I tried returning it and they said I waited too long and wouldn't refund anything or give me anykind of credit. They confirmed it did not work. They said that's why they encourage people to to take it out of the box sooner. As if I was somehow to blame. They said all of their competitors have the same policy so I would have been out of luck even if I bought it somewhere else. Not at all like Nordstroms return policy which makes people love them and want to keep shopping there. I'm so mad. It's a complete loss for me. I paid the price for being their customer. I didn't even get to watch one dvd on it. I can't tell you how much I hate them right now.

For a some extra fee he was able to arrange next day service. The two installers who arrived today, William and Anthony were amazing. They measured carefully to ensure that the refrigerator would fit before they unboxed the refrigerator. They were gracious and efficient and even suggested a way we could solve a problem with a drawer really close to the refrigerator. This was not our first exprerience at Metropolitan Appliance, and it won't be the last. The professionalism of both the sales staff and the installers was outstanding.

My experience with Lansang was also great as she patiently helped me find the SKU for my plywood and sent me on with a smile. I would only surmise that the authentic customer service that I experienced is a direct reflection of the management team of this Lowes and I am greatly appreciative of this for someone who does much of the work on their own and frequents this location about once a month on average. Called them, they came out and tried to fix it but didn't have the parts. They gave me an entirely different dryer, which has been working great. Two weeks later, my oven started to die, so went back. Got a good one with some nice features, and they were able to deliver the same day. Came out, swapped the old oven, installed the new one, made sure everything worked. They treat their customers very well. They have made a regular customer out of me.
