I requested a tow truck for a friend because his family members were making a big deal about his car being parked by their apartment so I called AAA and used my account and they sent quality towing and I assure you they are anything but quality, super slow service. I waited almost all day for the tow truck to arrive. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. they are on some bullshir not to mention they sent 1 tow truck out and was to lazy to try n get the tow truck in the apartment complex and then proceeded to lie to me and said the tow I called for wasent covered all a sudden. ***miss me with that bullehit*** read more

At first I wasn't sure about this company. My landlord tried to weaponize them to harass us during the pandemic and one of those who showed up said he was willing to just tow us without thought cuz he has been in the biz for 20+ yrs so "seen it all". This wasn't promising. We argued it with the landlord and explained to the tow company a bit. I was hoping this wasn't the hill this company wanted to trek on with my crazy landlord tbh They called the cops so we had to as well. The cops showed up... I was worried ngl....then this company suddenly approached us again. They said they talked it through and will not tow us now nor ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE. When I looked confused they clarified and said that they will NOT be towing residents from apartments anymore LEAST OF ALL during the pandemic because quote "it isn't right". I was honestly speechless I was so impressed. They are right, home is a necessity always especially during a pandemic. I don't care if they were motivated by capitalism or empathy, but either way I think this is wise AND I am grateful. This business is not run by grubbers or those who are willing to shank the community for an easy buck. They are trying to build a decent reputation and for that I commend them and leave this review. Someday down the road when we are back on our feet I will remember them and be grateful. This was a small victory as my family tries to stay afloat without harassment. From my experience they are looking to work here for long term and not mess with others to be extra and harass, just to do their job. I appreciate that. Thank you. THEY DROVE MY CAR WHILE IN STORAGE. I got my car towed. When I got it back my brake fluid and abs lights were on. Ended up costing me $400 to fix everything. Also wripped out covering. I also found a vinyl record in the car indicating they drove it while in storage. See the pics. read more

Horrible company - I would NEVER use them!!!! When the truck driver delivered our vehicle and asked for payment, I asked him to back it in the stall and then come in for payment. Instead, he ran into the office about 15 minutes later, said he has been sitting outside waiting (about 20 steps away), and started yelling and swearing at everyone in site. He was threatening and insulting, and we told him to just take the payment, he continued yelling profanities and calling us every name in the book for making him wait (we didn't, he just had to walk in). We were told the owner would call me right away, never heard from him. If you don't want to be insulted and threatened, don't use this company!!!! read more

Could've been a whole lot nicer. The employees here have a terrible attitude. We were given judgmental looks as if we didn't have enough money to pay for the service. If I'm paying for a service, I would like the employees to be eager to help, not look like they are forced to help. read more

My car was overheating and had to pull over on the freeway. I had called a competitor (also on Yelp) prior to calling Quality who stated a truck was on the way. Only to call me back ten minutes later to say the flatbeds were unavailable and they could book the next morning. Mind you, I was at the beginning of my 45 mile evening commute home, tomorrow morning was absolutely not cutting it. Called Quality and they were the only company with a flatbed able to respond. Fantastic timing, better than ETA given. Jeff had the car up and locked down and we were off in minutes. He helped turn a miserable situation into an enlightening and enjoyable commute. If I'm stuck on the peninsula again Quality will be my first call. Hopefully Jeff is on duty if it happens. read more

Quality Towing my ass .Horrible service all around.The dispatching office has to fire the lady operater.She is so rude theyre charging me 600 for 2 mile towing and on top if that im getting treated like total shit. So if you wanna get fingered with your own money please dont hesitate to go other wise stay couple miles away frin this place and company all the way around. read more

My review was filtered and I honestly do not know the owner and have never met him. When we went to pay via cashier's check, we were denied and went back to bank, so we did not get any special treatment from Quality Towing, yet my review remains filtered. I think I have a little more respect for Shanney T. (Gave a 1 star) than I do Yelp's automatic, computerized filtering. Their computer filtering system raises the impression that Yelp is sort of a bully, and perhaps a little arrogant at times with their dependency \ confidence ratio on their filtering technology. _____________________________________________________________ Towed August 25th for expired tags (2013 sticker- Saturn never passed smog checks), arrived Monday morning 8 am sharp as Greg was arriving in his monster tow truck. My wife and I offered to give away our vehicle to him, he didn't want it, offered us the Amnesty waiver, lower than the answering service quoted over the phone, gave him both of our car keys and resisted giving him a hug on the way out the gate. These guys bailed me out of a bad situation with fast service and a friendly demeanor. I had a scheduled appointment with a rival service. After waiting for the other guys for two hours, I called Quality Towing. They gave me a reasonable quote, arrived within the promised 30 minute time frame, made friendly conversation with me on the way to my mechanic, and honored the quoted estimate. Well its a shame Customer Service is a priority here. Car was towed in after a scarey accident last Friday. Waited on my insurance to process a claim which transpired today........ Called Quality Tow to get the vehicle moved and the woman whom picked up the phone must either be a very unhappy person or hates her job. She was rude and acting like it was a chore to help. If I could give negative 5 I would. They say open 24 hours but they close at 5. I called from Europe as my son got in an accident. They were completely unhelpful, wouldn't let my USAA free tow package come get it, wouldn't accept email or text or Docusign only "fax" lol to release to someone other than me. The owner was a total jerk, I asked if he was charging me for a final task to tow it to my local marina when I had USAA to come get it for free and he non stop rattled off sarcastically that he had workers comp to pay, and employees, and toilet paper and shit. What a low class jerk. I would never use this company and I'll throw pennies in his face when I'm back from Europe for not taking my credit card over the phone after all the hoops and extra day they put me through. My car was towed by police so I didn't have a say in where it went and ended up here. When I call to ask questions the operator was extremely friendly and helpful and my insurance adjuster actually told me that was very unusual and I should consider myself lucky! I showed up at 9am when they opened to get personal belongings out and take pics a nd they obliged. Can't complain! read more

I would give this place no stars if it would let me. We needed a flat bed tow truck to move my husband's tool box (1000+ lbs) from where he used to work to his new job (he's an automotive technician). We called around 8:00am to request service. The location of where we needed it to get picked up at was literally 2 blocks away from this tow company. At 8:48 we called again and were told a driver was in route. At 9:10 we called again and was told he was 10 min away. 10 min went by with no tow truck in sight so we ended up calling another tow company (Red Line) and they had a guy there in 5 minutes, just as promised. It took about a good hour to load the tool box and strap it down properly, which was fine (better safe than sorry!), but the tow we requested from Quality Towing NEVER showed up. I would definitely not recommend this place. read more

They advertised " used battery" sale on Craigslist. I needed a battery for my 1995 Accord. So I went to purchase one. I was shocked when they told me: 1. I had to carry the battery to my car 2. They would not lend me a wrench to put the battery in my car. 3. They would not let me change the battery in their compound. 4. They person who served me was not friendly at all. What a great crew during a very stressful car issue. I called and unlike almost all towing company's QUALITY TOWING was there the fastest i have ever had a tow truck respond to my call. My daughters car broke down just after getting off the bridge. Her cell was dying so i had to make the call and set everything up. From the time i placed my call and got the truck rolling towards her- the personnel were very helpful and made it happen. If your looking for a HONEST, TRUST WORTHY tow company i highly recommend QUALITY TOWING. If i could give them 10 stars i would have. After the first towing company that my motor club contacted estimated an hour and then never showed, my motor club contacted Quality. They gave an ETA of under 25 minutes and arrived on time. The operators are very efficient and professional. The tow guy came to my driveway to tow my project car 30 mins after the phone call, just like he promised. I've seen numerous bad reviews on towing service like not being on time, over charge, shitty attitude, etc., but Quality towing is different. The guy was awesome and he checked my car's bumper many times before he used the winch to pull the car to the bed. Will recommend to friends. read more
