Watermelon 'Rita so amazing I drank it so fast.
    Beth H.

Robbie Bain our server was very attentive and accommodating. We sat outside which was so nice, the plants everywhere, the heat lamps and the atmosphere was so refreshing. There was a huge rain storm that moved through while we were there and made it even better. I'm an Oregonian I'm not afraid of getting wet or melting.

I do believe this place may have the best Mexican food in Portland and great size portions. Located in a food cart pod with indoor and patio seating... This festive little restaurant is not only fun but serves great drinks and food. I had the watermelon Rita which was basically a watermelon margarita with top shelf tequila, fresh watermelon juice and of course a few chunks of watermelon. It was delicious! I also ordered the California burrito with delicious grilled Carne Asada, french fries and I'll be other delicious burrito and ingredients in a grilled flour tortilla. The staff was super nice and fun! Also ordered the chips with guac and salsa. The regular salsa is a delicious smoky chipotle type salsa... It's so good. There is only street parking which is the only drawback. They do serve happy hour from 4 to 6 PM.

This place was very cute loved the ambiance, and the food. The waiter Ben, was very friendly and made it special for us on our 5 year anniversary. They even gave us a complimentary dessert. :)

Fantastic service and huge portions alert! We enjoyed a nice quiet evening out at Que Pasa. My husband and I started with the chips, salsa trio, and guacamole. The guacamole is delicious and we really enjoyed the house salsa. Beyond that, the restaurant was packed inside, on the patio, and had tons of to go orders. Despite that, there was fantastic service constantly checking back in. I think the food lacked some flavor, but overall a great experience and we would go back again! ~~~~~ The following information does not impact the overall rating: Bathrooms: there are two single stall, gender neutral bathrooms

Nachos were excellent... compliments to guys in the back of the house. Now as far as the service goes of course a party of one just gets the bare minimum... and that's exactly what I got Yelpers. No hey sir how is the food?? Can we get you another beer??? Nada Well I have to say that even though I was disappointed with the so called service I am still a return customer because the Mexican food here is some of best in the PNW. So let it be written... So let there be SERVICE.

Happy hour was the best (keep the drinks coming!)! The staff was very friendly and provided wonderful service. You can never go wrong with mini corn dogs and nachos and tacos were perfect!

Que Pasa was a recommendation from a friend who went 3 times in one week. Now I know why he came so often. The gringo tacos were great. The crunch on the outside from the fried cheese was a delicious surprise. You receive 2 tacos per order. It was enough to share with someone. The potatoes ole were a great substitute for the rice and refried beans. They were very similar to mashed potatoes with carrots, peas and corn and very well seasoned. Fresh made chips and salsa were a great appetizer to start. The spicy salsa is extremely hot but has a good flavor. Que Pasa is definitely on the list for a return visit.

This was our Q for our ABC of Portland game. What a fantastic find! I cannot stop thinking about the street tacos and will be back for those. We were able to make it in for Happy Hour so we tried a couple different things from that menu and the regular one: queso, street tacos, fish burrito, al pastor tacos, and margaritas. All were so tasty and fresh. We will definitely be coming back.

Nothing like a $16 spicy margarita to make you miss Old Portland prices. That said it was pretty good!

The restaurant is simply decorated and really clean. They really pack people in there, but it's packed in not a suffocating way. Our party of 5 got seated about 10 min after we checked in. All employees we came across were super nice especially our waitress. She was fab! Ordered the Cajun Scramble [$19] which came with potatoes & a biscuit. The potatoes were some of the best we've tried and the scramble was really flavorful. Also got the Praline Waffle [$15] which came w/one huge waffle with all the praline fixings. That was sooo esp the white cream that it came with. Tried a bite of the Banana's Foster French Toast [$16]- super good as well. Also took a bite of the Cinnamon Roll [$9] which was warm and gooey just the way I like it. The whole meal was straight fire! No misses. Would have loved to try their dinner menu, but it was our last day in the city. However, if we ever find ourselves in Portland again, best believe we're coming back for more. That said, I've been here a few times and keep wanting to love it more than I actually do. The food is good, but with so many amazing brunch spots around Portland, nothing on the menu really stands out enough to justify the wait for me. The exception? The Bloody Mary. That thing is loaded and worth ordering every single time.

She had recommended it, was excited to share it with us. There was no single incident that explains what happened. Instead, it was a series of interactions that became increasingly dismissive, hostile, and ultimately humiliating. The first moment that gave us pause came when my friend's ID was returned so carelessly that it landed on the floor. The server then walked away without explanation, only to return and inform us she would not be serving us drinks. Being denied a drink was never the issue, though the manner in which it was handled felt abrupt and unwarranted. When we attempted to understand the concern, there was no effort to communicate, clarify, or review the additional identification we had available, including a passport. Instead, the interaction became increasingly adversarial. We were told we could cause the restaurant to lose its liquor license and were ultimately instructed to leave. At that point, it no longer felt like a conversation about identification. It felt like a complete breakdown in professionalism and basic respect. Before leaving, my friend calmly asked to speak with someone in charge. She was visibly upset, holding back tears, but remained composed throughout the interaction. Rather than attempting to understand or de-escalate the situation, another staff member escalated it further, becoming confrontational and referring to her as a "bish." I have worked in food service and understand that mistakes happen. Portland has no shortage of exceptional restaurants. I would spend my time and money elsewhere. 0/5

You can absolutely smell the fish and vinegar as soon as you walk through the door, which I think gives the place a very homey pub feel. I ordered a spiked peach Arnold Palmer, which I enjoyed (and it was pleasantly strong) and a glass of the house white, which was good for the price. Our server was very fast and attentive. To eat I got the tomato soup with a grilled cheese, which was absolutely fantastic. The soup was so creamy and flavorful, and I cannot imagine a better meal after spending all day walking outside in the rain. The fries were super crispy and I liked the batter. My partner and I shared some of their breadsticks, which were deliciously baked (fresh!) and came with a super refreshing basil crema and a nice tomato-y dip. Wonderful all. My partner ordered fish and chips, and was surprised to find that it is one large fillet of fish, not multiple pieces like you would typically expect. He said the fish was fine, but a little tough. Overall, a wonderful experience. I definitely hope to return. I highly recommend this place as a refuge during the cold winter months!

HOWEVER - This is very different than your box of Kraft. This is more like the kind of macaroni and cheese that you get at Thanksgiving. Ooey, gooey, and oh so good. The add-ins create endless options for an infinite number of creations. And truth be told, you could probably split one of these damn things four ways. Then you would all be in for like five or six bucks. But for me, I like to get a bowl all to myself, eat about a third of it at midnight when I'm craving it. Then, the next day, I'll have the next third for breakfast with a fried egg over it. And then I'll have the remainder for lunch. So I've basically sustained myself for 24 hours for 20 bucks and it's bloody delicious. By the way, I heartily recommend the chicken nugget add-on. I'm not even that huge of a chicken fan myself, but oh my god I love these chicken nuggets. They're tender and juicy and full of flavor and they're the perfect little protein bomb on top of that big fat bowl starch to make it feel like an actual balance meal.
