Been going to this location for the past 8 years and sad to say it has been going downhill recently. Never had any issues with delivery but as for dining in the last two times were horrible. About 6 months ago we go in with friends and when we went to pay we told him to pay down with cash (20 dollars) and the rest on the card. He thought the 20 was his tip even though he repeated that the 20 was to pay down the bill. I'm sorry but a 20 tip on a 50 tab? Um no. Tonight we go in at 8:55 (How do I know? I checked to see that they would be open at least an hour later than we got there. I used to wait tables so I feel bad if its close to closing.) We are greeted immediately and sat at a table along with another couple with a child. The other couple was in another section and had a different server who immediately got them drinks and got them food. Meanwhile nothing from our server. After 15 minutes we left. I love that Quan's delivers all the way to Wrentham. I hurt my back and I was dying for Chinese the other day. The food was good, not great...the General Tao's was more like Orange Chicken..it didn't have that gooey crust I was craving. They gave me free crab rangoon which was a nice surprise even though they kill my stomach, I still ate them because, what the heck- it was free! The delivery man was extremely nice. My Idaho maki was pretty gross. It was basically slabs of cold sweet potato in the middle. I didn't see much sign of tempura, which I have always had anywhere else. It tasted like someone just took it out of the fridge and threw it in the box. Portion size was good with the chicken and the lo mein, I managed to get 3 meals out of it. When I am in desperate need for chinese and can't go out I will probably order from here again. read more

Best Mai Tai around. I think the crushed Ice makes the drink better. (Sounds Crazy perhaps). Food is always fresh, sushi is very good. The service is great. And Daniel is one of the top bartenders in the area. The one missing star here would be for price. Been a customer for years but lately the food is just so-so. I always pick up so it will be fresh but this doesn't work as it seems the food is stale. I will not go back anytime in the future. My GF and I absolutely love Quan's. I have been here multiple times and it never disappoints.. Last night included.. We arrived at about 6:30 PM and we were promptly greeted and seated. Our waiter was to our table within a minute and was extremely friendly.. Our drinks were to the table very quickly as we looked over the menu.. I asked if we could have some rolls, within a minute some nice warm rolls were on our table.. Now, their website advertised some dinner special combinations that are not on their menu (this is my only complaint).. When I asked, the waiter was very polite, he said they can do any of their lunch combinations, in bigger portions, and they are slightly more money.. This confused me.. However, I ordered one of the combinations (chicken wings, Chicken Fingers, pork fried rice, beef terriaki).. The GF ordered the vegetable sushi.. While we waited I was looking around and it seems as if it may have recently been painted, the decor is very nice, very nice atmosphere.. Our food was to the table very quickly 94 chicken fingers, 3 chicken wings, two beef terriaki and a mound of pork fried rice for $12.00 pretty good!).. My food was super hot and everything was delicious, cooked perfectly.. Chicken fingers, albeit offered everywhere, when not cooked correctly can be dreadful, these were beautiful. The rice was just fantastic, not sticky, pork cooked nicely (was a little bit of pork fat in the rice) but very good.. Chicken wings were super hot, and again cooked very nicely and the beef terriaki basically fell off the bone.. My GF really enjoyed her vegetable sushi.. Very fresh.. Our glasses were never empty, our waiter asked a couple of times how everything was, and as soon as you were finished the plates were out of your way.. I've been to Quan's many times in the past, and it seems their food has declined from what I remember. It's not horrible by all means, it's just OK. Tonight we where driving by when hunger struck. We decided to order some take out. There was no wait, and our server was helpful and suggestive. I ordered the chicken wonton soup. The soup had great flavor, but the wontons were way to soggy...like they had sat in the broth all day...no bueno. We also had the crab rangoons, which tasted like crabby cream cheese with relish...weird...and gross. The hubby ordered the General Gao's combination plate. It had just the right amount of sauce, but again, basic in flavor..nothing exceptional. As a bonus, we received a free order of scallion pancakes, and they had to be the best thing that came in our bag..crispy, cooked just right, and with a gingery soy sauce. Overall, will we return? Not the best Chinese food I've ever had but there are some great dishes like the Singapore noodles and the Cantonese flat stir fried noodles. There's the specialty chef menu section which has decent big size plates. Prices are relatively high for Chinese food but the place is nice and there's a sushi bar and a bar as well. Delivery takes a while, but its convenient to have delivery as an option. Food is always at least good, but never spectacular. They need to work on getting larger take out containers and get a better system to prevent leaking. It is much to my dismay that I must downgrade Quan's a couple of stars. I still love their sushi and cocktails, but their dining room service can be so slowwwww. Like to the point where we now only eat at the bar. The last straw was when my husband wanted hot chili sauce to put on his dish and not only did our server not come over to ask how our food was in a timely manner, but when he went to go ask someone about it, he was directed to sit back down and that our absent server would get it for us (and no they didn't offer to find our server to ask her). The lounge of Quan's is very nice and the bartender is friendly, although puts on Fox news too often for my taste. The food at Quan's is fresh and tasty. I usually stick to the Japanese dishes and sushi, as I'm not a huge fan of Americanized Chinese food (too sweet and salty). Some of their noodle dishes are good. Their shrimp shumai (steamed) is good too. Their margaritas and Polynesian drinks are good, but sometimes I'll just get a vodka soda if I'm not in the mood for a fruity or sweet drink. Their fog lifter and zombie are very good if you are in to tiki drinks. I love the tiki glasses that they come in and the drinks are very well made. I would still recommend going to Quan's and we will still frequent the lounge for a pre movie snack or drink (Route One Cinema Pub is right next door and I like Quan's food better). The food is good and the atmosphere is very nice, I just hope that the one or two servers get their act together and be more efficient and friendly. read more

Order Quan's Kitchen for delivery this weekend. We ordered the 'Pu Pu Platter for 2' for $20. We were told delivery would take 30-40 minutes, but the food showed up within 15 minutes easily. Very fast delivery. There was definitely more than enough food for two people and this ended up lasting about 3 meals. The teriyaki chicken/beef were good, along with the chicken fingers, wings, and fried shrimp. The crab rangoons and boneless spareribs were above average, but the egg rolls were gross. I think it was the inclusion of celery in heavy quantities which ruined both the consistency and taste expected from an eggroll. Good food (for the most part) and fast delivery, but it wasn't amazing to the point of making it our only Chinese place to get deliveries from. read more

Oh, Quan's I've had great meals here and many many Mai Tais which are the best. I've had Mai Tai's elsewhere but I've yet to find one as good as Quan's. The service is impeccable and the menu is massive. The decor is also nice and it is always super clean. Even the bartender and the servers are super clean when they serve you or make a drink. Went for the first time after hearing recommendations. The restaurant is very nice inside. The service was good but very very rushed. I think we were asked four times if we were ready to order and asked the same number of times if we were ready to pay the bill. I found some items great like love the eggrolls and chicken fingers but didn't care for the spare ribs or beef teriyaki. Sautéed green beans were great, chicken chow mein tasted funny. We found it pricey. Probably more then any other Chinese restaurant we've been to. There wasn't pork fried rice on the menu forcing us to order house fried rice which was $10. Maybe we missed it on the menu but maybe that was purposeful on the part of the restaurant so that we would order the more expensive item. It cost us $55 for a Pupu platter for two, string beans, chicken chow mein and fried rice. No alcohol. We won't return. read more

We have always enjoyed Quans. We had a nice lunch there yesterday. Service was excellent. Nice martini for me and chardonnay for my wife. For lunch I had a sushi spicy tuna roll followed by an L11 lunch. My wife had szechuan chicken. She had enough left over that she had it again today at home. By far the best American Chinese restaurant in the area. I also like the hot oil they provide. Only one bad experience over the last year and that was the delivery time. Love the sushi here. Especially the shrimp tempura, I've tried it many places around Attleboro but for some reason you can't beat their batter. Service is really good, they'll definitely remembers you. Regular menu food is pretty good too. Atmosphere is much nicer then many in this class. Would recommend for sure. read more

We have regularly dined at Quans Kitchen in N. Attleboro and praised the service, the food, the value and recommended it to several. Tonight must have been an off night or new management that doesn't have customer service as a priority. We walked in for dinner, looking forward to a nice meal and asked if we would like to sit in the Bar. We were seated and told a waiter would be right with us. 7 - 10 minutes later no one came to the table. A few minutes later a group of 4 men walked in and immediately a waiter appears to serve the table of 4. Enough of being ignored, we left and on the way out we mentioned it to the employees whom did not seemed concerned. No reason fo us to go back. I thought this place was really good. The food was fresh and tasty. Service was prompt and our waitress was very friendly. They don't have dinner plates, which was kind of annoying, but I got a Scorpion bowl which was delicous and strong, so it made up for it. I usually don't like fried rice but theirs was quite flavorful.The beef teriyaki was my favorite, very tender and not chewy at all. Quan's may be slightly pricey to some people, but certainly worth stopping by. And the warm wet nap they give at the end of the meal? They have me hooked. read more

Im actually really surprised by the last two reviews. We love quans and honestly it is the only QUALITY chinese place around. Im extremely picky about the quality of food and meat at places I eat and Quans honestly has the freshest ingredients by far. We always start off with the chicken fingers which always come out hot and delicious. My boyfriend then moves on to the sushi which is fresh as can be. Then our go-to favorite is the Hunan Chicken with some white rice. DELISH! The owners are super nice and the waitstaff is always helpful and polite. This place is always busy...which tells you something right there. They have an army of delivery people just to keep up with the takeout orders. However, I do recommend coming and eating there. I just dont care for getting take out from there, it tastes SO much better when its served right away and piping hot! read more

4 of us went here a couple weeks ago for the first time and had a surprisingly good meal. I got the kung pao tofu and spring rolls, both were very good. I wanted to really like this place with all the hype I was getting before I moved into the area. I first did takeout of general tso's chicken (pretty standard Chinese dish) and I was not impressed. Very bland and that dish is normally suppose to be the least bland out of all of them. I gave it a second shot with my boyfriend and we dined in. The decor and staff were night and it looked hopeful since the place was packed. This time we tried the sushi and again weren't thoroughly impressed. The only thing that I did enjoy were the drinks. Everytime feels like the first time! Daniel, the amazing bartender, greets me with a smile, remembers my first name, and always invites me to have one of his refreshing Mai-tais. The food is without a doubt the best tasting, freshest, and non greasy, Asian cuisine!! The sushi is out of this world and you can see the highest standards of cleanliness just by hanging out at the sushi bar and watching them work their magic!
