The breads were baked the same day. After ordering, the sandwiches came out within a reasonable timeframe. The deals for Thursday of buy two get one free, if anyone live here is too good to pass up. The bread is made fresh in house. You can see all the racks when you walk in. This place is more of a bakery than anything. I think they sell 5 loaves for a few bucks. It's absolutely the best. So crisp in the outside and tender like poboy bread on the inside. The sandwich toppings were nice. I got the basic ham and it was full of flavor. The pickled veg were so well seasoned and nice. It was a very nice compliment to the rich pork and some sort of spread they had on it. I could not get enough of this thing. I truly thought i hated bahn mi. My motto is that every dish has the potential to be delicious. If I haven't liked it yet, I may have my found the best version. I'm so happy to conclude my search locally. We will be back back. Please note the sandwiches are made to order. You may have to wait a few minutes, but rest assured, it's going to be amazing!
