We're a local family of 4 who normally just drive and park at the airport for short vacations, but this being a longer 3-week trip didn't want to leave our car for that long. Found Quality Town Car and Dawn was fantastic to work with! Got us all arranged for transfers from our home both to and from the airport, and cheaper than what we would have spent to park, with a LOT less hassle! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. I used them for my wedding day, September 30th, 2012, and I am SO glad I did! Like others, I found Seattle Town Car and Airport Shuttle on Yelp. I went to their website, submitted the necessary info for a quote, and got a prompt response. I did this with several of the other highly rated companies on Yelp, and some I didn't hear back from at all, some were many days later, and others seemed evasive and wanted to charge me what seemed to be an unusually high rate for a town car. When I got a response from this company, it was from Dawn herself, and she emailed me within minutes most times, telling me everything I needed to know and showing me the most cost effective and time efficient way to book the multiple trips I had planned for that day. I feel as though the price I paid for the value and experience I got was unbeatable. I can't speak highly enough of Dawn. She was on time, she was friendly and professional, the car was immaculate and stocked with snacks and bottled water, and she let me know exactly where she was by text message when each meeting time approached. At the end of the wedding, it was a bit difficult to wrangle up my families and get them to their prospective cars, but Dawn just smiled and took it in stride, not at all making me feel badly for holding her over. We spoke with Dawn to book our reservation to get a car with a car seat to the airport. The car itself was one of the nicest I've ever been in, and the driver was very kind and masked up. I love the safety precautions they take with cleaning the cars for covid. The driver also offered us water and a phone charging option. On the way back, we were one of those folks who had to deal with cancellations from the virus and snow storms, and Dawn and the team were patient and helpful, making a stressful situation much easier. I was highly disappointed in the service of Quality Town Car and I would certainly not ever use them again. This will be a very long review, but it's only because of the comedy of errors that occurred. I reserved a car to pick us up from the airport and drive us 30 mins to a restaurant downtown with a special request for a car seat to be included. I will say that all communication up until the time of the actual pick up was great. Instructions were clear, telling me to text my driver after I pick up my bags to let him know which exit we would be waiting at. When I texted my driver I didn't receive a response for 5 mins, so I texted again to ask if he got my message. A couple minutes later he responded to say he has engine trouble and he would be sending another driver in 5 mins. He didn't tell me what car I should be looking for until I asked. When that car finally arrived the driver got out and started to install the car seat but it was immediately clear he did not know what he was doing. He quickly asked us if we knew how to, even resorting to asking passersby if they knew how to install the car seat, which of course none of us did. He fumbled with this for about 15 mins at which point he gave up and said he could drive us to a nearby gas station where his colleagues could give us a different car seat to use. This resulted in us having to bring our 18 month old in a (albeit short) car ride without a car seat, which was the whole point of why I booked Quality Town car to begin with. When we arrived at the nearby location, 1 of the driver's colleagues tried to install the car seat and also failed. Ultimately there were 4 drivers all arguing about how to do it - and at this moment my toddler who is still in the backseat with her mother, begins to get quite scared at all the strangers making a fuss, and understandably starts crying quite hard. After about 10-15 mins of this they finally get the car seat installed, and at this point we are 40 mins behind schedule from when we should have originally left for our destination. Because we're behind schedule, our driver is also behind schedule for his next pick-ups, so he spends most of the trip texting and calling his colleagues to try and get people to cover for him. And just as a final fyi, no I did not receive an offer for a refund or discounted price at all despite this incredibly poor service. I probably don't need to say it but I highly recommend you avoid this company when there are so many other options out there. read more

As another reviewer said, I would give Quality Town Car 6 stars if I could. I've used their service a number of times to get back and forth from Sequim to SeaTac. These are long rides and comfort is hugely important. Their vehicles are immaculate, comfortable, and a pleasure to relax in. Know though, that comfort involves much more than the vehicle. For me, satisfaction in a service of this type includes reliability, safe driving, and the ability of the driver to connect with me and recognize my needs. Quality Town Car is exceptionally reliable. They are on-time, communicative, and they anticipate and respond to changes in schedules. They have gone well out of their way to ensure I didn't worry about timeliness. They always showed up on time and communicated via email, text, and phone -- all the things I needed. Their drivers made sure I was comfortable in their vehicles and they drove safely - I didn't have to play "back seat driver" at all! But, the very best part of the experience with Quality Town Car is the driver's ability to sense what I needed/wanted on the long drive. On one of my first trips with them, I was exhausted. The driver told me to make myself comfortable in the back seat. I stretched out and conked out. And, I felt comfortable doing so. On other trips, I felt a bit more chatty and was able to talk with the drive -- on all different subjects -- and again, I felt totally comfortable. Their skill at sensing their customers' needs is just what travelers need. It's hard to find anywhere but they're a total gem in this area. For airport pick-ups the driver monitors flight progress from the cell waiting lot and provides very clear communication to the customer on what/who to expect. I first used this service last year to get me to the airport for a trip to New York. Among the usual travel worries (traffic, paranoia about missing flight, forgetting something important at home, etc), I was also very anxious about traveling for the first time during the pandemic. Especially during a snowstorm. Dawn did an awesome job at calming those fears. She arrived early, described how her vehicle was equipped to drive in the snow, and discussed her business's vaccination + masking policies for drivers (I was not yet eligible for vaccination back then but felt safer knowing the driver would be, at least!) The cars are nice and the customer service makes you feel like a rockstar. I used to take lyfts to SeaTac but I really don't see why I would do that going forward. Dawn is easy to reach and flexible so there's not even a convenience thing there. Hoping business travel is a thing again at my work in the near future because I'd love to use her service for that as well. read more

The service was exceptional and made traveling to and from the airport very easy! The driver, Nuru, arrived at our home on time and was waiting for us at the vehicle. Though he had on a mask, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. The vehicle was clean inside and out, with small bottles of water placed in each door bottle holder. Besides the vehicle being clean inside and out, Nuru, according to my wife and daughter, dresses very nice. He was a cautious driver that obeyed all of the traffic laws making sure we arrived at the airport safely on time. Nuru was also the driver for a return trip home, which made us all feel very comfortable. Again, he arrived early and was waiting for us to exit the airport. The car arrived at our door 5 minutes early, after a 10 minute text notice that the driver would be on time. I have used this AMAZING service numerous times. There is no one else I will ever book with. From point of contact to final drop off with a top game driver, you receive a professional, friendly and completely fine tuned service. This is very meaningful when you are already dealing with a day of travel. I almost booked with another service with a similar name, right from the initial point of contact the customer service experience was not even in the same ball park as the amazing service the Dawn and Erica provide. What a huge mistake that would have been, had I completed the booking with another service. I had some odd sized luggage, Erica took the time to look up the standard size of the equipment to make sure it would fit in the car and the pick up would go smoothly. Just for a comparison, when I called the other company with a similar name by mistake, rather than help me by looking up the size, they wanted to send a larger vehicle for double price and move on immediately, letting me know that in the event the equipment didn't fit they wouldn't be able to do the pickup, but still charge full price. The extra care that Erika took to keep my cost down but also be sure pickup was smooth and an easy success speaks volumes about the care that is taken with each passenger. We tried to get information from a few companies and went with Seattle Town Car & Airport Service for the super fast response and excellent customer service. Every interaction I had with them on the phone or in e-mail was great. I did not want to leave this to family or friends as we were going on an adoption trip and I needed someone I could 100% count on to be there. We booked a town car for the outgoing trip and an SUV with 2 car seats for the return trip. We had a pickup on June 24th on our way to the airport. Our driver Jeff texted me as promised ahead of his arrival at our home, he was very helpful and hauled our bags to the car and loaded them. Shall I mention that we overpacked a little (ok a LOT)? He was not only polite but a really nice guy, both my husband and I really liked him and we hoped we might get him on the return trip. Jeff unloaded our bags made sure we were ok and could handle everything without a sherpa before he left. Fast Forward to July 10th - We survived a hellish flight with our two newest family members ages 1 and 2 years old. I turn on my phone and the first call I get is from our driver (apparently) who does not introduce himself but says "Are you ready yet?" I explained we had just finished up in immigration and were now heading to collect our bags. He told me to call him back at that number when I knew what door/zone we were at. We did just that, I phoned our driver and gave him the information. I told him who to look for as well. We waited on the curb and when the driver arrived he was TOTALLY unprepared for our family. He has ONE car seat and ONE Booster when I specifically booked two car seats for 2 kids both 20 some odd pounds. Putting tiny two year old weighing in at 22 pounds in a booster seat (made for a 40 pound child) is not safe or legal. Our driver now says he had to come to get us because our actual driver was not available. Like this feeble excuse makes it all okay. Still the same two car seats were booked no matter who collects us from the airport. This was the very reason we did not rely on some random friend. I was paying a company to provide a service, we scheduled in ADVANCE to be SURE we had the car seats. We have some conversation on the drive, pleasant enough, however our driver had NO IDEA where he was going, he had to be directed the ENTIRE way. It was as if he was some other idiot driving the car for a friend. I haven't ever had that happen before. But wait.. there is more.. this stellar employee then dumps all of our bags and stroller at the bottom of the driveway.. did I mention we have two toddlers? One who can not walk yet and one who is too weak to walk because of her heart??? We had 4 checked bags, three carry ons, a stroller and TWO TODDLERS. I was beyond LIVID and this was by far the WORST service we had for this trip to be sure (This includes 8 different drivers.. some for multiple days and often in horrible conditions). The more I thought about it the more annoyed I became. I sent an e-mail detailing our experience to Dawn the owner on July 10th, she replied that she was "horrified" and would be in touch. I haven't heard anything else from her. Would I use them again? Probably yes, I would give it a go again because Jeff was outstanding, the other employees I spoke to were all very nice and I do believe this could be a one off. I think the owner seems like a nice gal and I believe her when she says that this is not how the drivers are trained. I wish I had gotten our return drivers name because I'd like to never get him again.. ever. read more

When I need a ride anywhere I give Dawn and her team a call and I'm always taken care of! I came across this Town Car service via Yelp, I travel quite a bit for pleasure or work and getting to and from the airport is always a pain until I found Dawn and her team. My first ride with Dawn got me hooked, car was clean, they were at my Apartment a few mins early and txt me letting me know they were down stairs. There was snacks and water in the car waiting for me. Ride was smooth and they knew where they were going and knew the status of traffic. I had the pleasure of being driven by Dawn yesterday. She greeted me warmly and kept the lines of communication open. I love a service like that! She kept me up to date and kept me in the loop. Her town car was extremely comfortable and she had everything I could need in it. Magazines, snacks, she even gave me a couple of water bottles because yesterday was definitely warm. :) Traffic yesterday was horrendous, I had totally forgotten about SeaFair and didn't anticipate just how crazy everyone was going to be driving! That being said, Dawn was obviously an expert behind the wheel. She deftly maneuvered her vehicle and knew all of the side streets to get us around the backups. At no point did I feel unsafe or nervous. Because of a scheduling mishap on my part, I missed the last train from Seattle to Olympia (totally my fault). When she offered to drive me to Olympia instead I immediately took her up on the offer. I couldn't imagine a better road trip partner! She is incredibly warm, open, funny and engaging! We were cracking up all the way to Olympia! :) I would recommend Dawn in a heartbeat. She has excellent customer service skills and is a great driver. I've used their service a couple times in the past. The first time was good the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th times were okay experiences. For all 4 of these appointments I got a confirmation that I had an appt at the time I made it. A confirmation the day before. And a confirmation when the driver was on the way. And when they were running late (twice) A few weeks ago I sent a message through their website with the request for two appt. I never got last week I never received a confirmation email, text, call or anything saying they received my message. So I texted dawn. With the information. We texted back and forth but I never got a final confirmation about the appt. She just stopped responding. At that point I decided not to risk having an unsure appt and took the bus to the airport. Dawn texted me at about 5am saying she was on her way to my house. I told her I didn't know we actually had an appt cause she never sent me a confirmation text or called me the day before. She tried to guilt me by saying things like "haven' I always been there when you booked with me?" As well as ""Today cost me money" Ummm seriously? No I expect to always have a full confirmation and understanding that I have an appt. She then told me she would no longer book an appt with me unless I had a credit card on file. And to call her when I wanted my return ride. I decided to forget it and not book again with them. I then got an email from her saying that she was sending my missed appt to collections. What? We didn't have an appt. She told me no credit no appt. And to call if I wanted one. I didn't do either. So how do I have an appt? I will never recommend or call these people again. They have a horrible way of dealing with appt. And need to improve it. Edit: In response to dawn's comment. I have used my real name and my nickname when booking appts.I use them interchangeably and clarify when needed. I used there service to on the holidays last year and in May. It's true what they say about southern hospitality! Dawn is a transplant from the south and brings that kind and accommodating touch to all that she does. I've used Dawn's services several times for Woodinville wine tasting and she continues to raise the bar. Be sure to ask for the picnic package that includes a wine chiller, glasses and a cooler for food (it's really nice to sit by the pond at Chateau Ste Michelle and have a snack). If you're going wine tasting, this is the only way to go! She's also taken us to wine events in Woodinville and doesn't even mind if you may have had one glass too many:) I'm giving her 5 stars because there's not an option for six.
