Right as i walked i realized i was in a different type of sales environment. I was greeted by Gates (Ride fit specialist). Asked what brought me in and if there was anything he could help me with. This was my first HD purchased so i had done some pre work research but still alot of vague questions and information was still missing. I came in looking for the fat boy or fat bob. He suggest to include the street bob. So off we went started with the street bob which was a nice bike he helped me by asking the questions of feel and what would i if i could change anything to improve the ride? I started off on the points that felt right and summarized the points i would change. During which time brian (Asst. Manager) came over introduced himself and listened to the conversation. At the end brian suggested to try the fat-boy for feel. again asked by Gates what and how i could change this bike for it to feel right. Again him and Brian talked and asked if was okay with a used bike. After shock wore off since i was really willing to take the hit on a new HD I agreed to take a look. Upstairs they have some really nice used bikes. Gates pulled out a fat bob and again asking what if anything. As we finished thats when i saw my Ride screaming at me. I was told detail of the bike hoped on it and knew this breakout was going home with me. Gates and i went down to meet up with Brian again who introduced me to Dave finances and chris Sales manager. After a little bit of conversation i was asked if i would like to take the Ride on a little jog around the block. We took the Breakout and another bike (Brand new) out. Half way through I switched Rides with Gates and knew for sure the breakout was my ride. I Got the bike for Way under BLUEBOOK a little credit for some HD apparel. I was treated like Royalty from start to finish whether it was GATES BRIAN DAVE CHRIS CHAD IN SERVICE OR EVEN BRANDI in apparel. I can honestly say they didn't just try to sell me a Motorcycle. They sold me my motorcycle which i honestly feel was built for me. No it wasn't a quick process but a patient evaluation of what i wanted what i needed and what was best for my riding enjoyment. I stopped into the new location today. I have not been treated the best in the past at some Harley dealerships (including this one at the old spot). Anyway, Rob was so helpful today, I think I will be getting my first bike this week! Also, I was looking for a shirt for my dad for his birthday this week. He is a Vietnam Veteran and I was looking for something patriotic and Harley. They did not disappoint! Out of some back stock Brandi helped me find the perfect shirt! This place is a sorry excuse for a Harley Davidson dealership. I needed them to change a battery on my bike, They didn't contact me until 4 days later to tell me the battery was bad and it would cost $120 + tax. Three days after that, they called to tell me the bike was ready to pick up. Then they tried to charge me $229 when I showed up to get it! A few months before this, I was told it would cost around $80 to replace a broken exhaust bracket. I was informed days later that the cost actually came out to $280 because I was misquoted the first time. Get it together, or you should remove Harley Davidson from your store front. There are 4 other dealerships in Greater Cincinnati. Spend your money there, not at Queen City. The three reviews before this one were for TrI County HD, a place I was happy to go to, not for Queen City. read more

This updated review is on the service department alone. I took my 2017 lowrider in for its 5k service. When I got it back they charged me 100$ and said I had low air pressure. I get my bike back and a nail is in the tire. The 5k service says to check tire and tread. I guess they forgot that part. This was on Friday then on Monday the below happened The service department is lacking in one area. That's the area of honesty. They said my bike was to be picked up at 11 am on a Monday. I called at 1130 am and asked where they were. The service guy said he'd call me back and never did. I called back again 2 hours latter and he said they were on the way because now the trailer was now empty. Empty? I was supposed to be picked up at 11 am. They finally showed up at 330 pm. (stopped in on Monday and spoke with the service manager and she refunded me the 100$ for a gift card. ) My bike is in the shop because of a computer connection error. It has been in the shop for a week. I've called and stopped by and they say it's a process to fix. Well it would be nice if that process had a timeline to be done by. I bought the preferred package with my bike that was supposed to give my bike priority when it's in the shop. Not sure if this " package " is really available. Or if it's a fantasy package. I just returned home from deployment to Iraq and wanted a quote on a new HD. My wife and I arrived at 5:20 to the store, store closing hours were 7:00. The outside doors were locked and employees inside refused to acknowledge our existence outside the door. If a store expects customers to spend large amounts of money on products, then you should remain open for scheduled hours. I will be taking my purchase to another dealer, even though we could see the silver Tri-Glide ultra we wanted inside.There are plenty of other places that appreciate business. I hope everyone avoids this location. read more

Poor Service Department team. Be Very careful when you pick your bike up. The NEW Service Management that took over in 2019 Does NOT stand behind the work or not done. Fully inspect your bike for Damages. I put my 2018 Streetglide in for service over the winter. When finally returned in March 2019 the gas tank and center console where covered in Scratches. And my Left exhaust pipe had Rust damage. Just to point out. I do NOT ride in the rain and bike is stored in garage. Before this team, I've never had an issue with the service team. The Parts and Sales teams are awesome. So Just Be cautious of the NEW Service Management. They DO NOT stand behind the work and damage done. read more

Worst establishment I have ever dealt with in all my life!! Go to Cin City or High Stakes Harley for anything; this place is a joke! They had my bike for 10 MONTHS! It was laid down and I RODE IT HOME. Minor damages that amounted to one thing after another needed to be fixed with more and more excuses and new setbacks. Communication was very poor from the start and unprofessional for such an esteemed business. After talking to the service manager Jason, I was finally able to get a loaner for a couple days but Adam not only lied saying it had a full tank of gas, but told me he could put me on another bike or sign it back out to me when I returned it, and neither of those happened. Patient satisfaction means nothing to them. The manager was impossible to get ahold of and never returned my calls. Blake in service was short with me and constantly gave me the runaround. When the bike was finally finished, I was told it was washed with a full tank. Yet it was dusty and the gas light came on as soon as I pulled off the lot. Cheap, lazy, and ignorant employees! Never again will I go anywhere near that location!!! read more

They lie and have poor business practices. Don't buy any products in finance from then and get your own finance. Was told the Royal club and other products could be canceled. By Lindsey in finance. Spoke with Dave in finance to cancel all the products and was told it's up to the GM if he would cancel it. I am in the business and everything I bought is a cancelable product! If I was able to put zero stars I would. I purchased a 2023 Street Glide Special in late February of this year. I purchase the service plan to cover all my maintenance for 42 months yet at every single service interval something was magically wrong with my bike that wasn't when I dropped it off. After my 5K appointment I noticed my red alarm light was staying on, immediately told them about it. Said it was from my led underglow I installed so I removed it, yet the light still stayed on. After dropping my bike back off again they call me and said my wires were pinched under my housing on the throttle side and was going to be $638 to install new wires. Mind you I installed those bars 5 months before this magically happened while at their service department. Then after my 10K appointment they call me and said my bike isn't safe to ride because the clutch extension I installed once again magically broke while in their service department. Wanted to charge me $338 to fix that. None of these apparent issues were present when I dropped my bike off and I can assure you they will never and I mean never receive another dollar from me again. I own 2 motorcycles and have taken my business to another dealership that has been hands down a much more pleasant experience dealing with. Lastly, they've somehow changed my email address in their system and I no longer receive surveys. I will definitely be reaching out to Harley corporate regarding this shady business. Not sure it'll do much but they need to know what's going on at their dealerships. read more

Dissapointed in their selection of motorcycles. They had giant floating couches and trikes for motorcycles, and the new FXDR when you waled in the front door. No sportsters. No street rods. Nothing for someone who doesn't want to drop over $21,000 on a motorcycle. When I asked, I was told that they do not sell enough of those models to stock - I get they're trying to cater to their clientelle, but they are also forcing the rest of us from becoming their clintelle with the offerings they have. Oh......and the sales person recommended I testride the FXDR (114 motor) when I walked in. It was raining outside. How is asking a total stranger to take a 21K motorcycle outside in the rain a good idea, let alone the cleanup from the road spray for your floor model? read more

I took my bike in for Routine maintenance. 6 1/2 weeks later and $3600 less in my pocket I got my bike back. There was little to no communication except to tell me there was something else that needed to be fixed. My bike set untouched for weeks because they had to order parts because they didn't have them in stock. Ultimately I had to find parts, order them and deliver them to the dealership for them.Throughout this process I left multiple messages that went unanswered, I sent emails to the owner that were unanswered. They had my bike so long they were forced to give me a loaner. When I went to pick it up there was barely enough gas in it to get to the gas station. My overall experience was very negative and I will never be back to this store. read more

ting the numbers on a sportster s and an iron 883. The original numbers on the sportster s were out of what she could afford so the iron 883 seemed to be the one that was gonna work. We ended up leaving that night after close wanting to think about the decision and possibly return the next day. When I returned home that night I started reviewing the numbers and decided to call cin city the following morning to see what kind of pricing they could give me on the iron 883 and the sportster s. Without revealing queen city's numbers beforehand, the payment on the 883 was considerably lower than Queen City. In light of this we decided to have them work up the Sportster S also. The payment was a little lower than Queen City so I asked if I could be added to my family members loan and would it help their payment. I also asked this question originally at Queen City and they told me it wouldn't help. Well after being added, the payment difference on the brand new sportster s was almost 100.00 per month. We'll be are now proud owners of a 23 road glide CVO and a 23 sportster s from cin city. Two sales Queen City had the opportunity to make and struck out both times. I know they have a pretty new building to pay for but two poor experiences in a row takes them off my list as a dealer I will purchase from. read more

The best Harley-Davidson dealership I know! Amazing helpful people. I really enjoyed my first Harley purchase there with Donny. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I was highly satisfied with my deal. It was also a real pleasure to deal with Andy, who always suggested me which parts to get and the orders went smoothly. The workshop service is amazing, fast, efficient, good quality. Never had a problem. The shop carries a lot of clothing and other HD merchandise and Kathy and Kim are always happy to help and advice on helmet size etc. Everybody in this store is very professional and smiled, I will be coming back! After my bad experience at another HD location, I appreciate the Tri-County HD even more! Also, they have a lot of events with band, food etc. Way to go! read more

The worst Harley Davison dealer in the Cincinnati area if you want to be ripped off while buying a new bike go see Mike he will surely do that for you. Do not allow them to use the high pressure sales tactics that was used on me .do not let them talk to you into useless senseless purchases such as The Royal club maintenance plan, it is an over price plan to get you very little also do not let them talk you into the paint sealant is no different than buying a small bottle of F 11 and doing your bike yourself .Make sure you deal with one sales person I had my sales person purchase price and contract all signed only to go back to next dayTo have the contract ripped up in front in front of my face and refigured with a bunch of bunch of useless shit that I did not need using high tactic sales pitches. Do you self a favor and stay away from this Harley Davidson Dealer .As for service department has little or no talent when it comes to mechanics they will promise you the world and deliver you shit .Seriously if I could give this place A half a star I would .Ill never go back that is for sure . read more

Horrible customer service. Took over a week to run diagnostics to tell me what I already told them needed to be fixed. Poor communication throughout the process, took 3 weeks to complete a 5 hour repair job. Misleading information on total cost. worst Service Department team, lied to me for weeks about service ( over a month they had my bike down) and parts delivery. and when i say they lied .i can say that without challenge because they owned up to it at the end. told me directly.. and did not even apologize. just made excuses for their mistakes and lies quoted $177.00 per part for two Harley Davidson lower sliders 48702-09 and 48703-09 . at time of service completion they change the price to 246.99 labor was quoted at 1 hour (by service manager) tried to stiff me with 3 hours at pickup. without ever calling for any approval in Ohio you cant change quoted price more than 10% without customer approval . also i can buy these parts for 190.00 each from another dealer so they are price gouging. on labor they did resolve the labor at the time of the bill, but not part price. and they offers $100. off for my trouble.. they never gave me that though. slime folks complained to. gen mgr.....this guy actually threaten me .....said if i complained he would,not do anything to resolve issue! ( really that was his exact words to me in person ) this guy is so anti customer i just knew at that point it was a BBB issue. this guy and the service staff are just band news. in the end the BBB and Ohio attorney general were needed to get the over charge returned.. i do not recommend any place that treats and threatens customers. just a really bad experience and it is sad a place like this can stay open read more

Then my husband went to exchange his Christmas gift (with receipt) and they wouldn't even allow an exchange, store credit, anything because it was over 30 days. Wasted $100.00. I really like these guys. The rear tire on my Harley ultra glide blew out. Fortunately I was able to get the bike to the side of the road. After taking the bike to the dealership they were able to get me a new tire at a great price. Since then I have taken it back to have a seal replaced and an oil change along with having my brakes done and everything was done top notch. They cost a bit but they are worth it. read more

ONly thing to say is this place is a nightmare. Stay away now and go to a real Harley Davidson store or shop. The no return policy should tell ya. And also don tgive them your info because if they k ow you are shopping for a bike the will run your credit score to dirt in everyway they can. We cant even get calls back as to why they did it . I showed them powder kegs prices which were 3 to 4k cheaper and they screwed my credit score nearly 50 points because they knew i wasnt going to go for there stupid crap. As a new Harley owner, having heard that Queen City Harley was under new ownership and supposedly new management, we ignored the advice of friends who warned me away from this dealership. A mistake I'll not only never make again...but I've joined the long list of friends warning bikers away from Queen City. The details of my recent horrible experience with Queen City have been passed on to Harley and the owner of the dealership. After our bike broke down, they had it for 10 days before they even looked at it, then they installed a part they claimed needed to be replaced (over $600 in repairs) without authorization, which I had to demand be removed so we could pick up the bike. I paid over $284 for a battery replacement we did tell them to do and labor costs. When we picked up the bike, it wouldn't start at all and we had to pay expensive towing costs to get it out of there. When we got it home, we opened it up, checked the wires and fuses - and the bike not only started right up but ran great when we took it out for a test ride. We believe they sabotaged our bike so we would be forced to leave it there and pay their costly repairs. If our bike is ever in need of anything and this place was the last motorcycle shop on earth, I would trash the bike before I would take it back here. read more
