For today's color I went with number 12 (a pinkish bronze). Today I asked for the cat eye to be a leopard print/cheetah print on all 10 fingers, I was quoted $96. Again Great Price, Great Service. I was passed around today, I wasn't upset because The Staff took care of my nails. My cuticles look amazing, my nails are filed just to my liking, and my nails nail polish feels smooth besides the ring fingers. Sadly that's my problem. I didn't get what I asked for but I like my nails and my kid loves them. I didn't like the design for the leopard print being done with a different nail polish, I can personally see the difference in texture on nails and just didn't want to do it to my entire set. I'm sad I didn't get what I wanted but I'm not mad. At the end of service I was charged $76 + $12 for the bath and body lotion, making my total $88 I then tipped because I enjoy my service. The grand total was still only $106. A full set ? In the economy under 100 not including tip, sign me up. I haven't wanted to go to another salon.

I've never written a 5* review for a nail place before but these guys got it! My mom and I went in last min on a Saturday night. It's a family run business They got my mom and I right in. The nephew the arm and neck massages the whole time we were there! I got a super long leg massage. I had my 7 month old with me and they were all super sweet to her. They gave her a ballon! Her first ballon and she loved it! But it flew away shortly after :-( Anyway, love and recommend this very sweet family run business! read more

I have been with pro nails since they opened. I used to drive 4hours one way to have them do my pedicure and nails and waxing. Ms.Tracy is a very nice lady and will do what ever you need in her power. Only place I will do business with. Now I drive 2 hours one way to get my toes done and have a nice time. I bring friends with me and they keep coming back. I have never had a bad experience as everyone that works there is so nice and very happy. You can't ask for anything better. You have to give them try !!!! read more

I just recently moved to Fairbanks and the first 2 nail salons I visited were sub-par... and expensive! Then I went to Pro Nails and found Tam. Ask for her she is the best:) Prices are amazing for Alaska and the shop is clean, SANITARY supplies used and friendly. I only have had to wait once, as a walk-in, for 20 min. The PREVIOUS owner did my nails once and they turned orange. NEW owners are great! Best value AND quality work. Thanks Pro Nails! read more

This store has been recently purchased by a professional nail, pedi & wax Spa. I have been going to Tam for at least 6 months. I have lived in FAI for over 20 years & she does the very best shaping. These mean & nasty reviews were from a hateful disgruntled fired employee who encouraged others to leave nasty review. The new owners are clean & are remodeling with. New chairs any day now. I came in on a Thursday afternoon and there was only one lady getting her nails done, so they were able to take me right away. My technician made gel manicures for me very nice and the experience was good! This place is very nice, clean and beyond my expectations. (I actually give it 6 stars, but Google limits me to 5- d'oh! ) read more

Pro Nails is new and improved. New owners have taken over and cleaned up the place. New pedicure chairs are en route and will be a welcomed addition. Tam is wonderful and does a great job. A great place to sit back and relax. Highly recommend stopping in and giving it another go. read more

Now I needed a trim, so I decided to try another stylist, thinking that I might have better luck! I was more precise with what I wanted... "cut about 2-4 inches off of the length and trim the layers. Don't touch the bangs, I'm still growing them out from the last bad haircut." The woman wound up cutting 8+ inches off, and now I don't have any layers. I'm totally pissed. My hair is still longer, so I couldn't see how much she was cutting, and after I realized how ugly the haircut was, I had to leave before I broke out in tears in front of everyone. I didn't want her to try and "fix" it, because she already did quite the number on it. I know there are worse things in life than a bad haircut, but I'm still pretty upset! I'm never going back, and I hope you won't dare to go there either!
