(She also added in hot stone massage that was divine!!) She spent time to talk me through everything she was doing, and treatment options ongoing to combat the harsh New York winter on my skin. I had to discontinue treatment until the fall because the bruising was very aggressive, and upper body was showing. My students asked what happened to me. When I went to my doctor for a physical, they asked if I went to the emergency room for my injury. I have booked appointments online that have not been accepted and I've called on the following dates (all outreach has been ignored): 4/9 4/4 4/3 3/25 3/14. 4/11- call was terminated twice. 4/19 I've texted on the following dates: 2/27 4/3 My next steps are to file a consumer complaint with NYS, contact the Better Business Bureau, and reach out to the local NYC consumer reporters. At this point, I need a refund as Tasha is not going to honor her end of the contract. I wish I took more photos to document the level of bruising, however I didn't realize that Tasha would not follow through on her end of our contract. In hindsight, I should have been weary about going to Ardor when my first appointment wasn't cancelled on 6/7/2023. It was unsafe to be outside as the City was Orange due to the Canadian Wildfires. Her space is very tiny, so the smoke entered the office. Even my gym cancelled classes on that date.

The injector lacked experience with a specific filler and resulted in an unnatural appearance. When I returned a few days later, they attributed the issue to swelling. However, it is important to note that when injected with this filler, the results are immediate. Failing to address the problem gives the med spa an unprofessional image. The only viable option was a machine that could potentially dissolve the filler, which unfortunately proved ineffective. What should have been offered was a smaller syringe of the filler for minor touch-ups, but this was not provided, which is disappointing. Despite being a customer since 2019, this was my final visit. I strongly advise against recommending this establishment to others, as the outcomes can be inconsistent. Additionally, it is concerning that the injector engaged in verbal confrontation with me, despite being the one responsible for the error. This behavior is detrimental to customer retention and signifies the beginning of a decline.
