It shows all the thing that could be a problem and a short explaination why it is. Sone of the points I don't know it even exists like how all the plants have to be 1-2 feets away from the home. The report also tell us about what is covered and what is not. While even if it is not his responsibility, he still noted those that he didn't check so that we can have some other professional do it. As a real estate professional, I never know what to expect when it comes to the buyer's home inspectors. Some can be not very thorough or not good at explaining the problems they find, but I found Tien to be very helpful at explaining what the inspection consisted of to my buyers.
