This is my second bad experience. I gave them a second shot but they pulled the same unethical scam as last time. I called and asked for a price for a pedicure. They told me $40-$70 range. I got there and they started without asking me what I wanted. I asked for a menu/price list. He said he gave me the number 6 for $70. I said I don't want that , he proceeded to argue with me. I am pregnant and explained I cannot do the foot massage and I wanted the $40 predicate that was promised on the phone. He looked at me smug and continued to argue with me. I made it clear that called and was told this price of $40 was an option and that's what I want. He stared at me for a while , which was very uncomfortable and finally agreed to charge me $45. More than was told on the phone. This is the second time the exact same experience. I will not be returning and I don't understand how they treat customers like this. read more

Have been going to this place for about 7 years to have my eyebrows waxed. I've never really had a horrible experience , until now. I went in to have my eyebrows waxed and I noticed she really layered wax on outer corner of lids. After waxing was done I could immediately feel more than usual pain on my eyelids. When I got in my car I could see the red marks on my eyelids and knew instantly she burnt my eyelid with the wax/ or put too much and basically damaged my skin. Therefore I will not be returning because I have these horrible marks on my eyes 3 days later and they're now scabbing and I hope they don't turn into scars. These images show the day off and next day. I'm on day 3 and marks are still very noticeable on both eyes. I suggest they review their method of waxing to help avoid this from happening to someone else. read more

I wish I could give a 0 star review. I literally have chafe nails. I asked for a manicure and I showed him a basin nail design that a 5 year old can do. I first started with a color that had glitter that I did not like so I asked if he could re do it. So he re did it with a color that I picked out and used pigment instead of polish. You could see the pigment in my nails and my nails look like bubbles. The base of my nail was blue and for the design I wanted a little bit of a lighter blue than the base and he told me no and told me silver and I said I wanted light blue. He ignored what I wanted and pulled out a light green and continued with what he was doing. In the end he told me $60 dollars for a MANICURE I did not get acrylics. I just wanted my nails to look pretty with not a big price. DO NOT GO TO QUEEN AND SPA NAILS THEY SUCK!!!!!! read more

So I had a fine experience but everyone else in my party definitely did not. First off, I like when the tools are packaged and sealed because I feel like it's actually clean and these were not packaged, they were in a cup, who knows when they were last cleaned. Second, they're using only gel right now and not telling people so there is an up charge they don't tell you about (I assumed since I saw the lights come out it would be slight difference from card), coupled with a $5 Covid fee. Lastly, they were charging for services not rendered. My SIL asked for wax and they didn't do it and he bullied and threw tantrum when she refused to pay for something that did not happen. After some of us left, one employee screamed and bashed someone for not tipping to his satisfaction. Completely unprofessional. They are super pushy for additional services as well, to the point of almost threatening. My MIL now has fake nails she doesn't want because they wouldn't listen. They also didn't have the gold foil I was asked After half an hour I get seated and they tell me to chose gel polish as they don't do regular nail polish on acrylic. So they just wasted 30min, and on top of that they were being rude and told me they were almost closing. So again, why have me wait? He flipped out on me and told me "I don't care!" And yelled at me for a while. I said calmly, "why are you angry?" And he flipped out and yelled some more. I've gone to Queen Spa & Nails for a while and have always seen Jenny, she is AMAZING. On this particular day I had confused my appointment and saw someone who sits at station #4. I didn't think a whole lot could go wrong since I was getting a new set, I was mistaken. When she was all done, all my fingers were bleeding. My right thumb was cut especially deep and I was in a lot of pain. I scheduled an appointment with Jenny for 2 weeks later for a fill. I showed the pictures of my bleeding fingers to Jenny and honestly expected that it would be made right somehow. It wasn't. I paid $80 for an original set of nails that were very thick, uneven and painful because of all the cuts. I then paid $35 two weeks later for a basic fill and no apology or anything. I am very disappointed in the customer service. If you go to Queen Spa, only see Jenny or Kenny, they are both fantastic. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. read more

Was completely ripped off. I took my daughter to get a set of tips put on, and I got a pedicure. They handed me a card with their pedicure packages. I pointed to, and very specifically said I wanted, the basic pedicure for $30. After a lousy ten minute (or less) pedicure without any massage, i waited for my daughter to finish getting her nails. ($40 and up is what their pricing says for a set). When I went to pay our total came to $100!!!!! When I questioned it, they said my daughter's nails were $60 (why they were $20 more than the base price, I have no idea) and my pedicure was $40, $10 more for gel. I didn't ask for gel, I specifically chose the basic package--no gel!! I was furious. They clearly ripped us off. And my daughter's nails aren't good. They switched people halfway through and you can tell the two different people's work. Needless to say we will NEVER be going back there. read more

Tried this place for the first time today. Just got a manicure on my natural nails. The guy did a good job cleaning up my cuticles and making my nails look nice. Im only giving 2 stars because of what didnt happen next. Cleaning and sterilizing the tools. He dipped metal tools into the water dish that my nails had soaked in, then wiped them on the towel that had all my nail dust from filing all over it. He then put everything away. Barbacide jar on every station and he didnt use it. I have no doubt it wasnt done before used on me either. I am praying I dont end up with fungus or infection after this read more

I called this salon, hoping they could get me in for a pedicure in the afternoon. They answered the phone courteously and were able to give me the appointment time I asked for. The service was fantastic and the technician offered to do nail art or white tips, he was very nice and didn't make me feel rushed. The facilities also seemed clean and the foot tubs have a cool looking iridescent texture. I really enjoyed my experience and plan to go back for my next service. The only reason they get a star isn't because I wanted to give the star. I went there for a mani, and a pedi. They put my feet in hot water. Whem I told the girl it was too hot she stuck her hand in the water amd told me not hot. DON'T ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER!! Not good customer service at all. I came in for a pedicure and a fill and I'm honestly kind of disgusted. They don't clean the bowl properly, they don't disinfect implements between clients, they don't dispose of single use items, and my lady couldn't even file my nail properly. My water was lukewarm for my pedicure, and cold by the time they even started the service. While they are very good at suggestive sales, the prices are ridiculous (in my opinion) for the service you receive. Also, I had to tell them 30 times that I didn't want the more expensive service. After telling them my shade number 7 times, they still managed to grab the wrong one. The massage lasted 2 minutes, and didnt even feel like anyone was touching me. Went in for a full set and pedi. They started the tips and then sent me to the pedi chair left me there for 20 min took off polish. Left me for another 20min came back and finished. Then they sat me in the chair to finish my nails for about 30 min with another person. Who completely hacked the tips and over trimmed them when I said the were fine.
