But the insurance people had already put the "right" answers in there. Instead of blindly signing off on a number of technical items I did not understand, I contacted Doug and he IMMEDIATELY helped me provide accurate responses to the questions. At that point the insurance specified a mitigation we would need to implement in order to maintain coverage. This was a HUGE relief to know that if we ever file a claim, insurance won't be able to say we falsified the paperwork at all, and they will have to pay our claim.
