Decided to try a new place for a pedicure and Tres Jolie had great reviews. I called for a same day pedicure and had no issue getting in at my desired time. I signed in when I arrived which signs you up for the rewards program based on your phone number. Then I went to pick my color, but as others mentioned the selection is lacking. The have books of colored nails and a brand that seems to be primarily for no chip. I prefer just the standard OPI which is a very small selection in the back of the salon. I found the color I was looking for, but more OPI colors would be great! My pedicure was relaxing, comfortable, and I was asked often if everything was okay or if anything needed more attention. Great service! I did book appointments a week out as there was a group of us coming in. But I believe they can do walk ins as well. My mom will never say no to a pedicure and she is all about the leg and foot massage. My mom and aunts loved this part of the day. They also did manicures and the staff were great at making them feel pampered as a late Mother's Day gift. I did a dip manicure. I'm three weeks out and overall they still look good! Really good service. I had help choosing the right colors fir my hands and feet. The technicians were very thorough. I had a great foot massage and scrub. My gel nails are gorgeous. The price is very reasonable. Most importantly, I did not feel disrespected, which unfortunately I have found to be all too common at nail salons. The staff here were friendly and polite. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I SPECIFICALLY booked with "Kim" for a no chip deluxe pedicure and full set. My pedicure seemed rushed, it was done incorrectly. And the tech doing it was a male whose name was NOT Kim. I paid $60 for the "deluxe" pedicure that took 40 min and I didn't even stay for the manicure. My feet were put back in the water after the no chip was applied and not dried. When I left and checked my feet in the car the top coat was coming off and I had a bunch of fuzz that was painted on the nails. They were cut crooked and incorrectly. When I asked for my money back they told me their policy was to not give money back but to redo the service. But why would I trust them to redo the service when not only was it done incorrectly but my time was also wasted. read more

I made an appointment for two pedicures and one no chip manicure for my friend and I on a Sunday morning. I'm really glad that we made an appointment the day before, because there were customers walking in but were told that they didn't have availability until later in the day. Although they were busy, they really took their time with our pedicures and my manicure. The workers were really friendly and the salon is clean. The prices are very reasonable! It was $25 for a pedicure and $50 for my pedicure & no-chip. We've definitely found our go-to spot for manis and pedis! We'll be back! read more

This nail salon is pretty good! I was really impressed with the process and end result of my nails. I had a mani/pedi for $35 plus $5 for French nails. They did a great job cleaning up my hands and feet. The paint was precise and hit the edges right. They were very friendly. My only downside is that there was a lot of dust and junk on the ground, they really need to sweep more often. Also, the mini fans to dry your nails were caked with dust that it really grossed me out. Just invest in some new fans when they get like that or figure out how to clean them! read more

Went in for a simple pedi - came out with four places bleeding. Used rasp and cut off my skin on the back of each heel and the side of each large toe. The cleanliness is a little questionable also. I do not believe the equipment was cleaned after the person before me and the nail file was definitely not new. Please be careful. Technician was aware and did apply something on my bleeding foot, but never said he was sorry or acknowledged that he had done wrong. read more

My mom and I frequent this salon when we need our pedicures! They have the best massage and you get all the "goods" with the classic pedicure, no need for add ons. Also they don't go crazy with trying to upcharge you on every aspect of your service. The techs/staff are welcoming and make friendly conversation with you. The only thing I wish they had was more nail polish colors to choose from. I feel like they never add any new colors, and it's not many as is. read more

I got my nails done on Sunday 8/16/18 ( i was told 25mins wait and actually waited 45mins while other people got to go that got there after me) and got the SNS dip manicure and 3 days later my pinky nail fell off and I came in on the Friday 8/21 to get it fixed with no problem. I left for vacation the next day and it's 8/23/18, 6 days later, and now my thumb nails has fallen off. I've never had this issue but I'm really upset with the quality I was given this time and i don't think I will be returning if I'm paying $40 for a manicure to last 2-3 weeks that is now coming off within the week. Complete waste of money this time. The time prior to this manicure I got the same thing and they came off after a week. read more

My future mother in law and I went here last week for a mani/pedi and to scope out the salon in hopes of getting my bridal party's nails done here. The salon was clean, staff was very friendly (probably the friendliest nail salon I have been to) and prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately, I got the new person. My pedicure was kind of painful And she didn't do a good job with removing callous or cracked skin on the bottom of my feet. I was also looking forward to the mini foot massage, but it was non-existent. The manicure was not good either. I actually had to ask her to remove the leftover nail polish that had smeared on my skin when she took it off. She also got nail polish all over my cuticles and skin, which I also had to ask to be removed. She did all if these things happily, but it was just weird. By the next day my nail polish had chipped (granted, it was not a no-chip, but still, it should last longer than 24 hours). And by day 3, 4 of my nails had broken. I am not sure this is as a result of the manicure but I can't help but note the coincidence. I am pretty disappointed in the mani/pedi. I could have done better myself and saved my money. I haven't decided if I will give them another shot... with someone more experienced it could be a totally different experience. But, with so many nail salons in the area, it might be worth a try somewhere else. read more

Here's to hoping our manicures last! My aunt and I went to Tres Jolie on Tuesday, 4/16/19. We made two appointments for 6:30pm, and still had to wait about a half hour to get situated. I'm not sure there was any reason to make a reservation since we had to wait for a good amount of time. The place was so busy though, which I was happy to see my first time there. They have walk-ins coming in consistently throughout the night. I'm hoping that my service wasn't rushed due to them being so busy on a Tuesday night, so we'll see how the nails hold up. My aunt had a pedicure ($25.00) and got her old dip nails taken off and a new set applied ($40.00). I had a regular no-chip manicure ($25.00). The ladies who work there are super nice and will hold a conversation with you. They liked to interact with both us while getting pampered! I did notice that they use a cleaner in the pedicure bowls instead of using liners. They also stick fingers directly into the jar of the dip powder. I have read that these are no-no's for places, but we didn't mind personally. I feel like my nails look great, and the cost is very modest compared to other salons. I hope my no-chip lasts ~3 weeks. I will update on how both of our nails are doing! read more

This is one of my favorite nail salons in the suburbs, mostly because they have very reasonable prices and the interior is beautiful. They keep it spotless, which is sometimes hard to find in nail salons. The staff is extremely friendly, and always do a great job. I have walked-in so many times without an appointment, and was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. I am knocking a star off only because they do not use a razor during the pedicure. They use a scrub. I know some people prefer the scrub, but I personally would rather have a razor. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Tres Jolie to anyone in the area. read more

I had Elizabeth and she was really sweet, talkative and advised me about the bad condition of my nails which will help. I come in probably once or twice a month, and they remember me every time. I feel like a very valued customer here. I've gotten almost every type of service done here - pedicures, manicures, no chip, gel, acrylic, etc. They have all been great! Every service lasts and looks great. They usually have a relatively short(if any) wait time. They have great hours, too! Prices are relatively cheap and they have Tuesday specials for pedicures and manicures. I got a pedicure and a no chip manicure and it was reasonably priced ($50 usually but I paid $48- because there is a special on Tuesday). They took their time and did a wonderful job. As you can see in the picture, my nails were grown out nice and long, but one of the nails had chipped and she was able to fix it with powder so I didn't have to cut the other ones short.
