I showed my nail technician for what I wanted and she explained to me that it had to be a relic but she tried to accommodate for me with gel by did the testing on my pinky. I usually have a good experience going there for acrylic fills and pedicures. But these last 2 times I got the same lady which I don't know the name of. But last time she did my nails I had told her they were crooked and I specifically asked for squared nails and she left them uneven and not shaped like I asked her to. She told me "no it's ok" and I showed her and she proceeded to ignore me, she also did not paint the nails at the edge like the other manicurists do. I went las Sunday to get another refill and I got her again. She left most of my nails crooked again and she did not shape them squared like I had asked for and did not paint my nails on this edge here (don't know exactly how to name it. Pedicures & eyebrow waxing is good. I walked in to fix two nails that I broke in a car accident the day before and to change the gel polish. Was $61. Adding chrome powder is additional $25. Honestly I was glad to just have my nails fixed but after I was done they filed the nails again on the sides & all my nails have no polish or chrome on the sides. I don't think there has been any recent reviews for pro nails because pro nails definitely deserve more stars then it has. I have been to most of the nail salons in Fairbanks to spice up my nails and get acrylics and this is by far the best job I've had done. The lady who who did my nails did exactly what I wanted. It was fast like impressively fast for applying the acrylic powder. I love how she filed with a small pointy file under the acrylic, so there was no chucks of acrylic left over under the mail. All the nails are even!! And I appreciate how she did not file the sides after the nails are painted because I've had that done and it takes the paint off leaving the edges raw and ugly. Overall really satisfied with how my nails turned out will return when I want my nails done again!! read more

They're very friendly and accepts walk-ins (I went on a 5pm Sunday). Their basic pedicure is $30 as opposed to usual $25 but the service is just phenomenal and very they're very thorough with it. I will definitely comeback. read more

Not happy! Came in to get a mani pedi. The lady tried to hassle me into getting s deluxe pedicure then when I refused. She basically rinsed my, put on oil, wiped it off. Cut my nails and my cuticles after I reminded her and painted my nails not too nicely. I politely told her that I would not like the Manicure and paid the 30 giving her a 4 dollar tip. I understand that they are running a business but I thought basic was still a washing, cut, file, cuticles and polish. I could care less about the massage but I have always gotten it. Usually advance includes the wax, hot towels, different scents and scrubs. Needless to say I will not return! read more

The level of service you get here really depends on how busy they are and which nail tech you get. I typically get a mani-pedi. I've gone in on slow days and had a wonderful experience but sometimes when they are busy and have people waiting they are rushed and sloppy. read more

Went for a pedicure and nail tech who was a man did my toes. While clipping cuticles which they shouldn't do any more, clipped one too short and started bleeding. Didn't seem too concerned it kept bleeding and he put some blue stuff on it. I told him to get a paper towel so I could put pressure on but didn't seem to understand. I don't know how clean their tools are either I didn't see him get a fresh set of tools prior to working on my feet. Will not be going back! read more
