Talk about inconvenient. It was laying on the ground but after it cooled, I was able to wrestle it off. Without the muffler, my Saturn sounded like a B52 and therefore undrivable. I immediately called AAA and was promised a tow within 30 minutes. In less time than that, up comes a clean car carrier from Henry's Towing and Mark, the driver. Clean, neat, courteous and polite. He drove my car onto his flatbed and off we went. I drove with Mark in his truck cab. What? No trash? No coffee cups? No, just like you'd keep your home. It was just a tow but done with no pressure and complete efficiency. Mark and I shook hands at the end. Losing your car temporarily is always a chore but if it has to be loaded to a repair shop, Mark and Henry's Towing is a good first bet.

The quality of their work and the personal touch they bring to the table is second to none. I've read a few reviews on people saying that it took longer than they expected but, as someone who's mother worked at Noyes Insurance for over 30 years can attest, there is the original diagnosis and then when they start taking the vehicle apart there is a supplemental diagnosis for unseen damage that cannot be seen by the adjuster. When this occurs Vic fights for original parts and to make sure your vehicle is 100% and nothing less. Getting it done properly and the quality of their work is what matters. I haven't seen anyone in the area who paints any better than Matt and my truck looks brand new. They are the best around

Victor was very nice and got my car in very fast and explained everything to me regarding different options which ways it could be repaired and how much it would cost. He also told me not to open my trunk before I bring it into the shop because I might not have been able to close it. They looked at my car the same day of the accident! Luckily my insurance covered this accident but he was really upfront with me about everything which is amazing because I don't know much about cars. My car's trunk was misaligned due to the accident and it had a big crack in the bumper as well. My car looks amazing now after the accident! You would never know it was ever damaged and honestly looks brand new. Thank you so much to Victor and his team for fixing my car. They were all very nice and did such an amazing job. It was a fuel pump failure, Rahul, the A&R owner, showed up with a flatbed tow quickly, expertly maneuvered his truck into position in a tight spot and had the van secured in no time. Despite having a full shop, he managed to install a new pump the same day (required dropping the fuel tank). A&R is a family run business (dad and both sons). These are good people. Responsible, responsive, expert and friendly. Highly recommended.

I am off for parental leave and just in survival mode as one tends to be in the first weeks and was not wearing my executive suite or clothing, so unfortunately no one would not know that I run a small organization. Apparently that determines the service because when I arrived for an estimate, I was excited because this auto shop comes HIGHLY recommended. I was going to spend several thousand dollars to fix a small fender bender and then ask about detailing services. However I will not be engaging with this organization again because I was treated with such indifference that I can't imagine patroning this organization. When I arrived, and was assigned someone to draft the estimate, I approached this staff member, I believe his name was Mike, and asked questions because I had already gotten a quote. He would not look at the other estimate I had and didn't discuss anything with me. I was told that the price will be the same as the other shops and that I should just check my email for his estimate and we can talk then. I left wondering why I came if at places like Waldron Carstar, sat down with me and went point by point and discussed options and advised me as I asked questions BEFORE and AFTER I received their estimate. They treated me like a valued customer and tried to create a work plan that worked for me as a drop in. I went to 3 other shops and got same day estimates. This individuals quote came 12 hours later. Their work is probably great, but their treatment of me as a customer was disappointing given how much work I was intending to pay for. In my opinion, auto service is expensive but the customer service and care shouldn't be optional because that is essentially the only difference from shop to shop since "it's the same price" according to their rep. Fun fact, their quote was the most expensive quote. Go figure lol Update: The response was "I am sorry the estimator did not converse with you the way you would like." Again, customer service appears optional. My response was as follows when the manager referenced their reputation as well: "I actually came because of the reputation, including the fact that I was looking for detailing estimates as well but I never got to that. Justin, Justin, and Yo Adrian couldn't have been nicer. My car came better than when I bought it. I didn't nag them...let them do their job! The little things at the end: my warranty in my car in one of their coffee mugs was a nice touch. Only complaint? My Prius didn't come back as a Benz!!!!
