Great service and every employee was professional in a positive, almost optimistic manner. The shop was busy, yet my insignificant tire problems weren't treated as such, and the employee took my word (which turned out to be wrong) that there was a problem. Also, when I first entered the shop, I saw a gruff middle-aged man complaining about an issue which was seemingly already addressed. A friend recommended this place when I was in desperate need of tires but couldn't afford new ones. I was able to have three used tires installed for less than a hundred dollars. The tires were in good shape with lots of tread still remaining. I've purchased used tires in the past and sometimes its difficult to get good ones. I was very satisfied with the transaction as it was eight months ago and the tires are still looking good. The customer service isn't the best, however I was satisfied with my purchase to the point where I give this place an A+ and would recommend to others. read more

1 star is being generous, I bought 4 Toyo T1 sports from Quality Used, had them on for 2 days and got a flat. At that point I decided I would by new tires and go and talk to them about the subpar pair they sold me. Talked with the owners son, Jesse, and he was so rude and condescending that I left there feeling like I was trying to rip them off. Two days ago, I stopped at the Oroville store to have two tires swapped over to two different wheels for an old car of mine. The price was $12.50 per wheel. Wheels were already off the car, a quick job. They then proceeded to help 3 other customers that had arrived after I had been there. I continued on my drive home. I then stopped at the Quality Used Tire store in Chico. $17.50 per wheel! I mentioned the cheaper price at the Oroville store and was told "that's the price." I then stopped at Discount Tire in Chico. Price? FREE!! Today I drove home on my 4 new tires on my Mini Cooper I purchased from Discount Tire. A $650 transaction. That's how you do business, that's how you treat a customer and that's how you get the sale. read more

I'd like to give 10 stars. This place is the epitome of excellent customer service. I got a flat, had it towed straight to Quality, asked them to throw on 4 new tires with 90% tread or better and I'd be by to pick it up before work. When I arrived, Jessi, the gentlemen I had been speaking with over the phone, had told me that they didn't have my keys. I figured the Triple A tow guy had forgot to pass them off and Quality had forgot to ask for them as well... I was getting worried because my girl (who drove me there) and I had to be at work in 20 minutes and didn't want the car there overnight. Plus I had school in the morning and it just seemed like a mess at first... Jessi had seen the look on my face and instantly called Triple A, spoke with the manager who had my keys, and had someone immediately go to pick up my keys across town. THEN, and this is where I was impressed.... he told me that he would drive my car over to my job for me and come inside to find me and drop of the key personally because of the mistake. Jessi followed through, my tires are beautiful, and it all worked out. Thank you Jessi, I will be returning to you guys and referring friends to Quality on the regular now. read more

These guys suck buy new tires you will be much happier with the product and customer service. I have bought tires in there since I have been able to drive (12 years) the last time I went in there they put different tires then the ones I hand picked then when I had my car aligned a few weeks later the shop found a blister on one of the tires and they are dry rotted. So you are better off having someone that knows something about cars and tires do the work. read more

My financially broke son attends college and lives in Chico. He had 2 flat front tires so had his car towed to Quality Used Tires. I frequently use RT Used Tires in my area (SF East Bay) so was hoping to find something similar for my son in Chico - and I did!! I spoke to Brian in advance to let him know the car would arrive soon. Tow truck arrived as they were about to start closing up the shop. Brian immediately had my son's car inspected, determined the problem (valve stem issue that was tampered with), showed my son how to address the issue if it happens again (and gave him a tool!). He did replace the 2 tires because they were bald, but charged me a fraction of what 2 new tires would cost. My son was on his way to class in no time. I didn't have my wallet on me to make payment over the phone, so Brian said to call him when I did. I was incredibly impressed with the service and felt at ease that my son's car was back in good shape. read more

Always have good tires, but....I have actually refused to ever go back to Quality Used Tires because their service is so bad. On at least three different occasions, I have waited for over 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged as a customer. Each time several employees were visibly setting in the back talking about "what they did last night". A real college atmosphere. Lack of professionalism.The last time I went there, it took a gorgeous women coming into the shop after me to get them up and motivated. The salesman even tried to help her first. Classy! I go to a great place in Paradise now (on Clark by Lava Creek Golf Course) where someone meets u at the door. read more

This is the only place I go to get tired. I put an almost and I mean practitioners new tires only Echo for $200.00. My husband bought a Honda CRV used and it had new Michelin tires however he got a screw I. One and drive in it and had to replace it. Several OTHER tire places quoted very high prices and told him that he had to buy 4 as we have 4 wheel drive. Went to quality and they told us to check ack every Thursday and that they would find one and it was OK to use the spare we had until they did. Two weeks later they found a tire that matched the other 3 perfectly and the price was incredibly low. I took my 2013 Tucson in before a trip to get new tires and they told me I didn't need them yet and to come back in a few months and today will put "take off" tires on which are practically new. These guys are honest and I trust them with any if my cars. You would be crazy to pay more than you have to. read more

They are honest and prices are extremely reasonable! Several months ago, two tires were showing threads and needed replaced ASAP! We didn't have the money for new tires, but were able to get 2 tires with a lot of life left in them for just $100 out the door! Two weeks ago I finally had the money to replace all four tires, so, naturally, I went back to this shop! They gave me a rundown of all of my options and the cost of each! I ended up going with a set of 4 "practidally new" tires they had. They brought one out to me to show me what the tires looked like before they installed them. They were not name brand, but assured me they were good tires that would do the job just fine and still had 90-95% of tread left on them. With installation, I paid just $288! I was willing to pay up to $600, but am glad I didn't have to! They also said the two tires they put on 4 months ago still looked just as good as when they installed them! I have been getting my tires from them for years and have always been impressed but my experience yesterday is what prompted my review. I recently bought a new car and a warning light came on that my tire pressure was low. I stopped by Quality and they were SO busy. A friendly man, I'm assuming the owner?? was out front greeting people. I told him why I was there and he had me pull around back. Less than 10 minutes after arrival my tires were aired up, free of cost may I add, and my warning light was off. I will never go anywhere else for my tire needs!!! read more

I've been coming to Quality since 2002 and have always been treated respectfully and given fair prices. Their service is wonderful. Today was the first time I saw them this busy and they still acknowledged me within 2 or 3 minutes and just a few minutes later began assisting me.
