I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. Frank said that the car had a broken mirror and a bad tire, etc. Basically, he refused to install an engine. I asked Almar to install an engine, not tires or mirrors. Andrew and his team are THE greatest. This is, by FAR, the best place I've ever taken my car to. For many years before moving north, he provided great service for my vehicles. Always straight-up, no BS, no upselling, just plain facts about what your car does and doesn't need. Repairs were always perfect and well-priced. Not to mention the fact that Andrew is just a great guy in general. He truly cares about making sure your vehicle is in good shape but he also genuinely cares about his customers. After I left town, my mom continued to take her car to him for service. I appreciate the fact that he always treated her like family. Every visit was pleasant and she always called me to let me know that he asked her about me and my family. Mom is now up north with us. The car had an evap replacement and blower, I finally had saved up for the evap part replacement, and the blower motor that went out that triggered the whole idea of taking the truck to get a quick fix. This shop now tells me the truck can't run. They didn't know what was wrong, guessing BCM problem and ignition switch problem, not even thoroughly exhausting what was wrong, then tells me he can't do anything and has to charge for labor and parts. As a result I paid and had my truck towed to now figure out a brand new way more serious problem that I don't know why my truck won't run. I just thought everyone should know as a warning.

I was happy I get a referral here and a second opinion that was accurate. It turns out it was a bad fuel injector. Yes, better than replacing an entire engine. They have great mechanics here who are ASE & Audi certified. They have personable and professional Staff in Jennifer, JD & John. It's so refreshing to know there are business owners who are not trying to pull one over on someone, especially in this economy! Within the past two years, I got a 2023 Volkswagen. My dad taught me about cars growing up, and since we always had American vehicles, we just took them to dealerships. Late December, my car had less than 17,000 miles and the VW dealership tried to charge me for new rotors and brakes which were over $700. Let's just say I definitely wasn't afraid to bring this up with my advisor since my rotors were clean. He then told me I just needed brakes which were almost $400. I might be a young woman, but I certainly do not like dishonesty ...maybe they did not expect me to know some basic things about cars. But I called up Arthur's shop right afterwards knowing that his shop was established and asked if he had some time to get me in to give me a second opinion. Arthur was so incredibly knowledgeable, extremely kind, AND charged me less for parts, labor, and fixing a leak that caused the mess than the dealership wanted for one of the parts alone.
