We frequent this place all the time, good food, good service and great drinks! The bartenders are attentive and know how to make a great margarita. You gotta try the Keg tots and they make one hell of a spinach artichoke dip. Its very open and they have live music often; it does get quite loud in there after 8pm so if thats a problem maybe consider another place at that time. The only thing I could complain about is the frequency that people (mainly children) are barefoot in the restaurant. They do have a volleyball court in the back so it is understandable, however its not the best thing to see while enjoying a meal. A friend of mine had a party here and let me just say it was so fun. Playing with my old friends and getting so competitive brought back so many memories. The food and drinks were fantastic and the service was great. The staff was so nice and welcoming to all the kids and adults there. I have been to the Quarter Keg Pub a handful of times and I have yet to be disappointed. This family-owned gastropub has been renovated within the past year or so and the interior is beautiful. Although I live about 35 min away, I will continue to make the trip out to the Keg for the food, a cold beer, and the exceptional service. None of the food (to my understanding) is frozen and the bar is kept quite clean. I've had the fish and chips, different chicken tender platters, steak and cheese, various pasta dishes, onion rings, burgers, etc.. very happy with everything. Great job on renovation. Very neat and clean. I had a BLT and Fries. All were good and plentiful. Service great. There was a wait about 15 mins , sat in car. The guy came out hoping we were not leaving. I thought that was a nice gesture. We are in the neighborhood and will definitely add to our dining list. It's Saturday and there is guitar player. Rigged up outside with speaker inside. Works...damn covid. Wish them luck and hope they survive the storm. See yah soon! read more

This is a great neighborhood pub with 3 volleyball courts and corn hole games. The food is delicious, cooked to order with a relatively small menu but definitely something for everyone. They even have a Vegan option. We ate there 3 times recently. On one evening we had delicious steak with baked potato and salad. Another evening we had hamburgers and the final evening we had delicious brisket sandwiches topped with cole slaw. The food almost melts in your mouth. The onion rings are homemade and the best ever. In addition to a great selection of beer they have some excellent wines at very reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and efficient. If you don't know anyone when you arrive you will in a few minutes. The patio is a great place to eat, visit, watch volleyball and enjoy yourselves. There is plenty of parking. The pub itself is very attractive with super nice restrooms. Mike, the manager is a great guy. Be sure to say hello. Don't miss the Pub. You'll be back again and again. read more

Long awaited for this. Pub is just around the corner from my house. Food was great, service was amazing, beers were cold what else to ask for. Outside patio looks amazing, freshly renovated interior. We got mac&cheese and tenders for appetizer. Got to admit, macche was the best I ever tried. Tenders were soft and juicy. Then we had a house burger, holy juiciness! Amazing. Fries were pretty good too! ITS MY NEW SPOT AND ONLY 3 minutes from my house! Love it they finally opened!!! read more

Go for a drink only...maybe. We tried it out after the re-opening and it was meh. Getting out of the house with a babysitter, you'll go literally anywhere. This place barely being one of them. We ordered the "fried chicken basket" (14.99!) thinking it would be crispy and tasty after being told it was so. We also ordered wings for my mother. The fried chicken was literally the wings without a sauce for double the price. And they weren't the breaded crispy wings, it was the dry skin wings. Needless to say, both the presentation and taste failed to meet the expectation. They didn't charge us for the fried chicken dish after we made the point made above - but they ended up changing our wing order around to make up for it. 12 wings are $13.99 and 6 wings are $9. We asked to split sauces and instead of telling us there was any difference regarding sauce changes, they allowed us to do 6 one sauce and 6 another - only to charge us the $18 instead of the $14. We got two 12 wing orders so that means it was $36 for 24 wings. Not worth it whatsoever. And the "garlic aioli" sauce, didn't exist. It was the plain wings (that we literally just sent back) all over again. The waitress was very nice and none of this was her fault. The manager came over and was also very nice. In fact, it probably wasn't any one person's fault - the only reason I'm writing this is because I did see potential and hope they can adjust accordingly. Two stars for the current state. Potential to be a 3 or 4 star place with some quick easy changes. read more

Stopped in for dinner after my daughters softball game. The beer prices were great and they had a good selection. Food was amazing and service was fast. So the wife and I decided to sneak out without the kiddos to grab a quick bite and do some errands. I haven't been to the QKP for a long time and never since the new owners took over. Let me say, the place looks great and the food was awesome. The wings we had were especially good! It was lunch on a Saturday so we were the only ones in there, but both of the new owners made time to come out and speak with us and make sure our meal was good. I'm looking forward to warmer weather to spend time on the deck and maybe get in on the cornhole league(owners MAY start one, fingers crossed!) read more

Terrible service, awful wait time for food (58 minutes), Food came out differently than ordered and woefully undercooked other than the Fish from the Fish n Chips which was actually ok. I was hopeful that this would be a nice addition for Charlton but your first big Saturday night of the season was an embarrassment for yourselves and the town. Where is the ownership and management to make sure these things don't happen? This place will end up being just another dive bar with this level of inexperience and incompetence. What a shame. Will not go back and will make sure to share this more broadly. read more

This is a cool little place with a good atmosphere, and good food. Menu is somewhat limited and I wish that they had daily specials. My only real complaint is the service. It can be very slow at times especially when they are busy. They always seem to have enough servers, so they really need to speed things up in the kitchen. If they could improve on that, I would give them a rating of 4. read more

The place is okay, but concerned that they didn't take my name and number at the door. Then a guy walked through the place without a mask and nothing was said. Then when my dinner showed up it was missing the cheese. To be fair I think they would have fixed it, but I was hungry so I didn't ask them too. I will give another try on a different day to see if it ends up the same or not. read more
