I had a good experience here today. The team is very patient while you choose a color. They are very quick to get your nails done. This is probably because they're quite busy on Saturdays and have many customers. Even though they were fast, the quality of my nails was good. I got gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. I wound up choosing a polish that changes color with hot or cold temperatures. New to me, and very cool! I wish that they'd offered us a beverage up front (I did wind up asking for water and they did give complimentary refrigerated bottled water). I also wish the massage part of the mani and pedi was better, more thorough. That would have gotten them a fifth star on this review. I would return again in the future. read more

This is the worst service i have ever received. I went less then a week ago and got a full set, $110 and the design was not great. I didn't say anything because i had already been there hours. two days later i had a nail fall off, then another, then another. I went in to ask for a refund as I am busy and cannot sit for another two hours and get nails done in the next few weeks. I was told if i came in and got them fixed i could get 30% off a new set, but no refund or anything. Attached is a photo of the nails, not only did 3 fall off but they are unfit to my actual nails, look like they already need a fill and my cuticles are a mess. I went it for a set of acrylics. the guy I had was WAY to hard on my cuticles. (made me bleed) the job he did putting them on led one to popping off the next day. I went in for a fix and the lady shaved off all my French tip. I am said multiple times just a fix. when I asked how much she said $65. after saying only 10 for a fix. I said I only brought ten and could not give anymore. she said no french tip but she could paint full set for ten. I asked for a dark navy blue and got somthing way off. she made my nails hurt more than when I went in. really rude and bad service. I had an appointment for 1:00 pm and she took me at 2:00. very rude climate and unclean. read more

The first couple is times I went there, I guess I just lucked out. I was a pedi walk-in and got Sailor (at least that's what she told me her name was). This last time, I made an appointment, or at least I thought I did, for my husband and me. I asked for Sailor, and the girl in the phone says, "we don't have a person by that name that works here." I told her, "the girl with the curly hair," and she says, "oh, you mean Sawyer?" I'm pretty sure she told me her name was Sailor. Anyhoot, I didn't get her, and as I sat there and waited for my appointment, I witnessed someone answer the phone and, apparently, make appointments, but not writing anything down, so they don't make appointments. Yesterday, I was in town and figured I'd get my nails done. For a few months now, I have had problem after problem with the work of another salon. I asked a friend where she goes and her reply was Wow nails. I walked in and I left with beautiful Halloween nails. The staff was extremely friendly and even helped me pick out the colors. After the service was done, I expected the price to be 60+. It was 48, I think I found my new favorite nail salon. My 5 year olds gel came off same day. Off all 10 nails. My 3 year olds stayed on And are still on. I think it's cause they filed the nailbeds. We went back next day and they redid my 5 yos nails at no charge. Hoping they don't peel off again. But the technician filed the nail beds this time. Which wasn't done day before so hoping that makes a difference. They are friendly. Just the massage during pedicure for me could have A little more pressure. I got my nails for Mother's Day and I was so disappointed with the services. I got a full set and pedicure. I spent $200 for my nails to have massive lifting they haven't even been on a week. It's only been 4 days. The pedicure started off well but then the lady stated someone else would do my design. However, she wasn't done doing my pedicure. I was moved from the pedicure chair to go to the manicure chairs. The girl who does the designs finished the services in that little area. Smdh never again. Spend your $ else where. read more

I've gone to WOW nails a few times but today they showed their true colors. Their receptionist is trying her hardest to tackle everything they ask her, but they repeatedly chewed her out very loudly in front of all the customers. It was very uncomfortable and I feel like it was disrespectful to the receptionist at that moment because you could tell she didn't have any malicious intent. I don't know what goes on in there on a day to day basis but I felt their rudeness to the staff is very unacceptable. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! Very unprofessional! I came in 10 minutes early for my appointment to make sure no one was waiting on me. The lady told me to sit and wait for 10 minutes and no one came by to check on me for 30 minutes! Finally I went to ask how much longer and she said "Oh I'm sorry I forgot about about". WOW...I just had the worst manicure in my life! I'm shocked that this place gets any business. I had an appointment for a basic manicure and can only comment on that aspect as this was the first and last time I'll visit. First of all, the manicure stations are disorganized and DIRTY. This wasn't noticeable at first glance but as my nails were getting filed I did begin to notice a few strange things. By that point, however, it was too late to cancel and leave. As I was getting a basic manicure I saw that not only did my station have duct tape to secure some type of vent on the surface of the table, but all of the their stations had the same duct tape. Most of the stations were messy and didn't look like they had been wiped down or kept tidy. There are small pillows to rest your hand on during the manicure, but they are all wrapped up with plastic cling. The one used on me had half of the wrapping frayed off, so only half was covered with the plastic cling. So, it's obvious that they don't replace the wrapping daily (which is disgusting to use in the first place) but there is no intention of ever washing the pillows--EVER. Apparently, not dirtying their pillows is of the utmost importance. My technician didn't seem to have anything handy during the manicure even though we were supposedly at her designated station. She had to get up and walk away several times to find the top coat, base coat, cotton pads, etc. She didn't get these all at once but rather made several trips for each so much of the service was my waiting for her to come back. Only a couple of minutes of attention were given to each arm for applying lotion and no effort towards any massage. Even a basic manicure should get massage time. There were random cleaning supplies visible out in the open everywhere such as mops, buckets, sprays and such throughout the main area visible to clients. I can understand a broom here and there, but I shouldn't see bottles of Zep next to the nail polish display area. The trash can near me was also filled to the brim. There was just an overall dinginess to the place. The salon itself seems like there was lots of thought put into decoration, but it's really just cluttered with "stuff". The stuff consists of large empty Michael Kors gift boxes and huge jars of differently colored balls of foot soak--dozens of jars all over the salon. I can't figure out if it's meant to look like a gift shop or a candy store. But it doesn't look like an inviting nail salon. I don't know if the minimal effort on my technicians part was because I only had the basic and no extras, although the extras I did ask about weren't available anyway. There were a couple of attempts to upgrade my service which I turned down--since none of them offered what I wanted. After that it felt like my presence was an annoyance and needed to be rushed through, which it was. Thankfully, I didn't waste too much time or money on this waste of space. First time here, walked in couldn't breath no ventilation the acetone was unbearable not sure how long I will last. Soaked my feet in cold water. ever after I let her know. It was cold out so hot water soak would have been very nice just sayin.The people were very nice the salon could be a little cleaner. The very expensive pedicure, left me miffed. I have been coming to this nail salon for the past few months now, since August 2021 & at first I loved them. They were so friendly to me and always tried to squeeze me in when I walked in and THATS GREAT! But let's talk about when I actually made an appointment. I scheduled an appointment, came 10 minutes early, and didn't even get help until 30 minutes later. And then when the nail tech was doing my nails she was doing them so carelessly and she seemed in such a rush or like I was an inconvenience for them. No reason why I should be an inconvenience, I made AN APPOINTMENT. They prioritized 2 walk-ins over me. Never going there again. read more

The lady was in a rush the moment I walked in, she then proceeded to tell me she could only finish half my pedicure because apparently she had a more important client coming in she wanted to work on and told me someone "else" would finish my pedicure. Surprising considering I had booked me and my friends pedicure a week in advance and every client should be important. Then when another worker was scrubbing the calluses off my friends feet she basically screamed at her not once but twice...then started arguing with her that we had NOT PAID for callus removal so why was she doing it? The other worker was obviously embarrassed and just trying to do a good job and give us our money's worth. Then the lady rushed through the rest of my pedicure and went over to her other more important client to make her appointment relaxing and next level. My friend and I could not believe the level of rudeness we had paid for. Sad because I was excited to support this business especially because I go in about 1 every 2 weeks often times bringing my daughters and their friends, not to mention it is very close to my house. read more
