First timer. Got PuPu for 2, beef lo mein. Lo Mein tasted fishy, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. It would have been a lot better had it not had that fishy taste. Rangoon was the worst I've had. It was like a Scallion Rangoon, absolutely gross. The Phantom Gourmet totally hyped this place up and their Rangoon's. Quan's has taken a turn for the worst. We placed our final order there the other night. The Crab Rangoon was bland. The Mongolian Beef was missing most of the beef. The Peking ravioli's were awful. Very hard dough. The garlic noodles were bland. I have ordered bad food from Quan's in the past and called them with a complaint and they gave me a credit. I didn't bother to call this time. Came here for dinner the other night and it was great. I expected the interior to look a lot different than what's outside since it's in a strip mall, but it's really pretty in there, and very elegant! We sat at the bar and ordered Egg Drop Wonton Soup, which was quite possibly the most delicious soup I've had in a long time. I've never tried the combo of Egg Drop and Wonton together, it was totally filling and could easily substitute for a mini-meal. For sushi, we got the Sake roll and the Scorpion roll to share. They were both delicious, the Sake roll was beautifully cut and prepared. The Scorpion roll you just didn't want to stop eating, I could have easily polished off another because it was just that good! They have a nice wine selection and everything on the menu was affordably priced, plus they have 'Stoli Doli', which is vodka that's been infused with pineapple that you can have as a martini. I have always heard about Quan's from the Phantom Gourmet Show and finally got around to checking it out...it was pretty tasty! The inside is quite nice with an attentive staff. For dinner we just ordered a Pu Pu Platter for 2 with pork fried rice. Everything was good, the beef teriyaki was very tender and flavorful. The rice was delicious but I have had better. The boneless ribs and chicken fingers were excellent, I didn't think the chicken wings were anything special. Will return though... Thanks Quan! read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would. My husband and I bought over $70 dollars worth of food today (our Anniversary and Halloween) and it was all lousy. The chicken wings were fatty and fleshy, the rice was soft, sticky and flavorless, the spareribs on bone tasted chewy and flavorless yet again! Don't get me started on the Szechuan! Yesterday we ordered Chinese food from Quans kitchen like we have done previously on New Years Eve. However this year was very different. We were only allowed to order from a special "New Years Eve" menu that was very limited with inflated prices. It was a total money grab. When we received our food to go we noticed that several items were missing from our order. Our order was very expensive so it was frustrating to see that we paid for items we did not receive. Lastly the quality of food was not good. Everything was watered down. It's like they skimped on the ingredients. It's not the same Quans kitchen that we remember from years past. When I first moved to North Attleboro, Quan's was THE best place in town for Chinese food. Over the last several years, the quality has slowly dropped off. I chaulked it up to Covid and assumed things would return to normal. But this past weekend I put in an order for Shrimp Fried rice. When I got home, and opened the bag I saw some pork sticking out of the box and instantly knew I had not received what I ordered. I called them back expecting them to make this right. They didn't. After reheating it was like having day old food So, we tried again a week later and put an order together for pick-up. We ordered chicken wings, special maki, chicken teriyaki, large house rice, general gau shrimp, and small crab rangoon = $58.00. Follow-up call made and was told that we weren't charged for the maki ....... that was good. Rice size disputed. Food quality was OK; crab rangoon had too much onion and not enough other. I didn't like anything about this place. Blast you Phantom Gourmet for pointing me in the direction of this very average Asian restaurant! If you're used to fast food Chinese then perhaps this place is a treat, but the fancy decor didn't make up for the mediocre food in my case. Hot & Sour soup was way too dark and earthy for my taste. Way too much soy sauce and not very spicy at all. Chicken lo mein was ok but very average. The noodles were a bit overcooked and soggy. Sweet and sour chicken was very crispy but they went a little easy on the sauce, so it was like getting an order of chicken fingers with a side of light pink some-think-or-other drizzled on top. Sauce was also a whole lot of sweet and no sour. Where the peppers at? Service was fast (too fast) I didn't even get two bites of my soup before the entree came. Good news, the portions are huge and can be split by two people. Oh and when you're done they'll hand you a scalding hot handy wipe to singe the greasy food off your hands. Ordered a carry out of beef with mixed vegetable, a side of brown rice, and a california maki roll. I liked everything. The guy on the phone was friendly and efficient as was the girl at the desk when I arrived. The inside of the place is nice. They deliver to all of Cumberland, which is very rare so that is impressive. The only minor negatives are they do not give you any rice at all with the regular menu items but they do give you a large dinner roll. huh?? Very disappointing takeout from Quan's this past Saturday. In the area and we called in an order of beef chow fun, beef pepper steak, moo shu chicken, and general gau's chicken. Food tasted good, but the quantity was about 2/3 full in all of those black take out containers. The beef chow fun was lucky to be half full. Same with the pepper steak and the moo shu (which turned out to be pork and not chicken, though our receipt said chicken). The hoisin sauce in the take out cup was barely a tablespoon's worth for spreading on six wraps. The flavors on the dishes were good, but the quantity was small for $50 worth of takeout. I don't know what is going on with this restaurant, but it's a slippery slope. Once people get wind of measly portions in take out, they will go elsewhere. The portions were so small if we were dining in and they came to our table with these servings, I would have asked for the manager. Be careful, if you order takeout. Definitely a good choice: - my father likes traditional Chinese dished - my mother always orders pad thai - my sister is gluten free - my girlfriend and I wanted sushi You would think this was a recipe for disaster, but Quan's was a great venue for this diversity of preference. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled for this one. I have had food from Quan's in the past, it's good. My experience yesterday was not a good one due to their service. After 3 hours of waiting, I called in asking for an update to my food. I was told they were waiting for a callback from me since they didn't get my address. I never received a call from them nor did I have any voicemails from them. When I originally called, I gave my number 3 times to the person. They looked me up and new my name. To me, that means I am in their system as I have most definitely ordered from them in the past. My assumption was that they already had my number and address. So, after three hours of waiting, a household of people were left hungry. I had to ask for a refund which will take 2 days to post. Not happy. read more

This is a must try if you like Chinese food. The place is very clean and very well decorated/ maintained. They have a nice bar area as well. Food is excellent always comes out fresh and hot as well as the way they plate your food is unbelievable. Prices are fear for what you get. Been to Quans three times and every time I go the food and service has been excellent. I usually grab the more traditional Chinese food things such as crab rangoon, beef teriyaki, general gaus chicken, fried rice and it is always very good and fresh. I order my general gaus extra spicy everywhere I go and it's never spicy for my liking but I asked for it here and they definitely did a good job making it spicy for me which was great! Quan's is my absolute favorite Chinese food in the area. I am usually in Mansfield and will order in from their Mansfield location, but the Attleboro restaurant has the same quality. Everything just seems fresher, the vegetables are crisper, and the sauces aren't congealed like they've been under a heat lamp all day. It's exactly what you'd expect from Chinese food, just...better. The prices are fair and the decor in the restaurant is beautiful. The service has always been top-notch too. One time we came in with a party of around 12 for a birthday and were well accommodated. They only had one waitress serving our whole group and she worked her tail off making sure we had what we needed. I wish I'd gotten her name, she was amazing! read more
