Came here for lunch with my brother. The food is alright, I will say it's made fresh which is good but the flavor isn't all there. I will say it's a busy little place. There was a line inside and out of this place. Its very small inside also! I had the queens burger and fries with a coke. It took us about 25 minutes to get our order. To start off, their food is good, Not great, but good. A little greasy but that's how it is I guess. The main issue is their ability to multitask and make customers feel welcomed. If they have numerous customers then they are fumbling to write orders, since there are 2 registers, one inside and the other outside, they ask who's next instead of keeping track. They usually forget to include all your items in the bag and since they like to pack up the bag pretty good it's hard to do a quick verify check. So when you get home, it's frustrating to have an order of French fries missing. They don't have good welcoming attitudes, sometimes it feels like they are bothered to take your order. There's a police station across the street, however I have never seen an officer visit this establishment. read more

The fries were burnt and they charge $1 for refill this is Stupid! My problem with Queens is that it has soo much potential but it lacks any type of initiative to change. The customer service is good. But the place is so run down and super dirty. They have roaches and the floors and walls are stained. They have no AC inside so it's always hot and seating out doors is no better. The food is good but they fry everything. Ehh.. I tried this place because I recently moved around in Pacoima. I was excited because of all the stars people gave on this place, but it didn't live up to the expectation. I got a cheeseburger special which came out to be $5.75, not bad at all. Fries came in a small white bag inside the brown lunch bag with the burger, and I got a cup of coke which was like a small cup at mcdonalds. Fries tasted pretty fresh, was at a decent thickness, but it really didn't have any flavor. Maybe there's no salt on it? Finally the burger, it's a decent size and actually got me pretty filled, but it's nothing more than an ordinary cheeseburger you can find anywhere in the country. Wasn't amazing, but wasn't horrible either. I didn't feel groggy after I ate it, which I usually get when I eat burgers from a small joint like this.
