When I arrive, she immediately filed down my nails, only to then let me know afterwards that she didn't have the proper dip she needed, she didn't have enough time to do a full set, and that I would actually only be able to get a fill, which is the same cost as the full set I wanted. she still had a full hour and a half, and i already had told her exactly what i wanted, so i was extremely frustrated and left immediately, with my nails looking significantly worse than when i arrived. really unprofessional. wouldn't recommend to anyone. also the salon itself was messy with boxes of food everywhere. not very appealing.

I started coming in for their $15 pedicure promotion (no longer…read moreavailable) but now I'm a regular due to their awesome service and ability to get me in quickly every time I walk in. I have gotten my gel manicures and pedicures done from almost every staff member and they are all super friendly and efficient. Also, Lyhn waxes my eyebrows and I am in love with them!! She's an artist! They have a stamp card and a raffle drawing which is nice, their prices are comparable to most places. I will continue to visit and recommend this nail salon.

We said yes, and we declined everything that was offered after that . The staff uses mini walkie-talkies to communicate. We were seated and given a sheet to choose our pedicure. That's when I noticed that what we were offered was extra services to the pedicure. Depending on the type of pedicure, a basic foot massage is included. So, we decided on keeping additional minutes for foot massage. After we picked our pedicure, the staff got to work, ensuring we were happy with everything. The salon was clean and welcoming, and on the day I visited, everyone was wearing Seahawks jerseys, which was a nice touch. They also have alcoholic beverages for sale, an ATM on-site, and live music entertainment. Overall, the experience was great, maybe get rid of automatically offering add-ons before you even start. The regulars know about this, but for first-timers, it's not a good way to add charges.

I chose the upgraded "mask" pedicure but don't recall a mask being applied. I did receive a discount for paying in cash: $84 total. I was asked to rate the visit and gave them and gave a "good" when asked what could have been done to make it better, I told them it was exactly as I expected a mani/pedi to be. Nothing outstanding about it. Other things that went into my decision: they were very flat with upselling to me, but with others they explained the upsell. They offered drinks to others who arrived. I was not offered anything. My nail tech was having a conversation with anyone group of employees behind me. She did say anything to me besides what I wanted for my service. I will not be back in the area, but if I was, I would not visit this salon again.

I should have listened to my gut as soon as I went in and saw that instead of soaking off my powder…read moredipped nails, the technician went in with a nail clipper and VERTICALLY CLIPPED THE TIPS. I think she was trying to break up the product, but in the process she broke my natural nails as well. Needless to say, the service went downhill from there and I was back only 6 days after having gotten my new dipped nails (on much shorter nails due to aforementioned damage) because they were chipped and cracked. I did get a refund but after I removed the product myself by slowly soaking them off (I didn't want them to do anything else with my nails), noticed damage on my nail bed as well. Save your money and your nails, go somewhere else.
