I just stopped in to get my flat repaired, guess I had a nail in my tire. They fixed my flat and put my spare tire back in my trunk for me, in less then 20 mins. This place just pissed me off. I have been buying tires from here for years, I just came in to get 4 used tires just to use for a project I'm working on to roll it around the shop. The manager tried to sell me a tire with a big ass cut in it, I told him I couldn't use it and he got all pissy and said that it wasn't worth his time!!! Ive been going to quality used tire basically since i started driving and have always been pretty happy with my experiences. Recently I went in there a few times, with no luck, looking for tires for my truck. My first issue was the service: customer service is important to me and theres is horrible. I stood around waiting for someone to help me for at least 15 min and no one as much as acknowledged me. I understand it can be busy, but it happened all three times I went in. Then when I finally got someone to acknowledge me I was treated with no respect or any real care to help me. I felt like I wasn't an important customer and just wasting his time. My other complaint is: when I called to look for tires I was told there was two sets and quoted prices. When I went in to buy them I was surprised to be quoted different prices and to find out they weren't the quality tire I was told on the phone. Do they just make up prices on the spot on how much they think the buyer will pay? I'm not sure if I'll go there again and most likely not recommend them to anyone. I do think it's a great business but they need to remember to treat there customers fairly and with respect. read more

Why would anybody get a new tire at full price? I purchased 4 new tires at another tire facility here in town(won't name names)but their tires fell apart in less than a year. When I went back to redeem the warranty, they wouldn't honor it because something happened with their computers??? They informed me, that they had no proof that of me purchased the tires from them. Well, that's a whole different review.....So anyways, then I discovered the Quality used tire! I got 4 quality used tires put on my car. They are basically brand new tires for a quarter of the price. They were quick and efficient, got me in and out quick. I didn't feel uncomfortable, nor did I feel as though I was being taking advantage of for being a female. While I was in the shop the guys working were rude and condescending. However I just sucked it up and got my tires changes because that was their opinion of what needed to happen. However they did a short job of a tire change and two days later my car flies off the road. In the shop they say they will come look at it and at least replace two of the tires that are wrecked. I wait and wait for their call, but I end up having to call them many times to remind them. Used tires can be a good deal but not from this shop. Between the customer service, the product, and the labor this place gets a solid one star from me. read more

This is a great place to get used tires but you need to do your own due diligence or they may sell you four tires that are unevenly worn or are cheap brands to begin with. The warehouse is dim so ask to see all four tires in good light and also measure tread depth (bring your own gauge as they interestingly don't have one) and inspect the wear patterns in case prior owner's car was out of alignment. Then do a quick Internet check of the retail price of new tires as they appear to sell tires based on how much life is left and not the brand. Also check to see if the tires are decently rated as some brands like Goodyear make lousy lines of tires like the Eagle series. Do this and you can get a really good deal on tires for far less than half the price of new ones. This is an especially good place to go if you just need one or two tires. With today's all-wheel drive cars and SUVs, its important to have tread depth equal on all four tires, and a new tire will likely be larger than the others on your car. read more

Love this place! Their tires are excellent, they work quickly and they are super affordable! They don't try to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need like Sears(Sears charged me extra for their road service package when I bought new tires from them a month before then tried to sell me an oil change and parts I didn't need when I tried to get the tire rotation per the road service package, I went to QUT instead and they put my new tires on and rotated them without any BS, and were done in less than 20min, where Sears kept me waiting for an hour with no one ahead of me and just argued that I needed to buy more crap from them). Plus the tires(2 for $105) I got here were in great condition with just as much tread as the new ones I got from Sears($400 not counting the road service package they tacked on). I have quite a few vehicles, some I don't drive much. So it is hard to justify buying brand new tires just to be able to take a vehicle out for the occasional drive. I recently purchased two, brand new, tires from Les Schwab. I paid a total of $316. When I asked what they would have charged for the same two, brand new, the price was around $30 cheaper. Not to mention the fact that they have a wide variety of lightly used, fair condition, tires, for a low price. I came there for a repair. I once got a nail in one of my tires and went here for a repair. After they were done fixing it, one of the guys said they weren't going to charge me anything. I was happy and surprised because they usually charge $7 for a flat repair. When I left and drove down the street I soon realized my tire they fixed had a small leak in it and the leak wasn't there before. No wonder they didn't charge me anything, they had damaged my tire even more without telling me and felt guilty so that's why it was free. They aren't honest and damaged my tire even more.
