These are my faves we got: 1) Vegan Pho (5/5): The soup was amazing!! Very flavorful with umami goodness from the shiitake mushrooms. I loved the vegetarian meat balls they had in there which was very soft and perfectly seasoned. They also had tofu curds which were bouncy and soft to soak in all the flavorful soup. They used vermicelli noodles in their pho and it worked well! It also comes with vegan Vietnamese ham, onions, scallions, and cilantro. If you were to just choose one item this would be it! 2) Portobello Tenders (4.5/5): These were massive fried portobello mushrooms that came with a tangy, rich sauce. They were very meaty when biting in and the crisp from the panko on the outside was very thin and crispy! I would come back here again to eat vegan Vietnamese food. The best and most flavorful!!

We tried the fried portabello tenders and I got the stir fried noodles. The tenders were nice and crispy, I just wish they had more seasoning for flavor on top. The coating is pretty heavy too, so you'll feel full afterwards. I like that the noodle dish didn't skimp on veggies, protein or noodles! It was a huge portion size and good enough for 2-3 meals. I felt the noodles were a little overcooked and some of the veggies were as well. It could've had a little bit more flavor but the proteins and veggies were good.

But though everything was so delicious, by far the best was the Royal pho which was the best pho I've ever had, this pho went off the charts! The restaurant looked elegant and high class although it would be hard to find if it wasn't for the sign outside pointing the way. I love this place, one of the best vegan restaurants I've been to in a long time. So good that I'll go out of my way to come back again. This place has my heart.

From the rich, aromatic noodle soups to the crispy appetizers, savory rice dishes, and fresh spring rolls, everything is seasoned perfectly and beautifully presented. Even my friends who aren't vegan have been impressed by how delicious and satisfying the food is. What I appreciate most is the quality of the ingredients. Everything tastes fresh, clean, and wholesome without sacrificing flavor. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and you can tell the kitchen puts genuine effort into every dish they serve. The restaurant itself is clean, peaceful, and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a relaxing meal. The food is prepared quickly, which I really appreciate as someone with a busy schedule. The restaurant itself is spacious and offers a wide variety of vegetarian dishes, from snacks to full meals, so I always end up buying more than planned whenever I visit. Parking is a bit limited, which is probably the only reason I don't come more often.

It was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon! We came in around 12ish and we were able to get a table. Everything smelled so good and hearing the sizzling plates come by made me even more excited! We got 4 dishes: bun bo hue, mi xao mem, nem nuong cuong, and their fried tofu Bun Bo Hue: Great clean flavor! A little bland but nothing like adding their chili oil that fixed it! Once I added that in it was so good, I love it! Mi Xai Mem: Their fried noodle; this came on a sizzling plate with a great sauce. UGH so good, my fiance did right by ordering this, I had to have a small bowl of it too because of how flavorful it was! The veggies had the slight crisp so you can tell it's fresh! Nem nuong cuong: Great spring roll that has a little crunch in it! I love the sauce it came with for dipping! A nice nutty taste, but my fiance wished they added some chopped peanuts in it! (Can't blame him, he's had my sauce with peanuts in it so he thinks it's the norm!) But it would add another level to it! Fried Tofu: wow, not sure how they did it but they managed to fry the soft tofu and it's so good! It comes with a spicy soy sauce dipping sauce and with it being freshly cooked right before it came out it was nice and hot! But it does break apart after the first few bites so be aware so it doesn't fall all over you! I would so come back if we're ever in the area! It's kinda hidden but once you see it you'll never forget!
