    Full order egg rolls

Stopped by Pho Pasteur after watching some friends run the Dallas Marathon and the hot soup on such a cold Sunday really hit the spot. The pork chop in the #43 rice dish was a bit dry and the egg cake + grilled pork were just okay, but the #14 pho was excellent and we also really enjoyed the egg rolls. Definitely will come back in the future when we're craving noodle soup!

Solid pho, good broth, super filling. Standard options. Very speedy service and large interior

This is my second time eating here! I got the beef pho and the fried chicken dumplings, both were amazing. Definitely will be back!

This place was lit pho real!! Love the food here, it was super busy at pho bác so we went here instead, and let me say w decision. It was super quick service and I ate a LOTT of food. I felt like the place kind of smelled tho. But maybe it's just me, it kind of smells like every viet restaurant (but that's how u know it's gonna be good). I love the food here I'm gonna eat here every week now. This day I ate was especially cold and it was the perfect weather. This is going to be a generational spot for my family. My kids, my kids kids, my kids kids kids kids will come here for years. YOU KNOW WHAT IM GONNA NAME MY KID PHO PASTEUR. HOW ABOUT THAT HEH

There's plenty of pho spot around here and we usually go to Pho Bac, but they were under construction. So we went here after morning gym session. It's across the street located by Korean BBQ chicken and Planet Fitness. It wasn't too busy like Pho Bac. There was no wait and the service was pretty quick. The pho was ok. To me it was a bit bland and do not get water. It's tap water with that unfiltered taste . It was pretty quiet because there was no one there. If you want something quick with no wait then this could be your spot.

Good food, lots of seating, decent prices. I had pho and summer rolls on a weekend lunch. The pho tastes good - fresh noodles, satisfactory meat helpings. The summer rolls were large, fresh, and delicious. I also like this location because it's in a quiet shopping center and there's plenty of parking. Great place to meet up with friends or have a quiet meal together.

We have loved Pho Pasteur for 30 years. It has been our regular family pho place for all that time - we knew the owner and his son, the waitresses - and they knew us. With the news that the owner had sold, we hoped that this was not the end of our favorite pho - but alas it was. The grilled pork in the spring rolls was dry and tough - and the dipping sauce recipe has changed. Maybe it's out of a bottle? Tonight's pho was greasy and lacked aromatic spices. The broth was heavy and bland. Worse though - it upset my stomach. PHO can UPSET your stomach? Who knew that could even happen? 1 star. AVOID. We need a new pho place - the hunt begins again!

Was craving bun bo hue and decided to order out. Not sure about the ambiance of the restaurant but if the food is great to go (door dash) I bet its even better dine in. Food was still nice and hit when in arrived. Ordered - bun bo hue - pho ga (chicken) - pho dac biet - egg rolls Everything was packaged well and they don't skimp on meat! They also provide lots of bean sprouts and herbs! Bun Bo Hue satisfied the craving! One of the few places that actually provides the pig feet/ham hock and congealed pig blood. All of the broths were good. Made mini bowls for the toddlers and they ate the pho right up! Would 100% order again

The service is good, and the seating is comfortable. Menu options are plenty. The pho and stew portions are generous, but the grilled pork chop is not boned in and tough to chew.

    Bun Bo Hue

I've been coming here since 2014 and this used to be one of my favorite spots unfortunately over the past year the Bun Bo Hue has really lost its flavor. It's no longer has that distinct taste the vibrant red color or the unique aroma it once had it just taste bland. Something has definitely changed in the kitchen and they need to bring back the flavors that made this place great. Still giving them a 5 start!!

Coming from the Bay Area, I noticed that this restaurant's prices reminded me of home; not unreasonable, but certainly more expensive than other pho places in the area. Otherwise, the prices reflect the condition of the food and ambiance. It's very clean and classy inside the restaurant, and the everything looks modern. We ordered #14 (Combination pho), which was delicious. It's not too oily or heavy, and yet the broth is flavorful and rich. The meat (brisket, tripe, beef balls, and beef slices) was lean and tender, and the rice noodles, while thinner than the expected, were still chewy. I suppose my critiques would be, other than the prices, that the portions are rather small. While a large (a regular) is enough for me with a generous helping of meat, diners with larger appetites may want to order an extra large or extra noodles/meat to be satiated. Secondly, their paper menu is slightly smaller than many other places. It's primarily a pho restaurant, so expect to be ordering pho rather than vermicelli (which they do have). Otherwise, I'd recommend this place and would definitely return if in the area, or craving pho in the Dallas/Garland area. Just as a reminder to anyone who hasn't eaten pho before, the meat is SUPPOSED to be slightly raw, as it cooks in your hot soup, so don't complain about it.

    28. (XL) Grilled pork w/ egg rolls, vermicelli noodles 19. Hu Tieu Bo Kho (L) Beef stew w/ tendons, carrots, rice noodles.

They have the tastiest crispy chicken with red rice in DFW. The place seems clean. Service is pretty quick depending if it is rush hour.

The service is very good here and they are super friendly. The only bad thing is how small the place is so if youre there during full house you will have to wait. Although it's small, I wouldn't want it to change if it affects quality. So this place is dang near perfect to me. Prices are great as well. I would highly recommend making a trip out to this place. I'll definitely be back.

They hang Vietnamese artifacts everywhere from snacks to comic books to stickers, and the walls are covered with pictures of their extensive menu. It took us a while to decide on just two items but we will definitely be back. One thing to note is that they do not have a tip option when paying with a credit card since it is self service, so bring cash to tip. They also have self service iced tea which is a nice touch. Rice Cracker With Vegetable and Caramelized Sauce / Com Chay Kho Quet Rau Luoc ($17.50): Wow, finally a place that has this and does it right. The rice crackers were crispy but not hard and the kho quet was umami and had a nice spicy kick. The rice crackers and vegetables paired perfectly with the sauce. This is the best kho quet I have ever had and it made my husband's top 3, which is saying a lot since he grew up in Vietnam. Combination Sticky Rice / Xoi Man ($12.50): I loved the flavor combinations, especially the pate with the rice. I would have liked the rice to be a bit stickier since there were a few harder chunks, but I just ate those with the kho quet sauce and it was fine. You also get a generous amount of protein, especially the hard boiled egg slices. We were completely full after just these two dishes. Longan Coconut Water / Nuoc Dua Nhan Nhuc ($7.75): Unfortunately we did not like this drink. The flavors just were not right for us.
