I. Now it has been a while since my last pedicure but fuck... this man felt like he was trying to dig my toenail out of my foot. It hurt so damn bad and all my toes turned bright red like they are inflamed. He did not just remove my cuticles he drilled them out. The drill air is not supposed to disappear under the skin. To dry off my toes he rubs them like something was stuck to them after spraying with alcohol. He never got my ingrown nail and by this time of being tortured I was just waiting for it to be done. Just paint the nails and be done. I really wanted a mani but decided against it. I need my fingers to do my job so I did not. I wore slip on shoes and was offered 3 times disposable sandals, but never received them. Love the color I picked but the paint job was a little sloppy. Went the first time 2 weeks ago and loved how the guy did my nails. Went back today for a fill and again loved how they came out. I feel like they came out better than the first time. Lol But I'm in love with my summer nails! I did Gel neons I told him what I wanted and he did exactly what I told him I wanted. I'm very impressed and the price was not bad either. I got a regular pedicure and a fill for $65 plus I gave a $10 tip. I definitely recommend this place. Just make sure you know what you want and always better to show a picture of what you want. This is my favorite spot to go to in the tri, I've been going for a couple years already! Basic pedicure includes hot rocks, body scrub on your feet and calf and hot towel. They also don't charge extra for gel removal like some places, 10/10 recommend! read more

Wonderful place! Great customer service, amazing prices! Highly recommend!! The address comes up as being near the movie theater, it's actually next to Walmart across from HAPO credit union. They are also open on Sundays despite the hours posted here. They were able to get in 3 pedicures last minute, were so lovely and friendly. Great Service. I called and got a same day appointment. I asked when I walked in if someone was available for both my pedicure and gel set. My nail technician was Ryan. Great pedicure. We had a little trouble trying to get the brightness of the red that I wanted since the previous powder I had was darker. He was quick to find me the right shade of red to liking. Once every two years I get a manipedi spa for men. Meaning, no extras, no color or polish. Just cut, cuticle restore, and hangnail prevention. Some places go the extra mile for a newbie and male, since they don't have much to cure. This location was just average. Kind curest and they got a generous tip, but I left feeling, "eh." Not really over the top or extra care. Just quick in out. I there are more fired up places that will give you more of a pampered experienced. read more

We get sitted quickly but just like that we are rapidly pushed out! $65 dollars and all we got was polish on our toes. No cleaning, scrubbing, cuticles cut, or anything worth while. Definitely still the place I go! When I go, I recommend JASON because he's the best, and does a great job! He's very social and loves to talk as well, so your experience isn't awkward. One time I went to get chrome, and it was done by another artist, and the chrome was sloppy and patched and didn't even cover my nails all the way and said that it's that way it's supposed to look AFTER I SHOWED HIM A PICTURE. Then I had Jason do it, and it was flawless. He always makes sure I like my nails as well, and if I don't, he'll fix them until I do. Great service every time I've gone! They're responsibly priced. A Gel full set is $40 and a White tip full set is $30, which also comes with gel. read more

Terrible service before going to my first appointment I had called in advanced and said I was going for a fill. I was asked to keep my nails on so I wouldn't be charged extra. When I get there and I thought was a fill. I got charged for a new set for $65. I thought whatever it's fine because the nail tech Tina that I got recommended did a good job. But then I came for another appointment after that another fill and I asked if she wanted me to keep the nails on so I wouldn't be charged that much. She said I won't charge you but proceeds to charge me $70. I was furious I was told that I was going to get it charged a fill I had three nails that had came off. So I told her I wasn't going to pay for another full set then threatens me and says she was going to call the cops for not paying for the service. Not only that but when I got this "Fill" two nails were cricket and the thumbs weren't the same size and and not all nails were same length. Not only that but when I had finally payed she smiled and I told her terrible service and I left with poorly done nails. Not only that but the pinky nail came off that exact same day. read more

This is the first time I ever got acrylics done, and I really love them, I appreciate the guy asking me questions to make sure I like the size and shape before . We had a little trouble communicating though, I wanted the gems on the ring finger more to the side, not directly in the middle and he kid of moved it and also when buffing my nails he got some of the skin on the outside, but overall my pedicure and manicure were pretty gentle. read more

My toe nails are cut uneven and still too long for my liking even after I asked for a cut down (I get i can fix it, just stating since this is a service I paid for). This place is very disappointing! They have poor costumer service & are extremely rude. I'm not necessarily a picky person as long as my nails look clean but it took two different people to do my nails. They were over coating my nails with polish that after an hour they wouldn't even dry & the most embarrassing part is that In front of other customers they were showing their frustration while I was over here apologizing for their mistakes. Very disappointed! I just wanted shellac. The color I chose was mauve but after looking at it in the sunlight, it turned out to be mauve on the tips and around the edges but an army brown color everywhere else. It just looks terrible. When they put the base and top coat on and placed my hand under the light, it was burning my fingers. They were in a hurry to just get us in and get us out the door. I've had my eyebrows done there before but just recently when I got my eyebrows waxed they cut my skin above the crease of my eye and it has now turned into a scar. They tried putting cooling gel on it and it only made it burn worse. I was rushed out the door too. Wouldn't recommend! read more

Nice people. I got a full set of acrylics and the nails aren't even, after I had asked the lady to even them. Then she nicked my skin 3 times, the first and second time in the same spot making the cut deeper. Not sure if I'd come back because of that. She got nail polish all over the side of one of my fingers and didn't bother cleaning it off and a few of the nails aren't pushed down at the tip all the way to the nail so they are poking up. There's also a lot of dried up glue under my nails that's flaking off along with a thin layer of glue on the pads of my fingers. The nail polish does go over the tip making it look ruff. I asked for a discount and they said no problem. My price was originally $25 the discount was $2 off... so I payed $23 which isn't a good discount. I didn't tip cause of the sloppy job. UPDATE AFTER THE FACT: my nails only lasted a weekish before getting ripped off and ruining my natural nails. They started getting air bubbles (I took off the polish for a more natural look) then started popping off by my cuticles, causing them to catch on things and eventually getting ripped off. I lost half my natural nail on one of my pinky fingers. Very unhappy. read more

She was very sloppy and didn't even bother to push in or clip off all my cuticle. She didn't use clean tools to clean my nails. Went in to get a full set for myself and my sister got a fill. I was unaware that ownership had changed. The past husband and wife owners were great. They were really friendly and nails were reasonably priced. The guy that did my nails cut me 3 times and put tips that were too big for my finger nails. They then persuaded my sister and I to get gel polish because it lasts longer and is more shiny plus they had 20% off. They kept laughing and saying yes do it. We finally agreed since I normally do so because I don't get a fill for a month. My polish job was done sloppy and its patchy. My sisters gel polish wasn't properly cured so parts of her nails are messed up. They rushed us to take out the nails from the uv light. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Payed 32 for the full set and 24 for the fill. Way over priced specially if that was after their 20% off. read more

I went in on a Monday. A lady did my pedicure and seemed somewhat uninterested and inattentive. For example, while cutting the cuticle, she inadvertently cut my nail crooked and didn't really attempt to correct it or make the others match. She went on to paint my nails sloppily- leaving polish around the nail. (I should have waited to go to Jackie's Nails as I usually do, but they were closed). Next, my manicure was with a male who was polite, but again I felt it was a little rushed. When he asked about my kids and their ages, he said you look too young for old kid and then immediately started talking in another language to the other ladies obviously about me. One said "WOW" mixed in with whatever else she was saying...I like to think they didn't mean to be rude and that some things get lost in translation. I'm hoping they were just saying I look dang good for 36 years old and having a Senior in high school...one can only hope! I didn't walk away feeling "pretty" if that makes sense. read more
