I placed an order for pick up and they said that it would be done at/ or around 9:50am when I arrived at 9:50am to pick the order up it was not ready and I had to wait almost 20min for the order to be fulfilled. At check out they were very rude to me when I asked for the order information. Because I was almost late to work I took the order without checking it to find out upon returning back to work that the order was incorrect and they charged me for food that I did not receive. This place offers delicious and well priced burgers. They are charred to perfection. Part of the reason they are delicious is because they have a "special sauce" (thousand island-esque) that takes the burger to a different level. I get their Cheeseburger Special which is paired with a generous serving of fries and a drink. (They use pellet ice!) I have also tried their fried chicken. I don't know if this was an off day or what, but my god.... what a disappointment! I ordered the Avocado Cheeseburger and a Medium Fries. First of all the meat patty on this thing was tiny, I mean literally I don't know how they got the patty so thin. How thin was it? It looked like a brown colored compact disc. How thin? This meat patty was like a needle lost in a haystack of lettuce mayonnaise and thousand island dressing. Yes they put both on there, No, it doesn't taste good. I was impressed by the size and price of the Medium Fries, but the appeal was quickly lost after I smelt them. They are cooked in the same fryer as the fish, and its obvious in both smell and taste. I got the chili cheese fries and decided this is definitely one of the places with the best ones. Obviously the chili cheese fries are my favorite, but the bacon cheeseburger is really good too. The fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way they're supposed to be. The last time I was there, March 30th, I went with 3 other friends. One got the breakfast burrito, and when I asked her how it was she said "it's so good, it's indescribable." I haven't tasted everything on their menu, but I also haven't tasted anything that I did not like. There is many choices on the breakfast menu, from which I plan on tasting sometime soon. The staff is nice and they really make sure they get your order correct. The place is not elegant for eating there but there is absolutely nothing wrong with take out. I used to live down the street from this place & I wish I took more advantage when I did. I had their breakfast burrito with bacon and OMFG. It's huge & delicious!
