This place is great the owner is great the waiters are great the food is Tex Mex not authentic you won't find any authentic Mexican food in Missouri but it's still good for high ridge it's cheap this is our go-to spot we really like it here they do a great business if people didn't like it here they would already be shut down that's why it's packed on Friday and Saturday nights people must like it here so keep it up guys put up the great food that you do keep on putting out new food too thank so much for being in the area read more

Since our favorite Mexican restaurant closed a few months ago, my husband and I have been searching for a new one, we found it! This restaurant is very clean and the staff and food is excellent! Kelly and Justin were our Servers and provided friendly and excellent service! The food was delicious with generous portions. I requested my steak and shrimp fajitas be "dry grilled" (cooked without or very little oil) and my vegetables somewhat crunchy. It was made to my satisfaction and enjoyed immensely! Love Que Pasa! Ate here last Sunday and got a pollo Feliz as a Hispanic who eats Latin food, I really liked the flavors, didn't try any margaritas but I've heard they are good as well. Would definitely recommend and everyone should try that banana chimichanga for dessert, it's to die for. read more

Service was quick.. Chips, salsa, and cheese dip are the best in the area... Food is great--we had "a little bit of everything" and the "fajita steak quesadilla". Best Mexican place we have ever been to!!! We will definitely come back. Also, the margarita's were great. I would give this place no stars if I had the option. I ordered a Margarona and they gave me a margarita separate from the corona because they didn't have the little bottles or the attachment. Had I know they would come separate I would have ordered a different drink. My Chile relleno tasted horrible like cleaning supplies and when I mentioned my concerns to the server he said he would send the manager. The manager came and completely dismissed me and my concerns. The waiter ditched out and sent someone else to "deal" with me. There was no effort to make any of this right. Upon paying the girls at the front asked how everything was and when I was honest and showed my disappointment and they blatantly rolled their eyes at me. They obviously don't take customer service seriously at this restaurant and have lost a customer for it. I'm really bummed and disappointed because this was my favorite Mexican place in the area. I'm a Chile Relleno connoisseur and theirs failed miserably. I will never take my family here again. read more

Overpriced and unseasoned food. Mexican...Really? The chips were cold, salsa was nothing more then ketchup. Carnitas were tough and had no flavor. God forbid you order a shot of patron, $7.50. Que Pasa! won't be around long. read more

This was a horrible experience. The waiter brought the wrong drinks after waiting forever. Then he brought cold cheese dip. The chips were stale. He offered no refills and no apologies. He was extremely rude. The entrees were just ok- standard unseasoned tex mex. I think we will stick with el maguey!!! read more

The food there is great. The chips and salsa are so good that I am usually half full by the time the food gets there. The food shows up quick too. The service is great and the prices are good. You get good size portions. I have not had a bad meal yet but my favorite so far is the chicken chimichanga. My children like going there too and that is a plus. This is not the first time, BUT Horrible service while sitting at the bar. Was there for 10 minutes, before I had to ask for someone to take my order, which was passed off to 2 different people. Not even offered water or chips... They do not have a dedicated bar tender and most of which do not speak English. Great food, but horrible service. Will not be back! read more

This was our first time at this restaurant and there were two of us. Our waitress was horrible!! Not to be confused with the other waitresses that were busting their butt. According to our ticket, her name was Lupe. It took 20 minutes for someone to take our order and that was only after I had to wave down another waitress and asked if someone could take our order. The food came in a timely manner after order was placed. She never came back and asked us if everything was okay. Only came back after we were done. Waited another 10 minutes to get our ticket. Now for the food and drink review. I thought it was great! I wanted to go to this place because the usual place we go to, I wasn't that impressed with and wanted to see if we could find something better. Unfortunately when we left, my boyfriend said we will not be going back. They lost a regular customer. They need to have Lupe do other job duties or get rid of her. We went here because it seemed to have good reviews and was offering a deal. To be honest, I've had better Mexican at a few different places. The food was fine, but I was hoping for a lot more flavor (maybe I didn't pick the better items on the menu). I got a chicken burrito and fish taco. Both were well cooked, not dry, but came with almost nothing on them besides the meat/fish. The burrito had a super thin red sauce on top that kind of just made the whole thing soggy--didn't add anything to the flavor. My boyfriend had the fish taco platter which he thought was fine. Probably the best items we had were the chips and salsa (free) and cheese dip (extra $3.79). Again, I've had better versions of these items, too. Also, something weird was happening with management and the waiter. Still, our waiter was on top of things so I don't know what was going on. Anyway, not terrible but I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. read more
