I still have nothing - the pants or the $ for the pants - from Quality Plus Cleaners. After calling on Aug. 10th and told I would hear something back, a week went by with no call back. Called again on Aug. 18th, speaking again with Lana. Was told my information would get forwarded to the owner - yet again - and it would be marked urgent. Never heard a word. Contacted the Pinellas County Consumer Protection office to file a complaint. After multiple written contacts and multiple phone calls, Quality Plus Cleaners continued to be non-responsive to Consumer Protection (letters were delivered in-person). Finally on Nov. 3rd I received a phone call from Laurie from Quality Plus, who referred to the letters from Consumer Protection. She claimed that at least one check had been sent to me but then returned. She had a second check written out to me and was going to have it driven to the Quality Cleaners in Safety Harbor for me to pick up in about an hour. We then discussed the amount of the check and the fact that it was $50 less than the value of the pants they lost. She said she would talk with the owner on Nov. 6th and get back to me. I've called twice (Nov. 8th and Nov. 9th) and left messages with no return call. 5.5 months and still nothing - no pants, no reimbursement for the lost pants. Continuous run-around from this company. They have ignored me and they have ignored Consumer Protection. This is a company that operates in a very shady way. read more

I brought in a cashmere sweater for dry cleaning back in March to Quality Plus Cleaners at McMullen Booth and Enterprise. m When I went to pick it up, it had shrunken to a child's size. (At least 3 times smaller than when I brought it in). i was told they would do a redo twice. Nothing changed. I provided the information requested to receive a refund in the amount of §98.00. I have called at least 3 times to request it and have been getting the runaround. I am very upset and think the business owner will never refund the sweater. Very poor business ethics. read more

Very unprofessional and poor service. They damaged my husband's Untukit shirt. They laundered this shirt rather than spot clean it. The blue color on sleeve bled throughout. All was Ok for a time, and the local staff at McB & Ent are very caring, but you can tell they have to deal with inadequate management. Many months ago a shirt of mine was lost in their system. I provided all documents supporting the cost of the shirt and cost to replace the shirt; no action from management. I will not return to this cleaners even though if this is ever resolved they will likely issue a credit which I'll never use. I've had cleaners ruin shirts in the past namely Sun Country and they immediately sent me a check to replace the shirt. read more

I use their alterations big mistake. I don't live by the location I sometimes work by it. I got it done in November they messed up my pants. I didnt get a chance to bring them back until today( Feb) . They refuse to fix the crooked stitch and a bad stitch because I didn't bring them back within 30 days. This is by far the WORSE Dry Cleaning company we have EVER EVER used. My husband has been getting shirts dry cleaned for over 25 years. Myself for 16 years. We recently moved here from California and never spent over 3-4 dollars to dry clean a shirt. Because my husband dropped off 3 "Tommy Bahamas" shirts they've decided to charge us $9.50 per SHIRT!!!!!! I spent more money on this one dry cleaning service than i normally do in a months worth of dry cleaning. I called the Manager and made a stink and it didn't seem to bother her. How can you charge 9.50 for a simple silk shirt???? Not only that but every other item there was expensive. Learned a lesson for sure! read more
