In two cases, I needed a tire rotation (free with tires purchased at any Discount Tire location). On the third vehicle, I had a tire with a slow leak that needed investigation and repair. In all three instances, they were able to get me scheduled quickly. I was able to get in and out in about an hour each time. The guys in the shop greeted me pleasantly and didn't exercise any intensive upselling on products or services that I did not schedule for or need. Overall, I've been pleased with Discount Tire as a service company for several years and am happy with this new to me location thus far. I've spent $0 with this location but have walked away with great service each time which is what will bring me back to spend money when I need to. I do recommend.
