These are my faves we got: 1) Vegan Pho (5/5): The soup was amazing!! Very flavorful with umami goodness from the shiitake mushrooms. I loved the vegetarian meat balls they had in there which was very soft and perfectly seasoned. They also had tofu curds which were bouncy and soft to soak in all the flavorful soup. They used vermicelli noodles in their pho and it worked well! It also comes with vegan Vietnamese ham, onions, scallions, and cilantro. If you were to just choose one item this would be it! 2) Portobello Tenders (4.5/5): These were massive fried portobello mushrooms that came with a tangy, rich sauce.
