He just basically said we don't have to worry about this one anymore. Bad attitude . Here's the absolute truth of what happened .. let me also add I am an exemplary citizen. I work as a F/A for American Airlines going on 30 years . A very fair person and do my best to treat everyone with respect and kindness every day. .. Took my Honda accord to get AC working. Blower worked fine but needed charged . When I picked it up, it seemed to still blow warm air but thought it needed a few minutes to get cool so I drove it home in about 4 minutes. Should have went right back but I honestly thought it needed a couple minutes to get cool and I was very close to my house. I parked the car . Then I Drove it THREE days later & it blew complete hot air . I told owner about it and he did nothing for me . (even though he states that they stand behind their work .) He said with an uncaring tone, "They can blow at any time. "Really? Drive the car home in a few minutes while it's already blowing warm air and three days later it doesn't work and it blew??? You think so? I paid several hundred dollars to have this fixed. I asked several people and they said you did something wrong. I asked several people and they said you should've made it right. I still have no air condition.. He messed up and did not take accountability and responsibility . I paid several hundred dollars. I don't even know what this dishonest person did for that much money. He certainly did not change the air cabin filter either.. I'll enclose a pic. I've been so angry. I'm only now posting about it , as I'm not a complainer but he totally ripped me off. I was going to get my oil changed there recently , but it did not sit right with me to go back and give them my business and then this all came to surface again . I could hear my dad in heaven, telling me not to go to that person . I decided to tell the truth online because it's 100% true no matter what he says . People know deep inside when they aren't doing you right . There's no way that air air-conditioning was fixed . He took my money. These people do not treat others fairly. You may get a good experience here and there, but he completely ripped me off and he knows it. Also, another huge thing, he did not lock my car when I left it there & a homeless person was in my car found rooting around on his security cameras. They called me. How horrible. Police were involved. They can't even lock people's cars at night??? His answering machine is very rude as well . He tells you not to keep calling back in a rude, impatient disgusted tone. Call and listen, Although he may change it . They did not do me any service whatsoever and stole my money by not fixing my air-conditioning. Who treats a client this way? I should have been more insistent because I know that I was correct and that he was wrong, but I left because I'm not a fighter, but guess what ??My anger and his disservice finally popped out and I'm tired of it sitting on it . So here is my response now. I got ripped off because he is dishonest and I'm patient and kind. He is dishonest. Sir, you will get yours in the end. Please stand for me and Go to J&J Auto on Beaty Dr. You'll be treated politely, better communication and better price. Everything I wrote is 100% true. If I were in court. I would raise my right hand and put my left hand on the Bible to what I just wrote. ( I just read a review from a few years ago . The owner responded and he said they stand behind everything they do, but he did not stand behind my air-conditioning job so he is a liar as well. ) He truly owes me an air-conditioning job.

    I've been to Figs 2 or 3 times. Let me start off by saying that I've never had an issue with the…read moreemployees. They are friendly enough and I can't say I've ever felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. They've always been straightforward with no unnecessary up selling. Always a plus. The only thing I've ever had an issue with is the appearance of the waiting area is questionable. Now, I'm giving them only one star because of what happened with my previous oil change. I got an oil change towards the end of last year. After that oil change, I started noticing that my oil light would randomly come on. It was so quick that if I wasn't looking at my dashboard when it happened, I wouldn't have known what the sound was for. At first, I thought it was me but it happened often enough for me to wonder if they had cheated me on the oil. I decide when it's time to get another oil change to take my car somewhere else. When I get my oil changed again, they tell me that there is a leak due to a crack in my oil filter. Now, I don't know much about cars but I do know that over the my car ownership lifetime, this has NEVER happened. I get oil changes as scheduled and I always have them done at a shop. The mechanic tells me to take my car back to the shop that did my previous oil change so that's what I did. I take my car back to Figs, they tell me that there is a leak (obviously, that's why I'm here) and that it'll be x amount to fix it. Now, the only reason I took it back to Figs was for them to fix what they broke, not for them to tell me what I already knew. Anyway, I push back because their services come with a warranty. They say oil changes aren't included. I say okay and leave. I wasn't going to give them more money to fix something they broke. Of course I'm pissed now that I have to pay to repair the issue. The repair isn't expensive so it's really more the principle of the matter. I shouldn't have to pay for something that seems to have been broken during a service. Anyway, I will not be returning to this shop.
