I was beyond annoyed by this point and she just kept talking about this. I booked for my first time facial. If I'd known my time would have been wasted I would not have went. Next time please just honor the bookings people make and not talk their ear off and just provide the service. If the customer inquires about products then that's when you talk about it.

I didn't get what I asked for but I like my nails and my kid loves them. I didn't like the design for the leopard print being done with a different nail polish, I can personally see the difference in texture on nails and just didn't want to do it to my entire set. I'm sad I didn't get what I wanted but I'm not mad. At the end of service I was charged $76 + $12 for the bath and body lotion, making my total $88 I then tipped because I enjoy my service. The grand total was still only $106. A full set ? In the economy under 100 not including tip, sign me up. I haven't wanted to go to another salon.
