I understand that food can't be cooked to order at a barbecue place, but even barbecue has a shelf life. The ribs that I was served should've long been chopped into a stew special or something along those lines. The smoked chicken was a disgusting insult. At first, I thought I was mistakenly served an additional side instead of smoked chicken. Unfortunately, their service style is off the bone and finely diced. Storing barbecue meats off the bone is a delicate process. You have to take extra care to ensure that it doesn't dry up in the hot box. Unfortunately, no care was taken, so the chicken was dry and tasteless. The mac n cheese was very low quality. I'll happily pay an upcharge for the good stuff that's baked. I'll grudgingly eat Kraft mac n cheese. I will not pay an upcharge for Kraft mac n cheese.
