Very poor customer service for carry out orders. Wanted to try somewhere new and will not be returning. I ordered for carry out around 5:50p and was told it would be ready in 20-30minutes. I arrived to pick up my order and they said they were bagging it up. After 40 minutes several people came and went with their orders. I went up and asked and they said they had called our order 20 min prior and had said the wrong name, "AJ". The order was under Cody. Which I think is a little difficult to mess up. I received a free cheese dip for our wait but they were reluctant to even do that. read more

We got seated right away ordered drinks, and from this trip it was the only good thing we had. Then we ordered and waited for over an hour for our food. We asked out waiter to check in the food and he never came back. We watched table after table come and go. Still no food for our table. We had 3 people at our table so not a huge order. Finally got our food total time for being at the location was over two hours. When paying we asked to speak to someone and the girl came back and said they are busy sorry for the issues. I am a frequent customer of this restaurant since I live less than a mile away. Today was an exceptionally bad experience, in regards to service. Not only was our waitress completely neglegent of our table. The manager didn't give me the complete discount from my yelp voucher ($8 for $15). He only gave me $8 off and unfortunately I paid cash, and went hone before realizing... Without a receipt or ticket number. I love Mexican food. I love great service. Que Pasa excelled on both counts! We had a group of eight and our server didn't miss a beat. We kept him hopping with different drinks and a variety of food orders. Simply flawless. Our food came out hot and quick. No two people ordered the same thing and everyone loved their meals. The sauces were delicious, the meats were perfectly spiced. The chips were warm and crispy. The salsa was tasty and tangy. Gabriel, the owner, stopped by the table to make we were being taken care of. We sang the praises of the food, drink and service. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in the area. Too many to eat at one with medocre food or service. Que Pasa will definately be on my list of regular stops. read more

This place was great! There was a birthday party going on near us but the server still payed plenty of attention to us. The menu is a bit big so it's hard to choose an item and it would be nice if it had more pictures. Since I wasn't sure what a lot of it was. I had to have the server explain it to me. The Baja Wraps were delicious and I would recommend them everything tasted fresh. The refried beans and rice with my main dish were good as well I had chicken with some cheese sauce served with tortillas. It was very good even as left overs the next day. The chips and salsa are tasty but don't eat to much cause you won't eat your meal. But that's not always a bad thing, late night snack or lunch the next day. The restaurant is very clean and inviting as well. It has a smoking and non-smoking section or you can sit outside weather permitting. It's a lovely place, friendly atmosphere. read more

Que Pasa has been around for one year and I must say that they've taken over the #1 spot for Mexican in the area. Their food is great and service is quick. The restaurant itself is large and very tastefully decorated compared to the other places in Fenton, but the biggest thing is that it is CLEAN! That is my number one criteria when deciding to return to a restaurant. This would be a great place to bring a large group as there is ample seating. There is also a nice outdoor patio area. The only negative (I guess if you're a nonsmoker) is that they do allow smoking on one side of the restaurant, however, you would never know it by sitting in the nonsmoking area. It's in a completely different room and the three or four times we've gone there have only been 1 or 2 tables smoking. The food so far has been terrific. My go to is the pork Chile Verde. It has just the right amount of heat and the pork is very flavorful. Portions are large, so make sure whatever you order sounds good for lunch tomorrow as well. If you haven't tried Que Pasa yet, I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. read more

Que Pasa was recommended by a friend. The place does not seem very authentic. It's got a huge menu presumably catering to white clientele wanting food which is more "Mexican inspired" than genuinely Mexican. 3 of us ate for $55 which was 3 entrees and a pitcher or margaritas so the food was reasonably priced but by no means cheap. The margaritas were weak and uninspired. The food was pretty good. The salsa had a nice flavor and consistency. The meats in the the burritos were tender and flavorful though again not particularly authentic. The guacamole salad was also decent. The place was just fine. It was a middle of the road meal for a middle of the road rating. I'd go back if someone else really wanted to go there specifically, but I will be looking for a place with more authentic Mexican food in the area. There are a millions Mexican restaurants in STL and this one didn't do anything to distinguish itself. If you are looking for a place that feels like a little more Mexican influence Chili's, Que Pasa! might be just the place you are looking for. read more

Very first impression was terrible. The host kept trying to sit us next to this large party. I used to be in the food industry so I know she was just trying to sit us in the servers section. This young lady had no customer service. She sat us around the corner and we said thank you and she walked off pissed and said nothing. This place is a mixed bag, you walk in and you're hit with the smell of smoke, well it turns out they allow smoking the half of the restaurant..bummer, as for the food it was tasty, had the #17 combo taco, chalupa, and chili relleño which was all find and dandy but the chili relleño come out with the odd red sauce I had to scrape off, the cheese sauce was good the margaritas were a great price and tasty, but the food was fairly expensive for what it was, over all the smoking will probably prevent me from going again but the food was food (except the weird red sauce) read more

The food and chips with salsa are great ,this place wasn't very busy but is one huge restaurant so I would guess this place gets pretty busy on the weekend. Love Que Pasa! Visited just last Thursday and was seated immediately. We wanted to sit out on the porch, which we had to ourselves. Fast service (had food in less than 15 minutes), good timing, and good food. After buying the yelp deal ($8 for $15 off) our total came to $4-I think I can handle that! Looks like they have some new servers and we were not impressed. Hands down the best Mexican food in the Fenton/High Ridge/House Springs area, and I've tried them all - multiple times. They have the best salsa and the chips are always fresh and not greasy. My favorite thing on the menu is the burrito grande. If you're feeling adventurous, try it with a fried egg or 2 on top. Also, they let you substitute black beans instead of refried, added bonus. My friends tell me they have great margaritas, I'm a beer drinker, so I can't judge. But love the jumbo Dos Equis draft. The place is clean, but remember, you're in Jeffco and they do still allow smoking in restaurants (any of them), but only in one half. However, if you can't handle even a little bit, head to StLCo and don't come here and give a bad review because of the smoke. It's Jeffco baby - Man up or move on. Not a fan. Place reeks of smoke. If you are a non-smoker don't even bother. You will lose your appetite before you order. The night we went the music was blaring and the bar off to the side was COMPLETELY covered in dirty glasses and dishes while the staff were too busy ordering food for themselves to bother cleaning anything. If the dining area was that disgusting I do not want to know what the kitchen looks like. The restaurant was not full yet it took a long time to get our food which was luke warm and rather bland. Our drinks sat empty while our waiter helped set the table for the employees (and presumably their family and friends) to eat. Of course their food was brought out hot and steaming. We waited an extremely long time after forcing our food down for the check. I didn't bother taking home the leftovers. i just wanted out. Went to Que Pasa with the wife on Saturday. This is a new restaurant to the area and I am always eager to try out new Mexican restaurant. I was very pleased with this new addition to the area. I had the burrito grande and the wife had enchiladas rancheras. We were both very happy with each dish, served hot, very tasty, good portions. The wait staff was very good, attentive and friendly. I also liked that the place was large so the tables weren't so close together that you have no privacy like other Mexican restaurants Ive visited. We will definitely be back. read more

"I dunno man...i dunno lemme see"... started taking chairs off of a table for us and when asked about says " well we were closing" rudely. Yah. We tried this place because it's new and really close, but there was a Deal Chicken coupon, so it was a bonus. The first experience was a Saturday dinner after church. Great service and super fast! I had forgotten that it's in Jefferson County (just over the line), so there was a smoking section, but it wasn't noticeable. The food was decent. I had the chile relleno; the portion was big enough for lunch the next day. When we were paying, the employee asked it everything was to our liking and told us that if we were ever unhappy just to tell them and they would gladly fix it. What great service! Our second experience was not as good. We went yesterday for lunch (again after church). The service was slow and the woman seemed like we were bothering her. Then she said she wouldn't take our coupon on an iPhone even after when we explained that it was not a problem before. She talked to the manager who said "it was okay." Wow, thanks a lot. The customer service is they continually forget our drink orders, takes forever to get your. When call in an order you left on hold for more than 10 minutes or more. It gets to the point why have take out if you not serve the people trying to call in order. You hear all background noise as the person who answered the phone serving other customer after customer and so on no response from them when try get attention over the phone. A new mexican place in my neighborhood??? Of course I have to try it. I am soo happy I did. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by a man I believe was the owner welcoming us to the restaurant. We were seat in a booth and left to look at the menus. There was quite the selection on the menu. I ordered the chimichanga and my husband ordered the burrito rio grande. Once we sat down we were brought some chip and salsa. The salsa was spicy but not too spicy. Afterwards we were brought our meals. They were super yummy. The plates were huge. Service was excellent. We were never forgot about while we sat at our booth, but we weren't bugged too much either. Once we paid for our meal we were given a coupon for our return trip which we will definitely be making soon. read more
