After the second chance afforded to this establishment I can not recommend it to anyone. The first time I ordered an array of tacos that looked very appealing. However, upon tasting the tacos my tastebuds said never again. However, after the tough loss of our beloved Tops in football my friends decided Mexican food would be the best comfort food. I tried to warn them but they couldn't resist the strong lure of Mexican food. Upon arriving I ordered the chef special that looked like dollar microwave rice with cat food on top. The meal tasted even worse than it looked leaving me baffled thinking about how much they paid off the health inspector to serve cat food looking chicken. My friends are sitting here mourning the loss of the Tops and suffering from a second blow of having terrible cat food. Avoid this place. read more

My family visited after church. We enjoyed the food and the dining experience. It's authentic Mexican food and rather inexpensive. Our total was just under $42. We were a bit disappointed that they didn't offer tortilla chips with the meals, at least the adult trays, but they sold bottles Jarritos so our 3 teenagers were thrilled. It was clean, bright, and the workers were friendly. It's open 24 hours so the local WKU students probably appreciate that, as well as other late-nighters. read more

I have always recommended Que Paso Tacos to my friends. Not anymore. Although the food was good the service is terrible. One person to run the front. All the condiments were out and when I asked him to replace them he waited until I was done eating and then he refilled everything except for what I asked for:salsa. Won't be back. A clean modern design in the interior doesn't make too much of a difference if the food is mediocre and the staff is consistently rude. Food was pretty uninteresting and ordering was apparently both difficult for the staff to figure out and for me as a customer. read more

Food was excellent - very fresh and tasty! Highly recommend the Carnita Tacos. However, service was a bit a lacking (albeit I did go on a Sunday afternoon so probably a good chance they might have been short on staff at the time). Moreover, I believe there was a bit of a language barrier with the girl working the counter. Ordered chips and Salsa. When I got my food it didn't have the chips with it. So I went back up to the counter and told her. And she promptly gave me some chips and guacamole (as opposed to salsa!) Even so, the food definitely made up for it. Seriously, very good food! P.S.: I thought ordering a taco meant that I would only get one taco (and that's all I really wanted was just one for a quick snack.) Turns our, an order of tacos is actually an order for three tacos! Not complaining - they were delicious. Just something to keep in mind. Moreover, for the price you can't beat it! UPDATE: Went there again. Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 orders of carnitas tacos. First they gave me the completely wrong thing. This is my favorite place to go for tacos. The fried avocado is the best. They also have really good breakfast burritos too.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try eating here for the first time so tlast night, we went to Que Pasa. When we got home, we were missing half of the order-which was the tacos. Also, all of the chips with the chips and queso were burned badly. And recognizably. So instead of asking us to wait, while fresh non black chips were dropped in the fryer, they threw them in the bag and sent us on our merry way. We are both very big Authentic Mexican food lovers and this business is much closer to us than Chipotle, we would love to come back but it's hard to justify coming back to a place where we got burned chips and had to drive back across town for our tacos. read more

Who is writing these reviews? We literally threw all our food in the trash after 2 bites. The taco shells were so thin they stack 2 and 3 to try and keep them from falling apart. Didn't work. Alpastor is definitely NOT Alpastor. It was a ground meat and was super dry and flavorless (not at all like Alpastor roasted on a spit). Salsa bar had lids off containers and looked like they had been like they all day so we did not add salsa. We drove to another local restaurant and ate there. The service here is pretty awful. I have sat at the drive thru multiple times and received zero service. After waiting 5 minutes and even saying hello at the drive thru mic I will go somewhere else. When I have gotten service it's usually half ass with the employees acting like I'm an inconvenience. When I've actually gotten food it decent but service is always terrible. read more

Love this place. You order each item individually. Pretty cheap and delicious food. Their salsa bar is also amazing.

We tried the tacos, sopes, a torta, and a burrito. It was all excellent. The condiments and sauces were also top notch. Fantastic authentic Mexican and so happy it's open 24hours. Don't think by going through the drive thru your food would be any faster than ordering at any other Mexican Restaurant. At first I was excited about a drive thru and delivery Mexican Restaurant, but the food is just "okay." Definitely not worth waiting 17 minutes to get through the line, order my food, and receive it. FYI the owner agreed with a Super Saver coupon book and did not inform the employees about this coupon, so when I go to use the "Buy one Quesadilla get one free Quesadilla" coupon I had to wait for them to call the owner about it. Then after ordering 2 Chicken Quesadillas the girl comes back to the window to says they would agree to a Cheese Quesadilla. They ended up giving me the second Chicken Quesadilla, but probably because they already made it. This is a warning to those about to use their coupon at this restaurant. I took my family to this new restaurant on a Friday night. The menu on the wall had a large selection of choices which we had trouble seeing. No menu we could hold and study. One meal came with rice but we weren't told there were sides. We had 2 soft tacos which were small and the taco tasted like it had be frozen. The food fell out before we could pick it up. No one was happy with this trip. The servers had difficulty understanding us and we had to repeat it several times. We will give it time before deciding this is not a choice for us read more

Unfortunately I can not leave a review about there food... But the customer service... I pull into the drive through, the girl says through the speaker "can you wait a second!!?" Extremely rude! Only one car in front of me so they clearly where not busy.... Once she was ready to take my order she asked me to repeat it at least 5 times then asked that I pull to the window, I assume there was an issue with the "speaker system". So I pull around (still one car in front of me) the girl working the drive through is hanging out of the window, cell phone in her hand, talking to the person in the car and occasionally looking back at me with no sense of urgency or care for her job at all. She finally goes back to work as two more employees lean out the window to talk to whom ever it was in the car. After waiting for 25 minuets I pulled off and got dinner elsewhere. Its a shame, I was excited to try the food, but the customer service is unacceptable. I really hope management fixes the issue. read more
