I was told it was $50 for a full set then once I said I wanted almond shaped nails he then said they were $55 which doesn't make since why should the shape of the nail cost more. Horrible service my mom went in with a picture, thing she always does which makes it easier due to language barrier. The lady did not even do nothing even close to what was on the picture, my mom also got a pedicure never showed her the prices they did it and it was so bad they cut her nails so short and they charged her the most expensive one. I came in needing old acrylics taken off and was wanting a new set, the lady suggested Dip color which I've never tried before but said it's the same price so I went for it and I'm Soo glad I did. I am very unhappy with the way my nails turned out. From a distance they look ok but then you really look at them and you're like oh god, you paid money for those?! I was first told my nails would be 40. And then when it came time to pay they were 50. Which I felt was very unreasonable considering the quality. I have been coming here for months & didn't have any problems until I went last week. The guy who was doing my pedicure cut me with a dirty drill while taking off my gel. I was bleeding & he didn't even stop or apologize. My foot hurting all day & all night and swelled up so I went to urgent care the next day , and they said I got cellulitis from getting a cut from a dirty tool. They did amazing on my nails!! I needed all black nails for a wedding I'm attending and they went beyond my expectations! I usually just get coffin shaped gel acrylic which is what I did today but the sweet man who I believe is Kevin (I could be wrong) asked if he could add some glitter to make my nails look a little less "bland" if you will. I agreed and he decided to do a classy glossy black and silver/black glitter and I am so happy! The coffin shape is the best shape I've received from any nail salon on the central coast. Dishonest thief. Intentionally charged a larger tip after providing painful mani/pedi. When she was informed that her fast, aggresive filing of the nails was painful, she could have cared less. Her file kept poking and she laughed when the pain was obvious. A 20 minute manicure and pedicure is impractical, yet she finished in record time after stabbing 3 times and filing healthy skin. The pedicure was relaxing and everything was clean and sterile. Alex did a great job on my nail art on both my toes and nails. I will be back in 2 weeks for a fill. The last time I went here I got a guy that was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE that I just walked out and he didn't even do a good job. I came in for a fill and when I asked him to clip back the lifted parts of the nail, he got really snotty and rude with me. I told him that I usually always have that done without even asking, its pretty normal, and that I am a licensed hairdresser as well and this is how I wanted it done because otherwise they would lift off the next day, since I use my hands a lot. He had the nerve to tell me he didn't want to just fix someone elses work, and if I really was a hairdresser that I would know he wants to do a whole new set instead of just a fill - because he could charge $28 instead of the $20 for a fill! WTH!!!!! I was so ticked, after he finished putting the acrylic on and buffing, I got up and left. Normally I leave a $5 tip or more, but 20 minutes with this jerk, he should have paid me to tolerate him. Clearly I didn't tip him and would never go back! RUDE RUDE RUDE AND BAD WORK!!!! I went home and spent the next 20 minutes fixing them and finished them with glitter polish to hide his flaws!! When I came in, I was greeted and treated nicely but that all changed when my technician saw that she had to take my acrylics off. She was very rough and upset, even though I called ahead of time and said I needed my acrylics off.
